Sergio was on time, professional and friendly Most importantly he was efficient and knowledgeable He did what he was supposed to do with enthusiasm

Initially was happy with their serviceI put in a new heating and air conditioning system Ever since then their customer service stinks This is the second time I have made a schedule routine maintenance appointment week in advanceI took of work and arrange my schedule around this I then do not hear from them at allWhen I call I am told "we are very busy and may not get to you today" It seems they are only interested getting new business and customersOnce they have your money they no longer care about their previously loyal customers

Karl and Kyle were very knowledgeable and friendlyThey respected our home and fixed our problemI would highly recommend Perfect Home Services! We love how they guarantee their work!!!

Jim from Perfect home services was very thorough in checking our air conditioning unit and providing recommendations to help the unit run efficientlyWe recommend Jim for anyone looking to get their HVAC unit serviced

Fast and prompt service Darryl the tech was spot on with his assessment and had things working in short order This all on a very cold day with a long list of clients to still see

These guys are terrible and some how they manage to stay in business, not sure how Their [redacted] reviews get buried recommended review most of which are good and not recommend reviews all of which are bad, guess you can't trust *** But trust me you can not trust these guys on anything Hey lied to me about pricing over the phone, the guy that came out lied to me about what needed to be done, and on top of that tried to charge me thousands of dollars for a hundred dollar fix Buyer beware, they use intimidation and hope you don't know anything about plumbing

Matt came for the furnace servicing and answered all the questions and was very pleasant to interact withPerfect Home Services has been a great business to deal with in the last several yearsI have my heating/cooling/plumbing serviced by them and I am very happy with their service and it is technicians like Matt that make the company great

Worst plumbing experience I've ever had!!! First off, the technician said he would call me when he got to the house and tell me the details of the situationHe never didI called 3-times the same day, getting transferred to other useless peopleWhy was it my responsibility to have to chase someone down to find out what they did to my rental house after they initially told me they would call me once they got to my house- hours earlier?! I was upset about having to chase someone down 3-times and spoke with Kristin, a CRM about itShe didn't careI asked to speak with Justin [redacted] , the owner/president because his website says if I ever have any issues, that I can speak to him directlyI called 3-times within ONE week and was told all 3-times, that Justin would call me back asapEven the CRM, Kristin, personally told me that he would call me the next dayI never heard from anyoneThe 5th time I called, Kristin told me that she never told me he would call me the next day- she said she would send him a message to do soWhen I told her "I know you record your calls, go back and listen to our call because you told me he would call me the next day" and she said "okay well then I gave you the wrong information." I said "can you send him another message to call me?" and she said "ok I will." and I said "it sounds to me like you're going to send him another message and he's just going to ignore it like he did last time?" and she said "that is probably the case" and I said " I don't understand- his customer guarantee straight from his website says if we ever have a problem, to contact him directly" and she said "I don't knowhe read my email the first time and didn't think it was worth calling you back on." so then I told her to tell him I'm going to write negative reviews everywhere and she said "Ok I'll let him know, bye" ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP FROM THE VERY TOP! HE LIED ON HIS WEBSITE! Received their answering service late at night They took my AC issue information and contact information and asked if I needed a technictian yet that night -- next day was fine PHS called me back early the next morning, scheduled my appointment Joe arrived the next morning, found and fixed my issue All went as advertised by this service which can be rare now days We're working again; thanks for the excellent service
