UCS did sell [redacted] a Chevrolet Traverse that had been traded in at Trucks and Imports. During the funding of the deal at Trucks & Imports the deal fell apart and we had to return the Traverse to the original customer. year newer with less miles on it. The payment came out to be $40 more than the original purchase and we thought for a year newer and lower miles a $40 payment bump wouldn't be insurmountable, however, [redacted] did not agree to it. I am rejecting this response because:Due to the vehicle not being delivered and other issues with a part from the dealership, legal counsel has been obtained to rescind the loan.  I have never had so much hardship as I have had with Larry H Miller of Provo.

I am rejecting this response because: it was a year when I tried to trade it in. At that time was auto nation which was the same amount lhm offered me. I am not surprised that they take no responsibility, nor they acknlodge of their finance guy calling me asking me out for drinks. Is this how your company runs? Get my personal information and use it for your personal use!! If I need to look for the original email I will. i will never purchase anything from lhm again and I will make sure all my family and friends don't go their either. If they claim I got such a great deal then why am I under ?? Yeah that's what I thought !!

We do not have record of Mr. [redacted] having 4 appointments with our dealership or coming in to our service department 4 times, we do have record of him calling after receiving a...

recall letter from Chevrolet for us to order his parts, the parts for he's recall have been very hard to get and have taken many weeks to get them in, even after we receive the parts for the recall sometimes the customers keys will not work with recall parts supplied by General Motors, so new keys have to be ordered, Mr. [redacted] did visit our dealership on the evening of November 4th, he arrived at 4:12pm and left at 5:41pm while we tried to fit the recall parts to his old keys, he's 2005 Chevrolet Malibu sat in the service drive directly under a video surveillance camera, I have played back in video from the moment he arrived until he left, and nobody touched his vehicle, we only worked with his keys, I am willing to replay this video to anyone that would like to view it, there for we did not tamper with his ignition switch, we are still waiting for his replacement keys to come in.

even looking at the information I have provided already. Once again, the complaint is against the Larry H Miller Ford/Lincoln store at 11442 S Lone Peak Parkway, Draper, UT 84020. Service phone number is 801-563-4050. The service advisor was Richard R[redacted]. The last person I spoke to was Trent 801-563-4052.

I am rejecting this response because: Although You spoke with the General Manager, I am sure that he indicated that he was out on leave during the first week 07/16/2016- 07/19/2016. The GM did not attempt to assist me until I contacted the Revdex.com. I was passed off to "Supervisors" in the Service and Sales Departments, Bothe placing blame on each other and Chrysler LLC. When the first Vehicle was sold to me I specifically asked for a V6 Journey. Both the Sales rep and Finance rep assured me that the vehicle was a V6. It was not until the first breakdown that the Service department informed me that the vehicle was a 4 cylinder; returned in less than 2 days with 29 miles total. On that date I was asked to speak to Finance and My APR increased from a 6.5 to a 9.25 and my Monthly payments increased $65. this is what it would take to get me into a V6 Journey. I then was assured that the new Journey was a V6 and there should be no problems. When this one broke down; in less than 2 days and less than 300 miles total, I came in and spoke to a Manager. The Manager advised that I could leave the Vehicle (My families only means of Transportation)  or take the vehicle (further Risking my families safety) and return in Two days so Service can "check it out" and there is no way my original 2012 journey can be returned to me because it has already been sold. I had to force my way to the Top in order to get any kind of resolve or recognition by yourself or the GM and after speaking with the GM he offered to get my into a V6 2016 Journey if I increased my APR and Monthly payments again or put down $5,000 to be placed in a "Basic" Durango. I then stated that I will not pay more because this was the original deal I was offered and instead of a V6 I was given a V4.
I then asked the GM again to return the 2012 trade in and he stated "it had already been sold and there is nothing he could do" I then asked if I could receive the Monetary Dollar amount that was provided on the Trade in value. I was asked to give him some time to see what he could do. He called back an Hour later and stated that he will drive to the Auction and retrieve the 2012 Journey for me and I can pick it up in 2 hours. When I received my 2012 journey there was no gas in it; although I traded it in with a half take, and the vehicle was not clean; interior or exterior. This was Not the definition of customer service. This was a failed attempt to milk money out of a family because the opportunity presented itself.

I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate you looking into this matter and hopefully it will get resolved. AS of now we still have no license plates for our vehicle and we are getting ready to pay our 6th payment on it. That means we will have owned it for 7 months and still no plates. You guys should not be selling vehicles that you cannot provide plates for. A truly miserable experience dealing with your company.
