He told me he would talk to his manager as far as getting the car traded in and I told the salesman I already made arrangements with my lender as far as paymentsThe salesman told me call me back on 3/11/I have tried to contact the salesman several times on 3/11/2016, I stopped by Legacy on 3/12/2016, spoke to another salesman who tried to assist me, he told me the same thing the previous salesman told me the decision is up to the general managerI should have an answer by Monday 3/14/ either by phone or stop by the businessI don't want to face any repossessions or my credit dropping but I can not continue or afford to make payments on a vehicle I cant driveWhen I got the car I was told I had transmission and engine warrantyI never stop making payments on the vehicle and I would be highly disappointed in the customer service if my issue did not get resolvedI'm waiting very patiently and wait to see what happens Monday 3/14/ Regards, [redacted]

Legacy Chevrolet did not cause the customers sensors to go bad A sensor does not go bad with a tire rotation The battery in the sensor is going bad The batteries in a sensor can go bad after a few years We asked General Motors to cover the repair for the customer but they declined because it was so far out of warranty Legacy doesn't like that the customer is not satisfied We can give the customer a discount on replacing the one sensor Thank you, [redacted] Controller

Legacy Chevrolet is not claiming to have done repairs that were not needed to Ms [redacted] 's vehicle Legacy is saying she most likely has multiple issues going on with her vehicle She can bring her car in and let us look at it again if she would like Thanks!! [redacted]

Can the business please call me at my phone number(They have this phone number)I understand I filled out a credit app, before I signed I spoke with the sales person letting him know I don't want my credit pulled he then told me we only do a soft credit checkI have knowledge of the financing process with car dealerships and I specifically told the sales person that I did not want my credit shopped around we were not even close to that being done in the sales processAlso the only time they returned a call was about minutes ago to my wife's phone more than a month after my complaintPlease give me other times you have called I'll pull phone records and respondYour response makes it sound like you have called several times this is not true.

Legacy Chevrolet wants to do everything possible to fix the problem Ms*** is having with her Tahoe. Since the vehicle is a year model with 160,miles it could have several problems going on at the same time *** ***, Legacy Chevrolet Service Manager, believes
the vehicle is having electrical problems which unfortunately can be hard to diagnosis at times and therefore more difficult to fix. Legacy Chevrolet will be glad to look at the vehicle and fix it but the customer must be willing the leave the vehicle with our dealership long enough for us to determine the problem

The delay was not the fault of my own doingThe correct paperwork was sent on July 30, via email which I can verify from my own accountThe delay was the fault of the business, and they only returned my phone call to verify my address for my reimbursementPlease, I urge you to accept responsibility for you lack of proper handling of the situation, and I would like the public to have all the correct information concerning my dispute.
Once you accept full responsibility for your mishandling of my business and also when I receive the payment, I will at that point consider this matter resolved

I has read the response from Legacy Chevrolet in which I disapprove of their action in resolving the complaintI can understand GM warranty rule but it should have been stated up front on the invoice. After carefully going over my invoice I do not see any such stating. Furthermore about towing the vehicle just for a battery replacement that is official under warranty, is like buying a battery myself, in which I did. In my very own opinion, GM warranty rule is just another way of ripping customers off Good luck with you all under- cover warranty rules

By GM's
warranty guidelines the battery must be tested in the vehicleLegacy cannot control or change GM's policyThey will not let Legacy warranty any part brought in by hand that is
electricalBut, when the warranty is applied both part and labor is covered
We must use the GM supplied testers to give read outs for electrical partsIf
she cannot drive vehicle then she must have it towed up here in which GM will
not cover any of those cost!!! PLEASE understand NOT my rules!!

It is the position of Legacy Chevrolet that we deny any conversation taking place between this customer and Mr*** *** of repurchasing said vehicleHowever we as a dealership are willing to trade this customer out of his current vehicle into a vehicle of his choosingAssuming that
all lending requirements can be meet and figures agreed upon by both parties

On Sept30,I had my wife Camaro in for repair(Couldn't remove key from switch when in park and at times would not turn engine off).I was told the part would be in on Oct3,It has been one week and still no part No one can gave me a straight answer

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hello, I was informed that they would only charge me if the problem was tied to the so called repairMy complaint was that my wife's car is worse than before I took it thereLegacy preformed work on the gas tank that now will only hold 7/8s of a tank because the other 1/leaks out after being filled with gasThat is my complaintHow I am responsible for my gas tank being worseAs far as me being in your customer service center making a scene, that is a direct lieOther than me dropping car off and picking up after so called repair and service I had done all dealing over the phone and through the national GM Customer service center and Revdex.comI only remember a couple of names of people I talked tooOne was *** and one was ***I feel that this complete and total lie shows what kind of service I have receivedMy statements have been as truthful as I can beI really wish that the representive from Legacy would just stick to the factsWhich are I brought car in for a diagnostic check to see if the problem was under a recallI was told by Legacy that it was the recall that was the problemThe said they fixed itNow it is worseI called to find out what could be doneThey offered to tow it in and diagnose the problemIf it was not the exact part of gas tank they worked on I am at faultI told them it was worse than when I brought it in and felt they should look at it free of diagnostic charge on the reasoning that they had preformed work on the gas tank and it is now worseThey disagreed and said I have had it for ten daysI called national place to see if they could help and then I put a complaint in to the Revdex.comAnd that is where we are nowIn no time during this since I picked up after so called repair have I been on Legacy's propertyFrom what I see from their response is that they will lie to get out of being responsible for something even to the point of lieing about some to the Revdex.com to keep their good rating upI am not letting this go against themI would have met them halfwayBut now I know what to expect so I will continue to work with national place to get this resolved and continue to inform the Revdex.com of all actions and words spoken to me

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer serviceMade an appointment to have a recall on our car fixedGot there and also needed an oil changeAfter hours of waiting they tell me they only did the oil change and have to order parts for the recallThey should have told me this up front and I would have held off on the oil change and just waited one timeI was visibly upsetThe lady offered nothing as far as apologiesMy second trip back I waited hours (at weeks pregnant)She came to tell me that while the parts were here, the service guy BROKE a bolt trying to put the recall part onThis is NOT reassuring at all! You can't even fix the recall right?! When I asked about other nearby dealerships because this was RIDICULOUS, she willingly named two cities nearby with Chevy dealershipsAgain, no apologiesAfter I left I called the service manager and left a messagehours later, no return phone callI called the general manager and left a similar messageNO RESPONSEThis place clearly does NOT value customers

A refund check was mailed to Ms*** on Monday, Dec 21st, 2016. We regret that our team members failed to obtain the correct paperwork needed to process the cancellation as required by federal and state insurance laws. Our apologies for the inconvenience

Legacy Chevrolet is very sorry for the loss Mr*** incurred, we have a closed circuit security and also have off duty Muscogee Count Sheriff's officers that work after hours to try our best to prevent anything like this from happeningLegacy Chevrolet has a disclaimer on our
repair orders that is signed by each customer stating we will not be held responsible for items left in the vehicle at the time of repairUnfortunately we can not replace the items that were left in the vehicle but Legacy Chevrolet has agreed to work with Mr*** on the cost of his repair for the original complaint it was brought in forAgain we are sincerely sorry this has happened but Legacy Chevrolet has done every thing possible within reason to keep any vehicles and items safe while on our premises including hiring Muscogee County Sheriff's Officers at our expense to watch the premises after hours
