The Worst Delivery Service
LaserShip is the worst delivery service I have ever been forced to deal with... ever. A frozen food subscription service that I use switched to using LaserShip and without exception every single delivery I have ordered since then has shown up at bizarre times - after midnight, 2am, 4am when I am sound asleep, so I don't find my package until the next morning when all of my items are soggy and thawed out and have to be discarded... Or the package gets stalled at some LaserShip delivery depot for days and shows up only after I complain to the food company's logistics department, and by the time it finally gets to me, my items have completely thawed and again must be discarded. LaserShip is the most unprofessional, unreliable, worst of the worst delivery company and I don't know how they stay in business. I told the frozen food subscription service that I am going to cancel my account because quite frankly, if they continue using LaserShip they will ruin their business... I am not their only customer who is not getting their deliveries on time and in a safe frozen condition.

This business is a shamThey were shipping an order to me from AmazonThe tracking information showed it was on their truck for deliveryIt never arrived and was then shown to be back at their facilitiesAfter two days I called their customer service to inquire why the package had still not been deliveredI was repeatedly put on hold and then told that they had no idea where the package was and they were unable to do anything about itI was told to contact Amazon for any help or a refundTotally rude and entirely unprofessional

On August 25, I placed an online order with Zulily On Sept 3, I received an email that my order had shipped, along with a tracking number for LaserShip After tracking it for several days, it landed in a facility in Chantilly, VA, on Sept Chantilly is miles up the road from my house, so I expected delivery shortly after I tracked it every day for the next days, but it never moved I contacted Zulily, explained my situation, and the representative told me she would get back to me in hours, which she did, telling me that LaserShip located my package and it would be delivered immediately It didn't show up the next two days, so I called Zulily again and they asked me to give it the remainder of the day, as they might deliver late When I didn't have the package the next day, I called Zulily again, and the offered to refund my money Two days later, I checked on the status of the package through the tracking number and it was marked delivered I emailed LaserShip to notify them of no delivery, and they emailed back telling me that the package was delivered, and if I disagreed that it was delivered, I needed to contact the seller and settle it with themI have read a multitude of negative complaints about LaserShip, most about no delivery of ordered goods How can a company like this be allowed to operate? Why can't someone step in and keep them from ruining a good business' reputation because of poor shipping? Zulily can't tell me when they will be done with LaserShip, but I can guarantee I won't be purchasing anything there again until they guarantee me my merchandise will be delivered by a more reliable company

I placed an order with Vitacost online, and they had free and fast shipping, which made me happyI waited for the shipment to arrive the day it was scheduled and nothing didI checked the tracking # and I realized the carrier was LasershipAccording to the shipment progress on their website my package was sitting in their facility miles from where I live, for daysI called their customer service several times and they'd change the delivery day again and again, and they blamed it on the insufficient number of drivers in the Boston area, so there was no guarantee when I was supposed to receive the packageUnbelievable! I am wondering how in the world these people are still in business, with such poor serviceI hope I never have to deal with them ever againI buy a lot of stuff online, but in the future, if I see this company is doing the shipping I will immediately cancel the order

Thank you for reaching out to us about this customer's negative experience and their feedback I definitely apologize that the package was marked delivered but was never received by the customer I do see here where the customer communicated with us that the package was not received and we initiated and investigation It does appear that the local facility investigated but determined that the package could not be found The major failure here was that the customer service response and communication was not acceptable The customer should have been responded to immediately with updates throughout the process and we certainly did not meet those expectations We did recently reach out to [redacted] to apologize for her experience and reiterate that both the non receipt of the package and the subsequent customer service experience was completely unacceptable We appreciate this feedback and will use this experience to improve service Thank you so much for your time! I ordered presents for my family for Christmas, and was promised that I would receive them in timeLaserShip lied about the delivery trackingThe presents were lost by LaserShip, and they refuse to answer my calls or return my emailI have never had such a terrible experience with a business and will no longer do business with any company the uses themLaserShip has ruined my Christmas!

Absolutely furious with this company (this is my first review for anything online I couldn't go on and not let people know about this st company) Placed an order Sunday afternoon on amazon (brand new Xbox one) decided to go for overnight shipping thinking that ups or FedEx would deliver like they always haveI get my tracking info saying that it should come Monday by 8pm from some company called lasership that's when everything went downhillI start getting concerned as the promised delivery time is fast approaching and I see no sign of anyone gave the benefit of doubt and waited till Started calling the main office in VA to get some insight on when it will arrive or even the status of it I waited for minutes on hold with the continuous automated message saying "please hold your call is very important to us we are assisting other customers st!! After that failed attempt I left numerous messages and requests for someone to get back to meNothing So I called this location some guy picks up that barley speaks any English and tells me that my package was not taken on the truck due to there being not enough roomOK great so tomorrow definitely right? Nope! Tracked my package as soon as I woke up and it said it was delivered to my front door on Monday at 324pm Clearly it wasn't so I Called this location again to see what going on with my package ended up finding out that the guy I spoke to the night before completely lied to me and everytime I called I either waited for a minimum of 15mins or got hung up on and when I got the opportunity to speak to someone I got a very unpleasant rude experience with of their representatives from this location that couldn't care less about my problemThen I dealt with the corporate office specifically someone by the name of William who is the customer service supervisor he assured me that he was doing everything in his power to expedite the process as effectively as possibleHe promised that I would receive my order anywhere from 5pm - 9pmAnd that he would update me if anything changed nothing is here still and I'm out $550! Word of advice DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU LET SOME COMPANY HANDLE YOUR VALUABLE GOODS AND WASTE MONEY ON OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FROM AMAZON!!! AND FYI I LIVE IN A HOUSE IN THE SUBURBS WHERE YOU CAN CLEARLY TELL THE NUMBERS

Lasership is the only delivery service that I have ever had a problem with here in Indian Trail (outside of Charlotte) Their tracking website is pure nonsense It will state that items have been left at front door at a specific time when in fact they have not been delivered at all The delivery most recently misplaced is perishable and will have to simply be thrown out if they do manage to find the box and actually deliver to my home It is honestly a pathetic service that seems totally unreliable and whose "tracking" system is simply made up to give the shipper the impression that they (Lasership) are doing their job and delivering on time

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH A COMPANY ON 9/15/FOR DIAPERS FOR MY YEAR OLD, AND THIS COMPANY HAS MADE SO MANY EXCUSES AS WHY MY PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AS OF YETI CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TO ME ON YESTERDAY 9/17/BUT IT WAS NOTNOW THE COMPANY IS SAYING THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED YESTERDAY, AND THAT IS SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH IT IS NOT FUNNY

Horrible service Tracking says package was delivered, but never was Customer service gives you the run around They tell you that your package has GPS delivery but yours for some reason didn't have it Government needs to step in and shut them down There is always an issue with their deliveries!!
