I called Chas R [redacted] in the morning yesterday and they had a tech out later that afternoon who was extremely helpfulHector problem-solved my a/c situation and came up with a perfect fixMy a/c is blowing super cold now and I'm extremely pleasedHe was a true professional and went above and beyond to make sure my house had cold ac before he leftI don't leave recommendation remarks very often, but this was a great reason to do so

This is not make sense, can Chas Roberts really fix my AC? I bought my house with new AC unit at Starting from 2015,My AC Unit start broke 2015, I called, Chas Roberts came and said it was fixed 2016, It broke again, I called, Chas Roberts came and said it was fixed 2017, It broke again, I called, Chas Roberts came and said it was fixed 2018, right now, AC broke again, I called, Chas Roberts says "Opoos, you are out of year warranty, we are gonna charge you $service fee and let tech come and he will tell me how much I need to pay to fix my AC!!!" It has never been fixed by Chas Robert!!!

Just had Daniel from Chas [redacted]  A/C and Heating out to fix my heat pump problem, no heat just cold airHe did an excellent job of checking everything and readjusting some code settings and I have wonderful heatI am so very pleased with his work and experience, he explained everything he was doingHe also mentioned the inspections a year plan and its benefits and I signed up for thatHe also made a suggestion for a device to lower the compressor amp start up and I had that installedNo hard sale just giving the facts to lengthen the compressor lifeAn excellent job

This is the very worst HVAC company in the valleyThey installed a system in our new home and don't stand behind itWe waited all day for a technician and every time I called I was given a run aroundThe tech came almost four hours later than promised and spent half the evening [redacted] down a leak he couldn't findHe left and the temperature rose to degrees higher to degrees! We've called the rest of the evening attempting to reach someone who will work on our systemNeedless to say we have been given a bs story and the latest is that the only technician is an hour away yetIt's 10pm on a holiday weekend nightIf this wasn't under warranty we'd be calling Floyd's, an extremely reliable company

We have used Chas Roberts for almost years now and have always been very happy with the quality of service and professional attitude of everyone we have dealt with Thank you again

OUTSTANDIGLY POSITIVE Experience !! Both, my purchase and an early equipment problem (caused by me) expediently corrected by a ChasRobert Tech at 7PM !

We have been in our new [redacted]  home for about months For months a high, whistle-like sound was heard, especially when the HVAC system was off The builder's Customer Service Rep seemed unable to correct it, so we called Chas Roberts directly They sent out "Angelo" a technician with years experience He figured out the problem in minutes (loose AC filter box) and corrected it immediately He also went up into the attic to check out the equipment itself He was polite, a good listener and took an analytical approach Arrived in a shiny van and wore a company T-Shirt We are grateful for his kind attention [redacted] ***

The ChasRoberts Technician Rick M [redacted] was punctual, polite and thoroughHe discussed several issues with me, including the installtion of a Surge Protector for the air handler motor, and installed it on my approvalHe performed his work in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction

This company is inefficient in many waysCalled for an appointment for maintenance in October I already paid for.I also specified I would not be able to have them come until late November or early DecemberThe person I spoke to said,”no problem “ just call when you know for sure I called yesterday and was told the earliest they could come was December 31st between and PmNot acceptable! I have been a customer for years I was told someone would call me that day to see what could be doneI gave phone numbers to reach me and they completely ignored the numbers I gave and called on a different numberThey couldn’t even get that correct Chas Roberts customer service needs to be overhauled and they should teach the representatives how to treat long time customers I called a different company who has been in the Valley a long timeThey were recommended by a friend who said they were very efficient and easy to get in touch withThe representative I spoke to not only told me they were running a special that was much less expensive but could be out on the day I needed I would never recommend Chad Roberts to anyoneIf I didn’t have to fill in the Star part of this survey they would get zero

My house was bought new with [redacted] and a half years ago and the AC units were installed by Chas Roberts of Tucson In one year we had more than issues starting with incorrect power source hook-ups and ending with improper hanging of an AC unit in When I sent a complaint to the builder of poor workmanship based on factual history that is on file with the builder, I was put on a "No Service" list by Chas Roberts due to my complaint and recommendations I have a year warranty for my units so how am I supposed to get the units serviced while on this list? It's pretty unprofessional and probably illegal to place me on such a list when I still have a warranty with the company especially when I'm the victim of the situation You would think a business would want to maybe extend a warranty considering what they've put me through now and for the foreseeable future as I've lost confidence in their workmanship Instead they put me on a list? This is not how I expect any bus

