This issue has been 100% resolved with the client and she is happy.

I am writing this secon review of key tax group so to exonerate them from my previous reviews.
I have a different point now and hope it is clear enough for any one to know that this company is worth working with to resolve your taxes problem.
I am a truck driver and for me, it is hard to do things from home and so ended in hot water with the irs.
I explained earlier that key tax group over charged me but after communicating with my case leader and have overcame unnecessary frustration I will say that the cost is affordable and resonable. I eplained earlier that it was hard communicating with them, although it may be true, it is hard for them to get hold of me as well to help resolve my problem due to being a truck driver. I must say that withing 15 minutes of my review with the Revdex.com bureau, they contacted me right away to see why I was not happy and made sure all was fine, in order and all this very promply. I was suppose to receive an email from key tax group after the resolution explaining my case result but I suppose I did not receive it because I may have received it in my spam box which I never look into, so I would say that they did communicate with me and it was not their fault on that as well. I have never seen a company that respond so quickly to a bad review and tried to fix the problem so rapidly. I was impressed and still am. I will recomend them to whom ever need a team on their side to help them resolve irs issues. thank you key tax group and that you rob. happy new and and wish you all the best.

I am rejecting this response because:  They had NO communication with me at all- they never returned my calls or emails- I am not upset that they couldn'y get rid of the taxes, I am upset because there was a lack of communication and this process took over a year when I was left in the dark.  I never understated my income- I told them I was 100% commissioned and my year to date was half of what it was previously- and provided bank statements as proof.  They have extremely bad customer service and when you pay a company over $800 to do a job that you never hear back on - no returned calls or emails only for me to get it resolved before they did by paying it off- after I paid it off they provided the forms they sent in- why?  I already paid it off because of the length of time they were NOT working on my case.  Of coarse they are going to tell me I would qualify - all they wanted was their money- if they can't help how long the [redacted] takes to do things- then why did I end up doing it myself, and getting it taken care of way before I heard back from them.  WHILE  THEY WERE SO CALLED "WORKING ON MY CASE" THE [redacted] PUT A TAX LIEN ON ME AND SENT A LETTER THEY WOULD BE GARNISHING MY WAGES- WHY WOULD I GET THIS INFO IF THEY WERE WORKING ON MY CASE- THE [redacted] PROVIDED EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO DO IN A TIMELY MANNER- NOT THEM.

I wanted to say I am very pleased with Key Tax Group. The staff is attentive and took care of my tax issue. I had a suspended drivers license because of a Maryland State tax debt. I was unable to pay the monthly payment they demanded and took my drivers license. I contacted key Tax Group and they contacted the State of Maryland for me and set up and payment that I could afford and more importantly I have my drivers license back!

I do not remember how I found KTG but am glad I did. My tax issues have been resolved. I will be free & clear by the end of Nov. 2015. Although you are frequently difficult to contact and have bounced me around from lawyer to lawyer. Your one shining star has been Ms. [redacted] She got ahold of my files (don't know how) and filed all my taxes. Reducing my bottom line so that I could finish paying my back taxes. She has been available pretty much any time I call/called and answers any stupid question I have. She has been helpful and professional the entire time I have dealt with her. I thank her for everything she has done to resolve my tax issues.

I hold a position with the gov't that requires a high level security clearance. I went through a divorce and was forced to close out an IRA which caused a tax debt in 2012. I didnt have $26,000 to pay and didnt know what to do. I was referred to key Tax Group after I received a certified letter by a friend who said that he used them and to call. I am here to say I am glad I did. The very same day I was pulled into my supevisors office and was told that I was going to be garnished and LOSE my clearance unless I get this cleared up. That means I was going to lose my job. I couldnt let that happen.

Key Tax Group listened to me and reassured me that they would take care of me and there sure did! Not only was my paycheck saved but I was given a VERY affordable payment plan with the IRS that was very easy to pay.

This clients case is closed and she is very happy. We had to wait for her balances to post before we were able to effect the resolution. Her resolution is in place and client is satisfied.

This client hired our firm to try to get her into a non collectible status and file for an Offer in Compromise. The financial interview that the client gave over the phone seemed to show that she may qualify. WHat was explained to the client is that there is NO NEGOTIATIONS and that the [redacted] utilizes...

an algorithm to determine if the client qualifies for CNC or the OIC. The client finally submitted all the required financial substantiation for us to mail out the CNC packet which was mailed out on 09/06/2016. The client was agitated that the [redacted] had not responded quicker and we explained that we cannot for ce the [redacted] to move faster their processing of the CNC packet. on 11/01/2016 we received a notice from the [redacted] that they are not going to adjust the current installment agreement the client currently had. we had to conduct an inquiry because the letter did not stipulate why except that they felt that she could well afford the installment agreement amount. We pulled account transcripts and discovered that the clients income was grossly understated. I have included the supporting documents to validate that we did Everything we were hired for and the client is unhappy because she wanted us to make her tax debt go away which we cannot simply do. No company can. Reductions are based on Income Vs Allowable expenses VS Net Assets. Her annual income on excess of 176K a year is what disallowed her offer or non collectible status. In the interview she claimed that she only earned $3631/mo or $43572 annually. In addition we also further doscovered that the cleint is being investigated for additional unreported income for tax years 2016 which we had zero knowledge of. As far as the state because of this we had to do in installment agreement and we submitted the form the cleint needed to send in to the state as well. I have included the supporting documents. Do not work with this group. I paid more that I needed to in order to resolve owed taxes and they took forever to prepare my current taxes. It took them 4 months to work out a payment plan with IRS and because of that I owe more. I could have paid far less and gotten better service somewhere else with out the stress of having to constantly contact them for info

Key Tax Group has the best people! [redacted] is awesome. They were understanding of my tax situation, they were empathetic and they definitely know what they are doing. The best part is that they are affordable and simply put got the job done.

Not only do I have a great monthly payment with the State of Md but [redacted] was able to have a huge portion of my penalties removed!

THANK GOD I HIRED THIS GROUP. I had 10 years of tax debt. I could not get help from other companies as no one handles under 10,000 tax debt. They did all my returns. They helped me not have to pay the IRS. I will use them again and again. Thank you to Heather M.. She is the best employee there.
