Asked to replace 4 restroom facets and they gave a quote of $2600 can you believe it. Please don't even call them, they are not worth the call. I have to take a day off for the quote because they can come any time they want. Wait for their call. They will call 30 minutes before they want to come. Customer service is horrible. They don't know anything about plumbing. For any question you ask, they will say only plumber can answer and they don't connect to one. Minimum $500 per hour they charge. If you are super rich then only you can afford them.

The Perfect Home Services response is entirely self serving and is full of inconsistencies and contradictions Their response states that their service manager approved the disputed price and then I "became belligerent and violent." Why would anyone become belligerent and violent after the disputed price has been accepted? Does it make any sense? Their statement that "I refused to pay" cannot be farther from the truthThe fact is that I handed the technician my check for $94.00, the cost of service on two units at the coupon price as was agreed at the time of making the appointmentHe wanted full price for the second unit but after talking with his service manager, he reluctantly seem to accept itHe asked for my drivers license and from it, he scribbled my license number on the check that I had provided himThis is a proof positive of the untruthfulness of their contention that I refused to pay The technician asked me to sign the invoiceAs he had earlier made threats of collection agency, I requested him to write on the invoice "Paid in Full" which he flatly refusedI said I can write it myself but he did not allow me to doMy insistence to this request infuriated himThis is when he abruptly and angrily left taking the invoice back but leaving my check behind Being an honorable person, I promptly mailed that check to the companyTo avoid any further argument about my payment, I spent extra money to mail the check under the postal Certified Mail category The company has not provided me with any document recording the service performed or the receipt of payment Their statement that I was "using profanity" with their technician is an insult because I never ever use profanity or swear words with any one and did not use it with that technician I have lived in this house for continuous years and have used numerous services during this period but have never encountered such a problem Their coupon bravely proclaims "No Breakdown, Money Back Guarantees" but were of no avail to me The response is not at all acceptableAny one contracting with this company should be aware of this company's attitude towards its customers Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2014/10/06) */ We do record all calls that come in and out of our phone linesOut of respect for this customer, we as a business do not feel it would be appropriate to comment any further to this complaintWe stand by our original statementWe wish Mr well however, we will no longer do business with him

I would never recommend this company to anyoneThey over charge, do horrible work ,and don't live up to their warrantysI left a review on a different site,and the OWNER of this company Justin *** actually threatened to bash my buisness on social mediaMy experience has been so strange with this company that his employe has actually texted me and told me that his plumbers arn't licensed and his heating and air line person isn't EPA certified Very weirdThey did work in my mother's home that was under warranty, and did not hover the warranty, and also installed a tub for me but hooked it up to rusted through pipes that done work, wile the working plumbing in is in the same spot in the buildingThey claimed they couldn't have known thatAbsolutely not true

I had technician *** perform a camera & rodding of the sewer in my homeHe was on time, very professional, did not complain when he had to remove the toilet & completely cleaned up after himself! I was very impressed with him & also had *** *** out to give me a quote on a sewer cutoff systemHe was very informative as to our choices and ended up quoting the best priceI interviewed plumbing companiesPerfect home services will be installing the sewer cutoff for me & my neighbor

First of all, the hydro-jetting was not presented as an option, it was explained that this was the next step in figuring out the problem (Sounds like someone needs to speak to their employees)If you look on the invoice you submitted on line, you can see that there is no indication of this being performed as an optionI also noticed that there is no comment made on the mess left in the crawl space, all over the fridge and on the front door by the apprentice you sent with no foreman to supervise or how it was explained to my girlfriend she can use the water as with no worries, she tried to use the washer and water came up through the toiletI even questioned the foreman when he suggested the hydro-jetting, if that was needed or he could just do a camera inspection to see the problem and he said the hydro-jetting was neededI believe it is sad for the good companies out there, when poor companies, like yours, try to take advantage of people and makes life more difficult for honest and trust-worthy companies to do business without being questionedFYI the house is all my girlfriends not mine at all

I'm glad to see you have all the answers now, that was not the case when I needed my sewer problem diagnosedAs for waiting to submit my claim, I did because I'm be harassed by a debt collector to pay for a service I did not need in the first placeAs anyone can see I'm not the first to complain about this company and there poor work and decisionsYou need to hire competent workers, not salesman! I have been a auto technician for over years and would never charge someone $to perform unnecessary procedures and then tell them they need an engine replaced, but that's were experience comes into play and knowing your job well and keeping the customer's best interest in mind, not there wallet

This was our first experience with this company The plumber, Karl, was very professional and informative about addressing replacement of the ejector pump float switch

