Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this customer's issue I sincerely apologize for this delivery experience In researching out notes, I found the tracking number as [redacted] I researched this tracking number and the customer is absolutely correct that there was a delay in delivery and several layers of miscommunication during the resolution I see that the customer was escalated to one of my supervisors on 11/24/and she was able to facilitate and address change and delivery instructions to have these very important winter coats delivered She did follow up and confirm that the customer did finally receive the package, although there was a delivery issue that they were delivered to the business next door We have escalated the entire experience and have issued several training tickets for the miscommunications, delays and issues during delivery Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any further questions or concerns Thank you for your time, Carrie

I have never, ever had such a terrible experience with a delivery company I ordered a Christmas present from my son from MLBSHOP.com on November 28th, to be delivered to my work address Lasership tried unsuccessfully ONCE to deliver my package at 9:PM, when the business was obviously closed Then it sat...for days without moving (according to tracking) I contacted MLBSHOP.com, and they refunded my money, reordered my items to be delivered to my home (where 9:PM isn't optimal, but at lease do-able) That one never arrived either The tracking information said that the package was delivered to my front door at 10:am, however I was home all day and nothing was ever delivered In the meantime, I finally got a reply from one of my numerous complaints on the Lasership website, that the ORIGINAL package was delivered the evening before at 9PM left at the back door (of my work) Needless to say that there was no package waiting for me when I got to work that daySo that was two deliveries, of the same thing, sent to two different addresses, that claimed they were delivered THAT WERE NOT How are these people still in business?!? Why does a big company like MLBSHOP.COM still use them? To MLBSHOP.COM's credit, they did refund me for both orders so I'm not out any money, but my son is not getting the Cubs pajama pants he wanted this year

This company is beyond terribleIt was not my choice to use them but unfortunately it's who NFLShop.com usedI ordered on Dec 11thThe package reached my local facility on dec 15th with an estimated delivery date of dec 17thIt is now the 19th and I have received nothingAfter waiting in hold for 35min today I got an extremely unhelpful rep that told me if I didn't receive my package by call him backWhen I asked if I could look forward to another 35min hold time he responded with this..."it's Christmas time and you should be happy with people on hold you didn't have to wait longer!" Wait...what?!? My delivery was supposed to be days ago but I should be happy to be wasting my life on hold with your incompetent company? Do NOT use this company!!!! I am almost positive I will never get my Christmas gift for my husband??

I was expecting a same day delivery from Amazon and the carrier was Lasership that was Wednesday Oct 26, As of today Sat oct I have yet to receive my package They would text me and say out for deliveryI emailed the company as well as called the main office in Richmond VaI had to reorder from Amazon However what happened to my first package They are the worst carrier , they have complaints on their site

This company is totally irresponsible and careless when it comes to delivering packages that are ordered and paidThis is the second time I have had a bad experience with LasershipThey never delivered a package I ordered from Amazon claiming that my home address was not validhow ridiculous! Fortunately Amazon credited me for the delivery and my next order was delivered by UPS on timeNow Jet.Com appears to be using them for deliveries, I made my second order from Jet and it was handled by this company, they delivered fast (the next day) but left the package in front of my door in a high rise complexThey never bothered to knock on my door to even let me know the package was thereFortunately a family member was visiting me that day and retrieved the package and gave it to meLasership is completely unprofessional and I have contact Jet regarding their delivery practices and I hope they stop using this company

Good Afternoon, To further clarify the response submitted on 4/28/16, Ms [redacted] 's original claim stated that her initial attempts to contact [redacted] for a refund were declined thus initiating her complaint with the Revdex.com.Our response is that Ms [redacted] should resubmit her claim / request for refund directly to [redacted] as they will contact our claims department for reimbursement The investigation into her complaint found that she was entitled to a refund however that must be handled through [redacted] and not Lasership Our claims department deals directly with *** Thank you ~

I have had to hold for over hours on different phone calls to try and track down when a shipment would be delivered I was told by 8pm on 9/3, then at 8:pm on 9/I was told by 9:30am on 9/ Now on 9/at 10:I'm being told sometime by 8pm Someone needs to look into the practices of this company!
