I have called Amazon on several occasions about the poor service that I have received from LasershipI was home all day long waiting for a delivery that I needed since I was going out of town the following dayI checked until 11:00PM and it still said out for delivery on both of my itemsLow and behold, this morning the site says that one was delivered at 1:35PM and left at the front door, which I know for a fact that it wasn't, and the other states that delivery was attemptedSeeing how they "supposedly" left the first at the front door, why would they not have left the second as wellThe reason is because they never attempted either deliveryI have had these clowns and this clown company banging on my door and ringing my doorbell at 11:15PM in the past!! Not once but on two separate occasionsI damn near knocked the delivery guy out! I asked him why it says delivery before before 9PM and what the hell was he banging on my door at 11:15PM! Woke me up, my wife up and my year old who had school the next morningMORONS!! Constant complaints to Amazon seem to go unheeded and all you get from Lasership is the word sorryGood Luck!! This company should be put out of businessUPDATE: I just got off the phone with Lasership's main office in Vienna, VA and told them of the debacle that has transpired in the past hours and this is what transpiredThe rep informed me before he even called the Laurel office that the delivery that posted as delivered did not occur and the attempt to deliver the second package did not occurHe said that the Laurel office concurred with those statementsI told him that I have video surveillance and that there was no Lasership vehicle or personnel at my unit to back that claim upHe also said that the driver did not want to deliver it late since I had previously stated how upset I when the 11:15PM delivery occurredI had made the mistake of mentioning that to the rep and he used it to his advantage since I know for a fact that the last driver to make that mistake was firedThe rep told me that it would be delivered today by 9PMHere we go again!! I then asked him as to why the driver falsified the delivery documents and was that company policyHe did not answerI told him that I did not pay for two day delivery, I paid for next day deliveryAgain, no excuse but that it would be delivered todayI made it known that I will be reporting this to Amazon and on all review sitesI also stated that I will be contacting the Revdex.com and letting them know of their illegal practices and deceptionLasership needs to be closed down! UPDATE #Since the last post, Amazon called Lasership and was told that the packages would be delivered tomorrowReally??? They just told me two hours ago that they would be delivered todaySo Lasershipwhat is it??? What refund do I get being that I am a Amazon Prime customer?? If you pay for X, Y & Z and you don't get X, are you going to pay and not be upset?? I think not!! I am beginning to think that all of the falsification of delivery documents is to cover the fact that they are stealing packages and either selling them or using them and forcing us, the Amazon customer, into filing a claim and getting a replacementLasership is a crooked business and the Consumer Affairs Bureau and the Revdex.com are next on my call list

When I saw my package was "Out for Delivery" I started to search about LaserShipInstantly I saw that their google rating was I saw that and was like "WOWI should read these." A good half of the reviews said they wish they could give stars in which case their rating would probably drop down to about starsThis alarmed me quite a bitSo I contacted Lasership to make sure I would get my delivery today around 3pmAfter ~mins on hold, I spoke to a woman and she said it was out for deliveryShe seemed very helpful, and even put me on hold so she could "Contact the driver with my phone number so they could call me when they were delivering my item"After about minutes she came back and said SHE had spoken with the driverI was a little reassured and thanked her and hung upSo I waited somewhat patiently( still anxious, I was checking the tracking every 20-minutes) until 7:pm, my package showed as "Delivered" and was signed by for "Front Door"I rushed outsidenothingI immediately called the Lasership phone number since I knew that I would be waiting about minutes and waited outside just in case the driver was in the complex and just hadn't found my place yet (Even though they had my number and should have called me before delivery)Finally spoke to someone at Lasership customer service and was said they would launch a hour investigationAlas, I paid for "SameDay delivery"( which after my call to Amazon is being refunded) and got "Non-delivery"I meanthey're basically the "Newman" (from Sienfeld) of carrier servicesI would never hope for people to lose their jobsbut this company deserves to go bankrupt and be bought by another company that knows how to train their employees to provide the services that they promise

When I check shipment tracking and see that it's Lasership, I know immediately that my package will NOT be deliveredI have never had a package delivered successfully when the carrier chosen is LasershipI don't understand how they are still a functioning business with the lack of standards they have

Absolute worst delivery serviceI cannot imagine why companies like Amazon, Urban Outfitters, Zara etc would want to partner up with LaserShip; besides their "low shipping costs"Then again, you get what pay forThe ONE good thing I have to say about this company is that the customer service representative that I have been in touch with really seems to be making an effort and seems to care about me, the customer, receiving my packageOtherwise, the actual delivery service is horrendousThere is definitely a reason why LaserShip has a D- ratingI guess F was not in the options

I placed several orders with different companies and LaserShip was contracted by these companies for delivery LaserShip has lost every package (approximately 7-orders from different companies), lied and said it was delivered when it was not delivered and I had to re-order everytime and only received my orders on the second order deliveryLaserShip is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with and I shop/order online 3-times a week and receive frequent deliveries

Lasership is a terrible company They either say they have delivered items when they haven't or they deliver the item days after they were supposed to The customer service number is of no use

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this customer's concern and recent delivery experience I have investigated the issue and do see that the package with tracking number [redacted] - [redacted] was delayed The underlying delay on this package was caused by an large increase in volume and I definitely apologize that the customer was affected I do see that the package issue was escalated to a supervisor to try to prioritize the package but we were not successful We did determine that the package was delayed past the point that the perishable contents would still be viable We did mark the package Damaged by LaserShip and reached out to the customer and [redacted] regarding the issue I have added the customer's address to our escalated address list to improve service going forward Again, I apologize that the customer has had recent issues with receiving deliveries in a timely fashion Thank you, LaserShip

They never delivered my package and claimed they didI was home the entire time waiting for itIt was promised same day delivery but I have yet to see the packageWhen Amazon confronted them about the delivery, they claimed it was missing in transitHow can it be missing in transit and marked as delivered at the same time? Literally the worst customer service I've ever experiencedThey have either lost my package or stolen itEvery time I call I get a different response as to what is going on with my packageI asked the last lady if they were just lying to me everytime I call and she responded yesI've been waiting for a return phone call for hrs nowI cannot believe a company as big as Kohls would use Lasership
