number and the phone number was immediately marked as such in our systemAt 2:pm on 11/10/the consumer's husband called our office and again stated that the number was wrongWhen our agent attempted to advise him that the phone number had been marked as wrong in our system the consumer's husband proceeded to scream racial slurs and foul language causing the call to be disconnected.As per our previous communication with the consumer, phone number *** has been coded as incorrect in our systemNo additional calls have been placed to said number.Thank You,Research Department

Rather the consumer called this office on 6/22/17 at 10:21 am EST from the provided phone number.Lastly, at no time did any employee of this office threaten litigation or wage garnishment. Hi, I filed a complaint against this company (#[redacted])...

and they responded that they did not have my phone number (###-###-####) in their system. The calls stopped so the complaint was closed. Since then, the calls have started again so clearly they do have my number.I would like them to permanently purge my number as I have no outstanding debt and they are calling in error. If there's any way to keep them from these practices entirely, that would be even more useful since they are likely more vulnerable people getting these calls who may give them money in error.

one from our office has ever had a conversation with any person, whatsoever, on any outbound telephone call on this consumer's file.We have only attempted to reach the consumer at 2 different phone numbers. One of which the consumer has identified as his own in this very complaint. Possibly his family members, multiple ex-wives and several associates all share the other phone number. Even so, no one from our office was able to speak with anyone at either number.We sent this consumer a letter on 7/13/17, to the same address the consumer has listed as his own on this very complaint, explaining the purpose of our communication attempts.Lastly, again contrary to the allegations in the consumer's complaint, our office did not pull a credit report on this consumer,Should the Revdex.com need any further information to pursue the consumer for the filing of these false allegations please let us know.Thank You,Research Department

I am rejecting this response because:I've never received anything in writing for them and 
###-###-#### is my ex-wife's number and has never been associated with me.###-###-#### is my elderly parents number and I've never used it for any type of business.How did they get these numbers? Also, they say this is to collect a debt, but they won't say what company is saying I owe them money.I never took any type of loans from anybody in Pennsylvania so I don't know why they're harassing me and calling family members.I'm not making allegations, I'm telling the truth.And I think I deserve an explanation of how my personal information got into the hands of a Law Firm in Pennsylvania.
