Terrible Service from the beginning to the customer representatives thru phoneI was updated by amazon about the package that I was supposed to get the same day that LASERSHIP -"Delivery could not be completed - Additional information required" -Here is the tracking LPCalled them and was on hold for 20mns before a rep picked up the lineI was told next that they could not locate me using google maps, then I was like really? so apparently the rep said that their google maps is different from others....At this point my patience is starting to dropThen the rep told me that he will tell the driver about my number so they can contact me directly....I was placed on hold again for good 10mnsThere was no solution after all cause now the rep is telling me that the driver is on route and its almost 8pm so they are about to closeAt the end, I was told to wait till tomorrow to try to get in touch with them againYou guys dropped the ball on this one and now as a customer, my expectations was not met accordinglyI was at least hoping for some kind customer service from this company but was given a dead end at my costYou have all the information from my name, address and contact number but no one try to reach outHopefully you can continue this kind of business and learn from this kind of situations

Laser ship is the absolute worst shipping companyI ordered items that were unfortunately shipped with this company and they refused to properly deliver my items upon repeated instructions on how to do soAs soon as I saw it was a laser ship package, I called to find out whether a signature was required, "No ma'am, no signature is required, they will leave the package at your apartment door" Well, that was not true, they attempted 2x but I, surprise surprise have a life and work so I missed the deliveryIn addition, I left two messages and an email after the first attempt requesting they leave the package because my apartment is secure, but they did notI had to reorder my items causing expense and inconvenience to meAnd forget trying to speak to anyone unless you have a good 30+ minutes to stay on holdThis company should not be used by businesses to ship items!

I ordered an item from NFL.com who apparently ships their products with LaserShipWhen I tracked the shipment on December 19th, I saw that it arrived at their facility in Woburn MA on December 8th and was delayed further delivery due to external factorsI called the support line and waited for minutes before selecting the option to leave a voice message which I didI clearly left my tracking number and phone number twice, expecting to hear backI was a foolNo return callI attempted the process again once arriving home after work the following daySame resultsHacking further, I finally found another number where I actually spoke to a woman who assured me that the package was in the facility and was delayed due to more packages needed for my routeI explained that it was a Christmas gift and she said I should see it before ChristmasI am not holding my breathI will reach out to NFL.com letting them know that I will never purchase from them again due to their horrible choice in shipping companiesVery disappointed!!

The worst service in the world....5 packages from Amazon claimed to be delivered and low and behold....never delivered. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I placed my order with Fanatics for shirts on December 4th through a free shipping promotion At the time, I was told my packages would ship no later than December 14th I received confirmation on December 13th that the order had been shipped via LaserShip The packages then arrived on December 18th at a facility that is approximately minutes from my home For the next business days, the packages were not delivered Via LaserShips’ tracking system, it stated that there were “external delays,” and the delivery date changed each day To add to my frustration, the LaserShip online tracking system barely provides any usable information, and it does not even compare to the tracking systems of USPS, FedEx, and UPS I first contacted the LaserShip customer service department, or lack there of, where you are requested to leave a voice mail message Shockingly, no one ever called me back Other times when I called, I would spend upwards of minutes on hold still not ever talking to a representative I finally received an email message saying there were delays, and the packages would be delivered within business days which also never happened Along the way, I decided to contact the Fanatics customer service department directly hoping for more information In response to my email, they gave me the tracking numbers for my packages which I already had and the phone number of my local LaserShip facility for me to contact I called the number they provided on December 22nd and was told that they believed my package was out on a truck to be delivered In addition, he explained that all of the packages didn’t fit on the truck that day, so some had to be left behind He also mentioned that packages were piled up outside the facility waiting To add to my dismay, no packages ever came I called the local facility yet again last evening, but this time they didn’t even bother to answer the phone This morning, however, someone did answer the phone after minutes on hold He confirmed my packages were in their warehouse, which was the exact opposite that I had been told yesterday by another worker at the facility He then went on to explain that he didn’t know when they would actually be delivered, so we decided to take matters into our own hands At this point in time, we decided to pick the packages up ourselves because LaserShip seems to be unable to do what it is contracted to do, deliver packages As a part of my transaction with Fanatics originally, I was guaranteed free shipping Now, I have driven miles to the facility in order to get the packages and wasted an hour of my time that I would like to be credited forThe fact that Fanatics, an A rated company by the Revdex.com, contracts with LaserShip, which is rated at a D-, is laughable to me To make matters worse, other companies carry the exact same shirts I ordered through Fanatics and ship via more reliable carriers Had I known this delivery was going to take as long as it has and cause this much grief, I would have never ordered the products to begin with I also find it a laughable concept that, this week, Fanatics was offering promises of packages arriving by December 24th Those customers will be lucky to receive their items by summer I can honestly say that I will never purchase more items from Fanatics as long as it continues to contract with LaserShip, which should be more appropriately named “LoserShip.”

This company is unreliable with big warehouse companies as a carrier for one day shipping

This place has to be the worst delivery service out there I had a package arrive at the Charlotte, NC facility on December 13th and as of today, December 19th I have yet to receive the package Their webpage and shipping tracker was last updated on December 14th and it states there is a delay in delivery due to external issues This is not a external issue it is this business is worthless because my wife also has a package that has been sitting at the same location since December 14th If you shop online you may want to see who the retailer uses for shipping and I would strongly advise not to do any business with LaserShip
