Yes the vehicles were paid off however my wife’s credit score dropped 106 points due to Legacy not paying off our trades on time.  I’m not sure how bad it affected mine. We want Legacy to notify all 3 credit services and explain to them it was their fault and do what steps that are required to get our credit reports fixed so they do not reflect late payments.

We obtained a 30-day payoff when customer originally traded in their 2015 Suburu.   We became aware that the vehicle did not get paid off in a timely fashion on 4/27/16.  It was paid...

immediately, along with all late fees, when accounting was notified and FedEx over-nighted to Chase.   We apologize that this error occurred and have made the necessary changes to insure it doesn’t happen again.

Legacy Chevrolet will have the customer a check by Friday, May the 22nd if not sooner.

By General Motor's warranty guidelines the battery must be tested in the
vehicle. Legacy can't control GM's policy. They will not let Legacy warranty any part
brought in by hand that is electrical. But, when the warranty is applied both
part and labor is covered. We must use the GM supplied testers to give read
outs for electrical parts. If the customer can't drive the vehicle then she must have it
towed to the dealership in which GM will not cover any of those cost!!!

As per this complaint our position has not changed. It is still the position of Legacy Chevrolet that we deny any conversation taking place between this customer and Mr. [redacted] of repurchasing said vehicle. However we as a dealership are willing to trade this customer out of his current vehicle into a vehicle of his choosing. Assuming that all lending requirements can be meet and figures agreed upon by both parties.

Legacy can not reduce a customer's car payment once they purchase a different car.  The customer's request is not possible.  If the customer no longer owns the vehicle her complaint is concerning Legacy can't do anything at this point to satisfy the customer.

Legacy Chevrolet is not claiming to have done repairs that were not needed to Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle.  Legacy is saying she most likely has multiple issues going on with her vehicle.  She can bring her car in and let us look at it again if she would...

I have a 2015 chevy 2500 HD truck. Brought to legacy because the truck was pulling, steering wheel off center, and vibrations. They said needed an alignment and wheel balance. Had it done. Still have issue. Went back said it was normal and could not duplicate. Went to another alignment shop; they stated alignment was off and steering gear box was loose. Went back to legacy, told them still having issue and what the other shop stated. Legacy checked again and said alignment was off and the gear box was fine. Stated steering wheel off center because of road crown and mud. Which is BS. But anyway left and went to another alignment shop. Still same issue. Got tires balanced properly but still pull and steering off center. Went to Legacy for oil change service, they rotated tires and vehicle began sharp pull and vibrations. Technician took truck for ride and I went along. Technician verified. After hours of waiting for them to determine what the problem was, they cam back and stated the steering gear box was loose. (sounds familiar from months earlier when I reported this issue to them). WEll they ordered the steering gear box. I dropped the truck off last night for it to be worked on today. Now today, have not heard anything or any updates on my truck. I know the job should only take maybe 4- 5 hours at the extreme most to replace the steering gear box. But when I called, no one could or would give me an update. Asked to speak to the rep that helped and the answer was he is not here. Asked to speak to manager and he was not there because he was on vacation. Asked to speak to the one who is in place of manager and they stated it is the one Rep I asked for earlier. Asked if they could give me update and they could not. Left message for return call. No call. I returned call and the same run around. Called again, then hung up on. Called again and then finally told the ruck has not been touched all day and it would not be finished. Asked why, and they stated other vehicles had to be completed. UNBELIEVEABLE. I have been having this issue for MONTHS. AND THEY Put other vehicles in front of my truck. Still have not received call yet. UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Didn't diagnose the problem correctly the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. I told them the correct problem but they deny. Finally they conclude the correct problem and then don't fix it in a timely manner.
PEOPLE DO WORK AND HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK TO ACCOMPLISH THESE MATTERS. You have wasted my time, vacation hours, and work hours.
If there was another service location within the immediate area, I would not come to this place, but maybe that is why they are so horrible because they know this is the only location available.
Legacy Chevrolet you should be ashamed of your service department!!!! Treating any customer this way is horrible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for Legacy Automotive to pursue credit agencies on a customer’s behalf.  We would have to provide Private, Personal and Safeguard Protected information which Federal and State law prohibits us from doing.  We would be happy to draft a letter to the customer, explaining our error, that the customer could use to pursue this matter.

