 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:. These calls have been happening for at minimum 2 months.  If need be I can pull my phone  records. The reason you were informed that you were calling the wrong number is because I kept calling YOUR office for several days until I finally got someone on the phone. Your business practices are horrendous and you lie.  Just don't call anymore and we will have no further issues.
Regards,

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I have phone records confirming 6 calls  (from [redacted]) placed to the business in question. All 6 of which were telling them to stop calling my cell phone.I have incoming phone records (from [redacted]) showing multiple daily calls over a year plus. This business is telling you nothing but lies. They went so far as to call my number back two times later on the very same day AFTER they were told they had the wrong number and that they had to stop calling. I challenge their "Research Department" to release full and original phone records for all of their offices - they won't, because quite simply, they're liars and/or ies. They threatened to call "the authorities" on me if I didn't tell them how to reach the person they were trying to contact. A person I DO NOT KNOW. As stated originally, she is apparently the person who had my cell number before me.I have contacted [redacted] and reported them for threats and harassment.I have contacted their web hosting provider and registered complaints about the threats and the continued contacts, as well as the misleading and fraudulent information on the website of "Joel Cardis" a fictitious lawyer created to give some aura of legitimacy to their shady operation.I have contacted the ACA International (the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals) and attempted to file a formal complaint over the threats and continued calls.I have filed a complaint with the FTC over the continuing calls and the threats received. They can state whatever other lies they want to deflect attention away from the fact - proven by the records of a third party ([redacted]) that they keep calling after being told repeatedly to never call me again. My husband has never called them on my cell phone or from any other number. The claim that he did so is libelous.Knowing their statement was libelous they wouldn't even sign a name to the garbage reply they sent you.
These lying pieces of human garbage have called me TWO TIMES SINCE THIS COMPLAINT WAS INITIALLY FILED.
Regards,
[redacted]Head of my Personal Research Department

Business is violating the donotcall.gov list [email protected] May 30 at 1:49 PM To [redacted] Message body   Thank you for registering your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry. You successfully registered your phone number ending in [redacted] on September 30, 2006.OBEY THE DONOTCALL LIST - STOP CALLING ME.

"Mr. Maloney" left a message asking for a return call regarding debt collection to the number 610-239-7147 ext. 7120. "Ms. Tate" answered the phone asking for a "James" and then "John". I informed her no person lived at this address. This "debt collection" is bogus. They are not leaving the name of a specific "debtor" when they leave the message which no attorney would actually do. Too vague to be legit. Also, if they are legitimate, they are required to send you something in writing within 5 business days. Don't take the bait from these fraudulent "debt collectors". Their approach is flirting with harassment.

January 5, 2016To Whom It May Concern:
This consumer received confirmation of her account status from our office on 1/4/15.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
If this company does not have sufficient records with my name, then
I will not release my telephone number.  There is a possibility this company would continue to harass me.  I am elderly and do not need this frustration.

We have received MULTIPLE pre-recorded phone calls from this office for over a year now, at 2 different homes with 2 different phone numbers. They NEVER asked for a person by name, only to return the call and that they was a debt collector. From years of experience, no LEGAL debt collector will ever call and ask for a return call unless they leave a specific name. I write this one off as SPAM or at the least, low end scale legal office. Just don't answer their calls, simple...

September 24, 2014To Whom It May Concern:This Revdex.com mailing still does not contain the phone number which the consumer is requesting be removed from our system. Obviously we cannot remove a phone number without knowing what that phone number is.
Accordingly we are still unable to respond without additional information. If the consumer would provide the phone number at which he was contacted we can attempt to address the concern presented.

September 30, 2014To whom It May Concern:The consumer has failed to state a complaint to which our office can respond. She claims to not know how we received ber information or why we are contacting her but as per the consumer’s own admission, the consumer already contacted the original...

creditor and was thereafter directed to our office concerning this matter. Furthermore, the consumer also admits to having already received several written communications from our office, in each of which we identify ourselves and our client. We will consider the consumer's Revdex.com “complaint” simply as a request to cease outbound communication with the consumer. We will proceed accordingly.Thank You,Research Department

On March 31, 2015 I received a voice message from the Joel Cardis group, asking me to call back. I did. The “analyst” at Cardis asked to speak with (a) “Lydia”, and then (b) “Lisa” about some outstanding debt. I responded that no such person was at my address now or in the past. My household has no “Lisa”, no “Lydia”, no debt, and an unlisted phone with long-standing “do-not-call” registration. I asked (politely) how my unlisted telephone number -- a number which had not been in use before being assigned to me -- came to be used by the Cardis group. The analyst hung up on me.
So much for professionalism!
I called back, spoke with a different “analyst”, and politely asked to speak with a supervisor. This time my call was transferred. After waiting 7 minutes, I had obviously been “switched off” yet again.
Based on my experience, this group needs training in both telephone decorum and research. Does it call numbers at random to inflate its log of dialed, “we-tried” numbers? Whether or not that is the case, this is a group which I most certainly would never employ.