On June 9, I had a problem with my air conditionerThe unit outside was running and on but no air was blowing inside of the houseThe thermostat was set to onI decided to turn the thermostat to off because the unit was running and no air was blowingAn hour later the air started to turn on in the house and blow cold air even though the thermostat was set to offI figured out it might've been the thermostatI had Steven from Chas R [redacted] come out and told him I figured it might be the thermostat being that it's really oldI bought a new thermostat and he said it might be the thermostatHe said he will just change the thermostat and if that works, that might've been the problemI asked if anything was wrong with the unit outside and he said he didn't want to go prying outside on the unit if the air was workingSo I paid him money to install my thermostat Today, June 10, im having the same problem except I have a new thermostat nowThe air conditioning unit outside is running except no cold air is blowing through the ventsI called Chas R [redacted] and the lady on the phone was anything but friendly or understandingShe actually made my customer service experience horrible! I told her what happened and she had a hard time 'believing' Steven didn't want to go prying on the unit outsideI told her that's what he said and he agreed with me that it was the thermostatIt's frustrating when you have to pay money just for someone to install a thermostat when it's something that is sold in stores, has a manual and is something most people can doIf that was the fix I wouldn't mind the expense I paid to get my air conditioner working but it's not the fixI now have to pay for someone else to come out here and actually check the unit because of the same problemYou can see where my frustration lies! I haven't had good customer service or experience in this Company thus far!

We wanted to pass on our appreciation to Chas Roberts and their technician Joseph W [redacted] we provided us a great service experience this morningJoseph was incredibly professional and personableHe was efficient but was quite willing to explain things to us and answer all our questionsHe certainly knew his stuff and left us comfortable and assured in our choice to work with themThanks again Jospeh! They said they would only charge me $85, then charged $and $an hour for labor-good Lord-very deceptive business practices- Pam

The water line from the municipal water system to my house was leaking GPM for two months and the only indicator was a gradual increase in usage on our water bill Santiago arrived on Monday morning and quickly found the leakA quick fix may have been able to be performed but we decided that the risk of a reoccurring leak was not worth having to have this happen againThe line was dug up and replaced inside of a day's time with the land scape stone put back into place This was some major work done correctly on short noticeThe price was reasonable when you consider the peace of mind of not having to have this kind of disruption in the futureI am glad that these guys were there for us

Wonderful company to work with! We always request Jimmy M***, who is a real professional and personable young man who does a wonderful job servicing our furnace and air conditioning unit He is a real asset to the Chas R [redacted] business

I was very favorably impressed with the young man who came from Chas Roberts to check my A/C unitHe was patient, considerate, polite and informative! If all of your employees are of Marcus M [redacted] caliber, I commend your hiring and training methods

It was discovered there was an install error covered under the warrantyCoils were installed on the bottom instead of the top [redacted] dispatched two technicians for this warranty repair and they also found a leak at the suction lineThe coils were moved and the leak was repairedI was charged for the leak repair and not the warranty repairI asked for a detailed invoice describing exactly what was done and repairedI was emailed an invoice stating there was a repair leak and a ‘warranty diagnostic.’ I asked again via email for a more descriptive repair other than ‘warranty diagnostic’ and I am being ignoredNowhere does it mention the coils being moved or repaired under warrantyCan you please help?

We've been a Chas Roberts HVAC customer for more than years and when we ran into plumbing issues at our two homes, they were the first to come to mind for the repairs Replacement of a failed mains gate valve at one home and replacement of an aged water heater at the second were performed by the same plumbing tech - Joseph, and he was friendly, courteous, punctual and thorough (and he had a good sense of humor) We'll continue to depend on the Chas Roberts team for all of our HVAC and (now) plumbing needs

Our tech, Mike "the brick" is outstanding!!! He always goes the extra mile....always checks to make sure everything is in working order...even those areas outside the reason we called him to checkHe is also very good at diagnosing a problem Doesn't stop until he has identified the problem and provided the solutionAlso very tidy....always cleans up with shop vac!! We will always ask for Mike "the brick" when requesting a tech make a call to our home