I have called Perfect home services on a continuous basisI have had appointments to date and one scheduled for 9/So their statement about appointments is incorrectI HAVE NEVER REFUSED SERVICEI HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX ITTwo of the calls I made just recently ended with the customer service manager talking over me and not acknowledging the fact that we have had technicians here each with a different storyI have had to take different days off work of which I work from am to pm and have asked them to call me on my cell however they call the house insteadI was told by different customer service girls who was very nice that their manager is very abrupt and it may be difficult to get resolutionWhich of course she was rightThe customer service manger in a round about way told be myself and my husband we were lairs and that the tech that came out last did not know what he was talking aboutThis has cost me increase in my bill in weeks time, still no resolution and now I have to take another day off work.I HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF EACH APPOINTMENT AND EACH PHONE CALL I HAVE MADE AND PAPERWORK FROM EACH TECHNICIAN THAT HAD BEEN HERE

My expectations are that when I pay for a furnace I expect everything to work
I DID NOT CALL AND SAY THE FURNACE WAS WORKINGTHAT IS THE REASON I CALLED BECAUSE IT IS STILL RUNNING THE SAME WAY IT DID BEFORE THEY CAME OUT LAST, I ALSO STATED THAT THEY DID NOT CLOSE UP THE HOLE WHERE THE VENT GOES INTO THE FURNACE SO IT IS OPEN
I had asked what the next move was going to be since it seems that we have done just about everything except replace it which is what should have been done to start with SINCE IN YOUR WORDS " IT IS UNDER WARRANTY" I dont think that under warranty means to keep coming out and replacing parts and, as your tech said " we will just have to see if it works or not"
Since this was Perfect home services that did this I would assume that Perfect home services would come out and fix the problemYou make is sound as if you are doing me a favor
I will need someone to figure out how they are going to fix this as well as fill in the hole where the vent is
So with that being said I am also to assume that I will need to take yet another day off work to accommodate
So My expectations are that the air conditioner and furnace run like they should run as a new product

Mrs had a new furnace installed from usWe did not install her a/cWe did damage her coil during the install of the furnace and replaced the coil the next dayThe furnace is working properly and has always worked properlyThe issue she was having was the a/c unit was not working due to the new furnace being a bigger more energy efficient then the existing a/c unitMrs was requesting that we pull out the new furnace and replace it with a new unitWe explained that that would not work that she would have the same issueThere was not enough airflow in her unit which was the problem and not the actual furnaceWe scheduled a tech to return and lift her coil higher above the furnace in order to increase the air flowMrs would not schedule with us for the repair for weeksEvery time we contacted her to schedule she said she had patients and could not be home and would call us back when she had a date and time availableWhen management spoke to Mrs after weeks of attempted scheduling Mrs was very upset and using inappropriate languageManagement explained to Mrs that we can no longer allow our customers to treat our employees that way and that she needed to schedule an appointment with management only for repairMrs kept saying she wanted a new furnace and that she had a warrantyManagement tried to explain to Mrs that the actual furnace was not the issue that it was an airflow issue and Mrs agreed to allow a tech to come to the home to make the required repairsThe tech made the repairs and the unit has been functioning appropriately ever sinceWe never like to leave our customers unhappy however, sometimes no matter how hard we try we can not satisfy everyone

My furnace was shooting out cold air as well as failing to start on several attemptsdifferent technicians came out times-times that I had to be home from work because they could not diagnose the problem (not to mention came late to most of the appointment times)They replaced: igniter, control board, and gas valveI had hoped by the time the gas valve was fixed, this was the end of the problemsRight after the technician left, the furnace was failing to start as shooting cold air upstairs (I guess they only got half the house right on that one)Out of pure frustration due to the SEVERAL attempts of diagnosis and fails at that, and over $spent on this (which come to find out was WAY over priced), I called the company to speak to the owner and left messages over times nowI tried to give him the opportunity to make this situation right before I left a scathing review here as well as other placesThe owner clearly does not care about servicing his customers, and basically just stole money since I will need to call a much more competent HVAC company to fix the issueI could not be more frustrated, angry and plain out disappointedI guess if you need a simple problem fixed, then go for itBut if your problem has anything complex to it, save yourself the money, time and patience and find another company who can provide the customer service that should be expected

The OLD THERMOSTAT was NOT the PROBLEM; it was replaced incorrectly and misdiagnosed as the heating problemHeating problem was not DUE TO THERMOSTAT$charged for services for replacing a $thermostat is a rip off
You are still banging on the year old unit, which is repaired, running and functioning correctly with a $Thermostat (as you disposed off my old thermostat, which was functioning as it should be)
I would like to return your high cost hemostat which was installed improperly with a return authorization
The first-time diagnosis was completely wrong, as the second one
You are in the business of ripping off people with unnecessary replacements and expensive unwarranted repairs
A credit is needed upon receiving the thermostat you installed
