I am rejecting this response because: This is a quote from a couple of emails sent about this very thing! I have copied several emails to a word document that I uploaded to you for reviewNotice the time and date stamps that I have the originals to prove it. Her statement here is irrelevant to my agreement for an *** to represent me. This very statement is in the contract for *** *** *** and *** ***. I HAD NO TAXES DONE! I HAD NO TAXES DONE! I HAD NO TAXES DONE!Let us see the original email with date and timestamps of when she sent the completed contract! She also gave me no options for consultation, representation and the fact that the tax documents were not confirmed for the simple tax filing that she was to oversee(COMPLETE FAILURE ON ALL POINTS OF WHAT I PAID $2,950.00 FOR!) "I have read the agreement you sent to me I did this all for *** under a contact that I would see to all daily activities with regards to all monies and bills that were setup in my corporate name (*** *** *** ***) This project when completed would be owned solely by *** *** (LLC) at the completion of this contractFor my sole time being consumed to carry out this deal it was agreed that *** ***'s (LLC) would agree to the details described in this proposal you sent. We never wanted a partnership on this because *** *** wanted to see If we could get it off the groundDue to his Job he was never in the picture of the retail storeBut for his benefit totally and would own it outright percent. I am a widow with children and found myself with a huge tax debt after my husband passed away in I wasn't really involved with the finances as my late husband always took care of them for meI found out that he was dealing with a tax debt from a 401K disbursement that we had to take in Due to my husband dealing with cancer I know he didn't want to burden me with this issuemonths after my husband had gone to be with his father in heaven I received a certified letter from the IRS claiming that I owed over $20,from 2010.I was mortifiedI was struggling with the loss of my best friend, taking care of two children the best as I could and now this??
I called the IRS and they were as cold as they could beAll they said was I needed to pay the debt off and wanted me to pay over $per monthI tried to explain that if I made those payments me and my children would be homelessI was heart broken
After I cried and gathered myself I went online and found Key Tax GroupI called and spoke with *** *** who actually took the time to listen to meHe was so nice and amazing to speak withHe said he would help me and reassured that I would not have to pay $after he asked me some financial questionsI knew I needed help and needed it ASAPI hired Key Tax Group and was called by *** *** who explained how the process workedHe was a equally niceI am amazed as to how nice everyone is there!
weeks later I received a call from *** *** who explained to me that *** *** was able to have this debt removed under the "Injured Spouse" provision of the IRS codeI no longer had a tax debt and my worries would be gone
Thank you from the bottom of my heart Key tax Group! All of you are amazing!

Key Tax Group took care of an issue with the IRS overnight, which I had been told by IRS would not be able to be addressed for several weeksThe attorney, Danny R., was helpful, understanding, and professionalI have no complaints at all

When *** *** engaged our firm originally he claimed that we was falsely being taxes on a a post tax IRA withdrawalHe stated that he was over the years of age and that the IRA contributions were pre taxed and therefore no taxable when he withdrew fundsHe was correct with that statement
howeverWhat we discovered that the account he withdrew from was a tier& tierrailroad retirement account which was taxableThe only resolution that we had to place him in was a streamlined payment planWe contacted the client and explained this to himHe understands and is fine

When in need of professional intervention, there are few who can step up to the plate like Rob *** of the KEY TAX GROUPWhen at the end of your financial rope, KEY TAX has a welcomed and refreshing hand to bring closure to tax and financial mattersBring your tired, stresses and burdens to KEY TAX and get refreshedBut don't take my words find out for yourselfGet whatever is burdening you off your shoulders and find relief and joy back into your life

THANK YOU KEY TAX GROUP!

[redacted] and [redacted] are saints! My ex husband claimed my children and the IRS hit me with an $8,000 tax debt. I called hired Key Tax Group to help me with my earned income credit that I deserve and they did! Key Tax Group not only had the debt reversed but the IRS now is going after my ex husband. Thank you Key Tax Group!

Key tax group was extremely helpful!! They worked to get to the bottom of my situation and saved me tons of money in the process. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My business had a substantial tax debt due to unpaid payroll taxes. It was so bad a revenue officer came to my office and said he was going to shut my business down. I own a family run business that has been in my family for over 40 years. I needed help immediately. I looked online and found Key Tax Group. I spoke with Shawn and he explained how they could help me out. I was able to get a payment plan that kept my business open! If it wasn't for Key Tax Group my family business would have been gone forever! Thank you Key Tax Group! You and your team are amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone!

