miscommunication on this issue. This matter is a simple mistake made on our website, which is why the disclaimers are there, because these things do happen. General motors agent  Cobalt is responsible for our website upkeep. General motors is pulling the Vin of this truck and continuing to price just the truck itself on our website. When General motors does this they have no Idea the aftermarket Rocky Ridge package has been applied to the vehicle. As a resolution we are more than happy to provide the invoice on this vehicle to the customer, as well as the Invoice for the cost of the Rocky Ridge package and the customer is welcome to pay our direct cost as a result of this mistake. This goodwill gesture is only being made because we understand the confusion in reference to the pricing of our vehicle. Please let us know how we need to proceed to both insure our customer is happy and that we stay in compliance with our local Revdex.com. Thank you for your time.

 First of all,  that should have been stated on the invoice at the time of purchase. GM warranty rule is a quite contrary because if a dead cell in the battery cannot start my car, will not hold a charge, but yet I am suppose to have my car tow to their business on my own expense is ridicule.  The cost for towing is not much less than buying a new battery else where.  The people should know in advance the warranty rules for GM so that will give people a second thought before making a purchase.  I think the public should know GM Rules.

We have discovered that we had the wrong phone number in our system when we tried several times to contact Mr. [redacted] we received a voicemail and left many messages on that number. Today when I called to resolve this case a woman answered and informed me we had the wrong number and it was not associated with Mr. [redacted]. We found and alternate number and contacted him to let him know we were very sorry for the miscommunication, we will also will be working with General Motors to file for reimbursement to Mr. [redacted] after he has made his payment and brings in proof of payment that we can file with General Motors.
