incomplete inspection
I called once to complain that you did not complete the service and then tried to call back, but there was no answer. As I have stated in the phone call and subsequent chat you did not complete the inspection due to a dead battery. What kind of inspector, presumably a mechanic, cannot deal with a dead battery? I am sure the dealer would have dealt with that since they were motivated to support the inspection. Not only was there no test drive, there was no interrogation for codes as is listed as part of the service. You insisted that there would be an additional charge to return to complete the inspection. I requested a partial refund for an incomplete job and you would not even directly address that request, simply reiterating that you inspect the car "as it sits" and that you would arrange for a return visit to inspect at an additional charge once the car was running (the battery was replaced immediately and the car runs fine). This was an incomplete service and I would not use you again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! SHADY!
I hired Lemon Squad to perform an inspection on an out of state vehicle. They took my money and are giving me an estimated completion of a few days from now. That’s fine. No problem.

I message them on their online messaging tool to ask if I will get to talk to the inspector before the inspection. They responded that I will not get to speak to the inspector ever as they’re out driving and doing inspections and don’t have time to talk on the phone. I questioned that as being odd as I’m the one paying for the service and they immediately ended my chat. No response at all.

I thought that was rude, so I messaged them back saying, “I’m not sure if we got disconnected or you were in fact being rude and ended our chat. I have more questions.” They immediately ended that chat and disabled any chat feature and I can no longer have any further communication with the company.

This is a company that I paid for and I can’t even ask any questions? You’ve got to be kidding me. The most unethical company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Brutal inspection
I was selling a car and the customer requested to have it inspected which I had no problem with. The inspector Dave was brutal. He went as far as noting that the headlight was not the original headlight. It was not a $100,000 car. It seemed like he was looking for things to justify their $300 inspection. Needless to say the customer got turned off and didnt buy the car. I did end up selling the car no problem

Terrible Inspection leads to $$$$ down the drain
One star is too much. Upon receiving the car after inspection, several test drives experienced a loud thunk and metal grinding in the rear end. There is no way the car was driven (as reported) without the problems I experienced on every test drive. Took it to a local mechanic. The entire read end suspension is shot and the car is not drivable. Total estimation is close to $3k in fixes.

Exact wording from the report - " I found no issues on the test drive. The engine had plenty of power and there were no misfires or smoking. The transmission shifted as designed with no harsh engagement or slipping. The steering was responsive and the suspension was firm and the vehicle handled well. There were no abnormal vibrations or odd noises."

I am 100% confident this car was not driven during the inspection that I paid for. The wording (above) from the report feels very 'boilerplate'. I do not expect them to identify every concern, but they clearly stated the "suspension was firm and the vehicle handled well." and there is no way that statement is even 10% true. "There were no abnormal vibrations or odd noises" - you clearly did not inspect this car.

This inspection is not reliable at all. Your best bet is to use a local mechanic for any shipped car buy, preferably a dealership that clearly knows the make/model. Total waste of $279 and there is no guarantee with their inspection. BUYER BEWARE.

Use someone else
Company puts the order on hold and asks for more money. I entered the dealers address, and paid a mileage charge calculated by their system, then they wanted to increase the fee. Refused to do the work and will not refund money. Use someone else.

Service is terrible
The mechanic was due to show up at 1pm, not only did he not show up but did not even call. The car is gone and asking for a refund because Lemon Squad did not meet their obligation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY

I was greeted professionally on my original phone call. The set up was quick and easy. The car I was interested in purchasing looked amazing on the eBay ad. When I received my report, I was so happy to find out the car was a "Bondo Queen". It would have been a very expensive mistake and a huge disappointment. Using Lemon Squad was a great experience.

Thank you so much Arty! We enjoyed working with you and look forward to doing business with you again in the future! :)

Hey Lemon squad, why don't you respond to all the bad reviews? You don't have that much time? Too busy scamming other people?

