Had a great experience Was fully prepared to buy a new AC Unit, but was told it only needed a minor repair, which was done quickly and inexpensively Very polite, timely serviceGreat call center tooLooking forward to buying my next unit from them, when I really need one I trust these guys

Terrible service or lack thereofI purchased my home in July of 2014, and Chas Roberts was the company contracted through KB Homes to install our HVAC unitsWe have a "labor" warranty of years as well as "parts" warranty through the manufacturer for yearsMy main unit for the first floor had stopped working and a call was made to Chas Roberts to repair as it is still under warrantyWe had contacted the company and were informed someone would be contacting us to schedule service (8:AM 06/04/16)We had made another call around 12:PM as we still had not heard from anyoneWe were then informed the earliest someone would be able to come out would be Monday afternoon (it is Saturday)With temperatures exceeding degrees this is unacceptableI contacted another HVAC company and they were out within the hourFinally received a call from "Curtis" I believe around PM in the afternoon to inform me that it in fact it was not covered under warranty (this is completely inaccurate and not sure how they came to this determination)The lack of professionalism as well as communication is appallingI am writing this as a precaution to anyone considering using their services as we had no say in the matterNeedless to say I will gladly use anyone else regardless of cost for any/all additional servicing

Chas Roberts has a chronic problem of over booking their servicemen They are usually late and from time to time have not shown up at all This tech was expected between and and arrived at 5:30-not at all apologetic and quite surly All he wanted to do was sell me new units for a mere $11,000! They may need replacing but I would never trust them I am done with Chas Roberts

We have used Chas Roberts for almost years now and have always been very happy with the quality of service and professional attitude of everyone we have dealt with

Chas Roberts' tech Brandon deserves this reviewHe worked up in our attic which had to be plus for hoursHe would not come down until he found the problem we were having with cooling and air flowAfter process of elimination he found the problem and made the necessary repairsThru out the process he was very courteous and professional.If all the techs are like Brandon I would not hesitate in recommending Chas Roberts

Our AC went out in the evening and the house had gotten up to degreesThe technician was at our house within hours of our call and had the AC up and running againIt fast and friendly service

ExcellentOur A/C broke the day before a record breaking heat day due to be I called Chad Roberts and they had a tech named John Feagen come out very early the next morning He came to our houseFound the problem in mere seconds and the air was on immediatelyHe is so knowledgeable, to the point and advised us on things to do to prevent any other issuesI asked him if we could set up a yearly check on our system to make sure bad things don't happen again and he set us up and told us how it would save us moneyIf you want things done right the first time, call and ask for himVery straightforwardWe will ask for him every timeYou should do the sameThank you so much John, see you in months :)

I am posting this complaint against Chas Roberts Air Conditioning Incin regards to the handling or miss-handling A/C unit For the last three months now, I have had an Chas Roberts repair person to my house for the same issue Each time I have been told that the issue is now resolved, but like clock work, the next month I am on the phone with Chas Roberts again for the same repair issue Also, to make the situation even worries, each time the part needed to make the repair has to be ordered prolonging my wait even longer I have asked to speak with a supervisor and been told over and over again that he will contact me, which to date has not happen As of today, I am back in the waiting mode to get my unit repaired again

Very pleased with service

I purchased a new AC unit from Chas Roberts a little over a year ago, and have had nothing but problems with it ever sinceLast summer I had to call them out about three times to do repairs on the unit because it wasn't coolingFortunately it was under warranty and I wasn't billedHowever last month, I had to call them out again for what was seemingly the same issueThis time I was billed $for parts and labor, even though it is still under the manufacturers warrantyI called Chas Roberts several times to discuss my grievance, and was told each time that a supervisor will call meIt's been about three weeks, and I have yet to receive a callI purchased a new unit to avoid these expensive service callsI don't understand why a new unit would be having all these problems, unless it’s either a lemon or the installation was faulty to begin withEither way, I should not have to pay for their faulty product or incompetence

Chas Roberts was excellent in responding to my clogged sewer line on a Sunday evening Santiago's demeanor, professionalism, and technical expertise were outstanding It took 4+ hours and power augers to resolve the issue Absolutely outstanding service