$1,000.00 check was cut to customer on 9/7/2016
There was no key promised nor was it set up on the we-owe to be owed to him.
0pt;">Flagship decision notes states the contract must be a minimum amount financed of $7,500.00. Net price before service contract was $5,695.00. Plus the service contract $2,500.00 equals the amount financed $9,227.00. Customer was made aware that he could cancel the contract at any time.

Legacy regrets that Ms. [redacted]  was not informed on the information given properly. It is company policy to prepay for all of the parts that have to be ordered that are not covered by any type of warranty. She had paid for the part but we had to order the part which took a couple of days....

There was however a miscommunication to that fact which we do regret. I [redacted] Service Manager did apologize for the misinformation. We did put the Alternator on which she agrees. As far as the other work it is not a recall rather special coverage through General Motors. The coverage is very specific on what events we must go through to repair the vehicle. I know Ms. [redacted] feels inconvenienced which we understand. We as a participant in GM warranty we must go through the process. We had to go through a series of oil consumption tests, which evolved in the vehicle coming by dealership to check mileage and oil levels. At that point we did go through the special policy and cover the repairs. Any repairs completed on a vehicle through GM dealerships have a 12 month warranty on repairs.  If she feels that she is still not satisfied, we as Legacy would love the opportunity to help her  with her vehicle. We do not want an unhappy customer. Her alternator was very noise that's why it was replaced.

Our apologies, this was an accounting error.  Ms. [redacted] trade in lien has been satisfied via FedEx overnight and her payments have been refunded.

CUSTOMER CAME TO OUR DEALERSHIP AND WE LOANED HER A CAR AND THE SUNROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND SHE SAID SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD HAVE HER INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD DO THE REPAIRS AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY WOULD NOT COVER THIS REPAIR , SO SHE RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP UNHAPPY AND WE GAVE HER A REFUND...

ON THE MONEY SHE HAD SPENT WITH US AND SHE IS STILL NOT HAPPY , SHE DID NOT PURCHASE HER VEHICAL AT LEGACY CHEVY CADILLAC , TY ! [redacted] GM

As stated in our previous reply we deny any and all allegations made by this consumer. It is our position as a dealership that this customer received a full refund on this repair. Per [redacted] our Service and Parts Director.

When we found out that the auto had a carfax that stated the car had been in an accident we talked nto [redacted] .He stated to us that he would replace the car just like the one we had . As time went on ,He kept making excuses ,sayng he didn't have one.WE decided to trade the car ,we couldn because of our credit and [redacted] knows this. We would be glad to trade if [redacted] would keep his word.The salesman has shoued us a few cars under [redacted] Orders.I feel has took advange of us because of the bankruptsy.Did not have a problem financing the first one ,If he would take the car back like he said he would ,we could buy another one.If he will get the new car financed we will have a deal. It is not Legacy Chevrolets practice to run credit on anyone that has not signed a credit application. There is a signed credit application on file for Mr. [redacted]. General Motors sets the pricing for military personnel at supplier pricing on all new Chevrolets with a reduced doc...

fee, this is the price that was extended to Mr. [redacted]. Unfortunately we were to far apart from what he wanted to pay for the vehicle versus the supplier pricing provided by General Motors.

miscommunication on this issue. This matter is a simple mistake made on our website, which is why the disclaimers are there, because these things do happen. General motors agent  Cobalt is responsible for our website upkeep. General motors is pulling the Vin of this truck and continuing to price just the truck itself on our website. When General motors does this they have no Idea the aftermarket Rocky Ridge package has been applied to the vehicle. As a resolution we are more than happy to provide the invoice on this vehicle to the customer, as well as the Invoice for the cost of the Rocky Ridge package and the customer is welcome to pay our direct cost as a result of this mistake. This goodwill gesture is only being made because we understand the confusion in reference to the pricing of our vehicle.
