To Whom It May Concern:First, there is no one in our office with the name, or any similar name to that referenced in the consumer complaint.Second, contrary to the consumer's statement that she has received harassing calls, only one phone call was made by our office to the consumer supplied phone numberThat phone call was not answeredRather the consumer called this office on 6/22/at 10:am EST from the provided phone number.Lastly, at no time did any employee of this office threaten litigation or wage garnishmentAll statements within this complaint are completely and represent a written defamation against this office.Additional information is available should the Revdex.com choose to pursue this consumer for the filing of this complaint.At this time our office will consider the consumer's libelous complaint as a request to cease and desist and will proceed accordingly.Thank You,Research Department

"MrMaloney" left a message asking for a return call regarding debt collection to the number 610-239-ext "MsTate" answered the phone asking for a "James" and then "John" I informed her no person lived at this address This "debt collection" is bogus They are not leaving the name of a specific "debtor" when they leave the message which no attorney would actually do Too vague to be legit Also, if they are legitimate, they are required to send you something in writing within business days Don't take the bait from these fraudulent "debt collectors" Their approach is flirting with harassment

November 16, 2015To Whom It May Concern: The attached complaint in which the consumer claims to have notified our office of a wrong number on six occasions is falseThe first time our office received an inbound call from this consumer was on 11/10/at 2:38pmThe consumer advised of the wrong number and the phone number was immediately marked as such in our systemAt 2:pm on 11/10/the consumer's husband called our office and again stated that the number was wrongWhen our agent attempted to advise him that the phone number had been marked as wrong in our system the consumer's husband proceeded to scream racial slurs and foul language causing the call to be disconnected.As per our previous communication with the consumer, phone number [redacted] has been coded as incorrect in our systemNo additional calls have been placed to said numberThank You,Research Department
