First off the only time I was TOLD, as per kixeye says in letter above was only after I spent many hours/days/money playing their event trying to get to a position to win said prizes kixeye states that they were offeringNo where was it ever said or implied that if a bracket would not fill that we were as kixeye states out of luckThere is NO WAY possible for players to know if a bracket is going to become full or not, or even if they are putting us into known brackets that no one will be able to get to top positionsIf a player is TOP PLAYER IN their bracket they are entitled to the prize being offered , we are not responsible for knowing how many people are going to enter and to say your POSITIONS at top of bracket are KIXEYES with zero points while players have gotten 10,and to say you won the top prize is ***.......Once event and players have fought and received points for each battle kixeye position with zero points needs to move down or at the minimum show that KIXEYE has points as a goal or means to ensure we are not wasting or time and moneyIt is not right for your company to offer prizes and then after event tell us your out of luck because we were not put into a full bracket due to means out of our control

Only full brackets qualify for the top prizesIt is conducted this way because while it sucks for players who are in that final bracket, motivating players to wait in hopes that they may end up in a smaller bracket to have less competition for those prizes would severely hinder the FAT ecosystem

We have no control over the brackets nor can we see if brackets are fullPeople in brackets that are not full are still spending time and MONEY on repairs and uraniumAgain if KIXEYE can not fill bracket then players need to be moved up to top positions leaving open slots above the ACTIVE players in the bracket is just stealing peoples money from them.....again we have no control or means to know if brackets are FULL OR GOING TO BE FULL

- The intention has always been the same:
the game team works on resolving issues every day, but some issues are more complex than the flip of a switchEven if they know what the cause of an issue is, the fix still requires ensuring no other system gets broken in the process of repairing the one
- I don't have information about what a post flash world looks like for Battle Pirates or War Commander, but I do know that KIXEYE is prepared to adapt as needs ariseFor the time being, flash is still a viable platform for these titles
- The Community Moderators are Support's most senior members that interact with the players and they are highly knowledgable about the games and the company
- Such rumors about Fairplay not existing are not at all accurateFairplay works every day to keep the games as fair as they possibly can

It is pleasing to hear you are contemplating a game post - flash, but most browsers will stop supporting it soon, so it is very worrying that you haven't replied with something more positive Failing to plan is planning to fail, and I would have thought that you should have done that and communicated to the players the long term visionYou cannot survive without the players, and those who spend real money, of which I am one, are reluctant to spend money because of poor value (high price of gold, and ridiculous repair costs) when competing against those with unlimited free gold - I recently saw a screenshot of someone with a billion goldThere is no point in spending money on a game that is widely thought to disappear soon, and without some true honesty, the game will die
We have had some news in the forums where a programmer has been saying what he wants in the future, but despite some good ideas, not much has actually appeared in the game
We are currently enduring the worst event ever for technical glitches, and despite the players making lists of problems, the rate of new faults vastly outpaces the rate of fixes
I think you need to stop introducing so much, so fast because it would seem a big problem with the event is the loss of the event after replenishing turrets
A lot of my team players - good, honest, long standing players - are seriously considering quitting, as am I
Any more game problems, and my new years resolution will be to give up war commander

Moderators within your administration*** ***; Game Name Soviet Union Level (ID: XXXXXXXX) has presented himself in sector in a war against my teamThey are actively in game and is leading the UGL alliance teamIt has also been publicly made knowlegeable to the entire sector that this moderator is in the war and sector working for the benefit of TAO allianceMyself and others have seen them post to global game chat details of a players account investigation, post that players coords, then state that they will not be here in game much longerThis is completely unfair and goes again all ethics in the game There is a responsibility the moderators should uphold to ALL players in this game, and that is to be fair and without any discriminatory actionsThis moderator, *** *** (Soviet-Union) states publicly that they are active in game for the purpose of destroying AAF and forming a complete Latino branch within the TAO allianceHow can we play and have fun in a game that allows their employees to break these ethics? I have included in this message evidence to support the information which I have listedIn the screenshots you will see the moderators base and coords in sector as well as the game alliance tag which supports that they are in fact in a clan/teamAlso you will see in another screenshot Soviet-Union posting coords on global game chat then saying to the sector "E-UP BLEKK USED OWLS ...hmmm" "ENOUGH SAID I THINK tongue emoticon" each player you see on that screenshot in chat is within the TAO allianceYou can see one person NooBz Shadow saying "WELCOME TO PARADISE SOVIET" The moderator *** *** (Soviet Union) has a personal google document created for the members of TAO to submit user ID's directly to him and have that person bannedHe encourages them to use this process instead of sending IDs to his personal PMHe states that this is a faster more efficient way for him to remove the players from game

KIXEYE does not offer compensation for damages from suspicious players or those that are later banned as it fosters a community of accusation among honest players and disregards all the possible reasons for suspensions

The idea of a cost of $times in a row and the banned player was banned same time within hours meant Kixeye knew the player was cheating to have banned them that fastThey should make their players whole who lose due to cheatersBut no matter Kixeye is losing a lot more by me shutting down on coining in their game

I'm sorry you feel that we are intentionally allowing cheaters to run rampantThis is simply not the case as we have a dedicated team for investigating reported players that work every day to also develop tools that will automatically detect cheating methods and take action
However, Fairplay only accounts for some of the reasons why a player can be banned and, due to privacy policies, I'm not at liberty to discuss the reasons behind any player's suspensionThe bottom line is that offering to credit damages from a player that you suspect of cheating or that was banned is not good for the overall community, which we have learned over the course of the game's existence
