I never give a straight A, but they came pretty close with an A-From my inspection with Jim and Bill giving me a quote, to the installers Pat and Eric
Although the night before I thought we would be doing a morning install, it didn't happen, but PHS did keep me posted on the status and eventually they got to my housePat and Eric got right to work and didn't stop until completed half hrs later
PHS did my furnace a couple yrs agothey weren't the least expensive then and they weren't this time, but they did a solid complete jobAnd I'm completely satisfiedRemember in this world you get what you pay for

Honestly this is the best have company that we have ever done business withI like that they call and let you know when they are coming I like the fact that we have the same technician, Darryl BHe is very knowledgeable and always walks us through what he is doingAnd he always puts on the shoe protectors That shows me that he cares about my house!

Karl and Garrett came out to rod my kitchen sink The house is old and the piping appeared to have been installed by the previous homeowner I had forgotten this fact until Karl reviewed what was in place They ended up re-piping the kitchen sink and down into the basement The final product was like night and day from what had been there The pipes actually sloped instead of being a perfect horizontal!! Karl and Garret were very solicitous of my home and took great pains to keep their work area clean, as well as to wear protective booties while walking through my homeThey were very polite and courteous I have used Perfect Home Services in the past and will continue to use them in the futureTheir employees have always been stellar and their work exemplary

Jim *** has serviced our HVAC for three years We always specifically ask for him because he is knowledgeable and experienced Jim is also courteous and professional

Yesterday, while sitting at home, my air conditioner stopped blowing; although I was able to turn on my thermostatMy wife was able to schedule an appointment for today*** was our serviceman and he came to our house as scheduled, was professional and efficient with his diagnosisWe felt very good about our options and our plan to fix the control board in our system

I have been using Perfect Home Services for years. They installed my new furnace and whole home humidifier a few years ago, have done several plumbing repairs for me, and were out today for an annual furnace check up. They are always friendly and professional and get the job done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

believe the work was necessary we would gladly refund the customer and terminate the employee. However, in this instance that is not the case. We are always sad to loose a customer and apologize we were unable to build a lasting relationship.

Prefect Home Services were called out to do a simple A/C charge, the out come was to pay about $2200 or buy a new A/C for $4000. They kept uping the charges. Had another company come out for another opinion and there was nothing wrong except to put 3lbs R22 in which only cost $215. I would not and I mean not recommend this company

I'm sorry but Perfect Home Services response of it's a price issue, are you serious, you outright charged for things not the problem, plus tried to get me to purchase a new A/C, I have receipts from both companies to prove it. Very Bad Business and oh that's right you said you'd fire a worker if you felt he misled a customer, oh ya your a family owed business I forgot

Mrs was offered a leak search and repair and declined the service. If we misdiagnosed the unit for having a leak then the second company would not have needed to add more freon. Mrs is filling a complaint stating we scammed her due to our price vs. another company price. We are a flat rate company and charge accordingly due to the cost of our business. Again, we hate to loose a customer however, we did diagnose the unit accurately based on the fact that the second company also needed to add freon due to a leak in the system.

Great product. Excellent service and best price I found. They have an enjoyable staff to work with. Workmanship was excellent.

I purchased a new HVAC in May 2015 from Perfect Home Services. After the first year I had a year of complimentary servicing for spring/fall. Someone called to schedule the first appointment which was nice b/c I doubt I would have remembered to do it myself. Anthony came out on 5/23 and was here at the expected time. He was nice and professional and considerate of my time b/c I work from home. He did his review of the machine and discussed possible enhancements that I declined at this time. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I've received from Perfect Home Services in the year I've worked with them.

Initially was happy with their service. I put in a new heating and air conditioning system. Ever since then their customer service stinks. This is the second time I have made a schedule routine maintenance appointment 2 week in advance. I took of work and arrange my schedule around this. I then do not hear from them at all. When I call I am told "we are very busy and may not get to you today". It seems they are only interested getting new business and customers. Once they have your money they no longer care about their previously loyal customers.

Perfect Home Services is a 5-star company. We had them install a new furnace and a/c in our primary residence, as well as a rental property. Every single associate they send to my home is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

Jason was great. He took his time and explain everything.

Joe * did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable, honest and helpful.

Sergio provided our one year check up, the first after we had the company install a new furnace and air conditioner last year. He was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

[redacted] H from PHS is super knowledgeable, very professional, hard working, efficient and effective and informative. He educated us about our systems and services and was clearly very experienced and trustworthy. He was respectful and clear and it was a very beneficial visit. We love this company and all they do and how they treat their customers and the work they do is great and fair. [redacted] is super great and we would have him and Perfect Home Services back any time and will.

It is not acceptable that Perfect Home Services continues to not tell the truth, and I hope the State licensing board takes note of this and how they trashed our water system for the sake of taking as much money as possible.
No refund check has been issued to us. Our finances will be open to the State and a court to prove no check was issued, as I expect Perfect Home services will be open to the same.
One shouldn't expect anything different than a "check was in the mail a month ago" response after 5 of their plumbers and the owner-son refused to do the right thing from the beginning. Multiple times, they abandoned us after 'purposefully' installing the pump their cheapest way possible and 'purposefully' ignoring the fact that it was not ever going to work. With so many failed attempts to fix this issue, it is clearly gross negligence coupled with purposefully trying to circumvent manufacturer's guidelines and code.
This case is to remain open until a refund check has been received, or closed on the fact that the business continues to ignore the problem and refuses to issue a refund.
There were plenty of times to "apologize," and I hope future customers understand the amount of aggravation we have had to endure, and that there might be "apologies" to their taking your money and doing the wrong thing over and over again while leaving it for you to figure out what the problems are with your plumbing.

Refund check was not negotiated. We are sending another check today and have stopped payment on the previous check. We have attached the check that is being mailed out today. We are mailing it to Mr.'s address that we have on file. We will respond if/when the new check is negotiated.

Fast and prompt service. Darryl the tech was spot on with his assessment and had things working in short order. This all on a very cold day with a long list of clients to still see.

My air conditioning unit broke down and they fixed it the same day. The repair tech was incredibly professional and friendly. When I told him this was my first home he went out of his way to give advice on maintaining everything HVAC and plumbing related. I will be using Perfect Home Services for any future issues.