We have spoken to the client, and he indicated the only item remaining is the finalization of the Agreement. We were hired to prepare the Agreement between Mr. [redacted] and his [redacted], [redacted] in addition to tax preparation which was also related to this agreement. [redacted] had an agreement with Mr. [redacted] to manage his  shop. We prepared an agreement, which Mr. [redacted] did not like. He sent me a proposed agreement and I redrafted the agreement sending him an email with it on 9/25/2016. I had sent him previous drafts on 9/16/2016 and 9/25/2016. I had several conversation with both Mr. [redacted] and his [redacted]. The purpose of the agreement was to formalize an existing contractual relationship. The time to complete the contract, including numerous consultations and preparation, was about 12.5 hours. This was because we had to discuss the contract with both parties, and Mr[redacted] did not like the first drafts of my proposed agreement.  Mr. [redacted]'s [redacted], [redacted], had received management income from the contract and he needed to redo his taxes a result to correct his income. We also prepared all of those returns. This was extremely time consuming. Some of the returns were amendments so we needed copies of the tax returns and profit and loss statements. After numerous hours working on these items, we were able to finish the returns and they were filed and processed. I assumed when I sent my last draft of the management contract that he was satisfied with the agreement. I have told him I would work with him to rectify this situation. He needs to let me know how he wants to proceed.

I am rejecting this response because:  I was honest about my income, I told you that I was on commission and my year to date was half of what it was the year before when you pull up my bank statements I happen to have a good quarter and that is it. If you had done your job to begin with and didn't drag your feet on what you were supposed to do I would've been able to get the information a lot quicker. But you didn't respond any calls or emails or anything else and you waited over a year when of course I would have a little bit more income because I am commissioned.

Key Tax Group is awesome! They helped me file all my taxes and get into a payment plan. I had a wage levy and they got it released. I am happy I made the decision to use them. Thank you Key Tax Group especially Rod J..

[redacted]

We provided the service. She hired us to mail in her letter and accompanying documents to the IRS. She had trouble sending them into the IRS. I questioned her on this fact. She informed me that she knew what she was doing. I told her fine we do as she asked. She did not tell us about the other...

audits or issues. The IRS again rejected her offer. I told her she either needed to get her employer to correct the W-2 or we needed to submit an 656-L. We did do this for her. They wanted her to have the employer fix it. We told the client we would refund her and the case is proceeding toward a refund.

Now, that was [redacted] that taxes were done for she responded with.
I am rejecting this...

response because: I hired [redacted] as an [redacted] to ensure that everything that [redacted] supplied for the tax filings for our customer [redacted]. They charged [redacted] $2,650.00 to do their taxes not mine. The outcome of that was a train wreck with no EIN numbers or even the name of the company so as you might guess that turned into a year long train wreck and a FAT rejection that [redacted] was paid to double check everything and it is obvious that she was clueless the whole time this was going on and never had more that a few minutes with to talk. . [redacted] did not file any taxes for itself but in fact [redacted] Paid an additional $2,950.00 For: - 1) Full representation - 2) to ensure that [redacted] was in full compliance with the [redacted] with all documents, statements, Invoices ecxc...  - 3) [redacted].also paid to get a contract written for a simple management agreement that was never completed as of today. I do have saved emails with time stamps and dates for the request of amendments and complete the agreements that were very short the full context of the contract. She has claimed she completed it and sent it to me so if she has that then let her provide that email with times and dates that were before my request or close there after.ABA Model Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5(a) states simply, “A lawyer shall not make an agreement for, charge, or collect an unreasonable fee or an unreasonable amount for expenses.” How do we know when a fee is unreasonable? ABA Model Rule 1.5 dictates we look at eight factors: 1.  the time and labor required, the novelty and difficulty of the questions involved, and the skill requisite to perform the legal service properly;2.  the likelihood, if apparent to the client, that the acceptance of the particular employment will preclude other employment by the lawyer;3.  the fee customarily charged in the locality for similar legal services;4.  the amount involved and the results obtained;5.  the time limitations imposed by the client or by the circumstances;6.  the nature and length of the professional relationship with the client;7.  the experience, reputation, and ability of the lawyer or lawyers performing the services; and8.  whether the fee is fixed or contingent. A new proposed version of Rule 1.5 in my home state, [redacted], is consistent with peculiar [redacted] case law that holds that a lawyer may only be disciplined for charging a fee that is unconscionable, that is, one “that shocks the conscience.” [redacted]’s version of 1.5 reiterates all the factors in the ABA Model Rule—with the exception of the “customarily charged” local fee—and adds four more: 1.  the relative sophistication of the client and the [redacted];2.  the amount of the fee in proportion to the value of the services provided;3.  the time and labor required; and4.  the informed consent of the client.[redacted]      (Reference)
