I am rejecting this response because:If this company does not have sufficient records with my name, then
I will not release my telephone number. There is a possibility this company would continue to harass me. I am elderly and do not need this frustration.

Review: I get constant calls on my cell phone from this company looking for someone I have never heard of and is not at my number.
For two years I have asked them to have my number removed, I am not who they are calling for. They continue to call from various different phone numbers.Desired Settlement: I want these calls to my cell phone to stop immediately
On March 31, 2015 I received a voice message from the Joel Cardis group, asking me to call back. I did. The “analyst” at Cardis asked to speak with (a) “Lydia”, and then (b) “Lisa” about some outstanding debt. I responded that no such person was at my address now or in the past. My household has no “Lisa”, no “Lydia”, no debt, and an unlisted phone with long-standing “do-not-call” registration. I asked (politely) how my unlisted telephone number -- a number which had not been in use before being assigned to me -- came to be used by the Cardis group. The analyst hung up on me.
So much for professionalism!
I called back, spoke with a different “analyst”, and politely asked to speak with a supervisor. This time my call was transferred. After waiting 7 minutes, I had obviously been “switched off” yet again.
Based on my experience, this group needs training in both telephone decorum and research. Does it call numbers at random to inflate its log of dialed, “we-tried” numbers? Whether or not that is the case, this is a group which I most certainly would never employ.
This man was very arrogant and unreasonable during or conversation. He is using his power title as a threat. He comments on issues that he has no knowledge about. His communication skills with "customers" are poor. I guess the LLC acknowledges this poor professionalism since, with it, he is not personally liable. Apparently, he actually has a law degree but he is only able to use it for debt collection.
Review: I keep receiving automated calls from this number. I dont know this person or have ever done business with them. They are asking for a credit number..NONONONO
Also not sure who they are attempting to contact at this numberDesired Settlement: Please stop contacting me and I will NOT EVER give my credit card information over the phone nor does anyone live at this number that even remotely sounds like who they are trying to contact.
Review: I have tried to reach this law firm regarding calls I have received about debt collection. When I answered the phone today, I got hung up on before I spoke to a single soul. When I tried to return the call, no one picked up, and every time I opted to leave a message from the automated prompts, I'm hung up on again. This happened four times now today. I'm severely frustrated and highly suspicious that I can't reach anyone about a supposed debt. I haven't been assigned any case number and yet when I call, one of the prompts asks for me to make a payment. How can I make a payment on a debt I don't know about and have received no information on???Desired Settlement: To reach someone and receive legitimate information about why I'm being contacted.