I ordered an inspection and received a call the next day from customer service that the sellers (an auction) would not let the inspector schedule an inspection. I contacted the sellers who said the inspector is welcome to perform an inspection and could not find anyone who told the inspector they could not schedule. I don't know who is telling the truth here, but either way I just canceled it. I paid $191 which lemon squad will not refund. They may have a credit only policy (I question it's legality in all states) but given the current economic crisis I have no assurance their business has sufficient capitol or reserves to survive the downturn.(legitimate concern right now)They go under, that money is gone. If I had been refunded I would continue to use their services as needed in the future but now I can not. I called and spoke to a manager she identified as 'Denise' -first name only. She refused to authorize a refund, continuously talked to other people in the room (or wherever she was) around her instead of paying attention to anything I said. I did not raise my voice or use any profanity but she was rude, and has no interest in client retention, she then spent time talking about how her father taught her to read (so confused by that part), I asked multiple time who her supervisor was and she just kept saying she is a manager, over and over and over again. Finally she said she reported directly to the owner of lemon squad who's name is 'Andy' first name only and then hung up on me. I would like to continue using lemons squad service but again I cannot under these circumstances unless they do the right thing here given all the variables.

This customer has placed 3 orders with us in total. He has 2 completed reports and one order that is on hold, a credit for him to use that will never expire, and it can be used towards another inspection anywhere in the US. When the customer places an order with us, he has to click that he has READ and AGREES to our terms and conditions. Item number 7 states that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the vehicle sells, the customer changes his mind, or the seller doesn't allow us on the lot, his order is put into that hold status. The customers also have to agree to these terms and conditions when they log into their account for the first time, AND before reading each completed report. This customer has clicked that he read and agreed to our terms and conditions no less than 6 times throughout his time using our service. These terms are on the bottom of each page AND our cancelation policy is also in our FAQs. We would have gotten this last inspection done for the customer but he failed to secure clearance for the inspector to go onto the lot from the seller, Copart. It is up to the customer to secure admittance for our inspector to go onto auction lots. This is also on our FAQs. When the customer called and yelled at us, he admitted that he hadn't read the terms and conditions and asked our employee Denise (no last name necessary) if she always reads the terms and conditions when she uses a company, of course, she does. We put the information right in front of him in many places. We can't help it if he doesn't read it.

I am rejecting this response because: My concerns were not addressed and clear unethical business practices. I did. not yell one time during our phone conversation, I resent the accusation. The seller (copart) could not find anyone who spoke to the inspector or told them they cold not inspect the vehicle. I stated as much in my compliant. Copart welcomes and encourages 3rd party inspections and lemon squad had recently completed an inspection for me on a different vehicle at Copart. Given that lemon squad has just lied about me, I now have to assume they have lied about even attempting to set the appointment. Sadly I see this wont be resolved here as they clearly have no interest to customer retention or repeat business. The simple fact none of the unprofessionalism demonstrated by their customer service associate is even being acknowledged is telling. A simple apology would have gone alone way. I will not do business with them again given how this has been handled since now I cannot trust them to be honest or ethical. But they intend to keep my money with no good or services rendered. I honestly don't get how an individual can justify that we should keep customers money even though we provided no services of any kind and that customer does not want to do business with us, oh and if the customer calls just hang up on them. Seriously, why would I ever do business again with a company that treats people this way? Common sense, refund and we both go our separate ways.

I absolutely Lemon Squad. I have had many inspections done my them an have finally found the perfect vehicle for me. This was on a beautiful Audi Q5 that I had my eye on for the longest time. I had worked with the seller previously on another vehicle they had for sale as well, so we were fairly well aquatinted. (I had Lemon Squad check that out that vehicle for me as well, was in an accident previously and had some work done on it so I passed on it. I also shared that report with the seller and they were very impressed with the amount of detail in the report. I even heard from them later that it helped help sell that original vehicle!) Anyway, on this Audi Q5 Lemon Squad took tons of photos for me and gave me a stellar report on it. This time I also got the Verbal Assessment add-on as well and was able to talk to their Master Tech right in the office, which was a great help! I will absolutely be using Lemon Squad in the future for all my vehicle purchases and be referring them out to all my friends and family members as well! They deserve more than a five star rating so I give them 7/5 stars!!!

Dont go through lemon sqad they are a scam. They give you a ridiculous 14 day warranty, it takes average 20 to 30 days if you live out of state to purchase the vehicle, now I am in a hole for 26k on a classic car, I dont not recommend lemon sqad ever to anyone. This business should be shutdown.

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Mar 16, 2020

I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with our service. As per the terms and conditions that you read and agreed to when you placed your order with us, you have 14 days to let us know of any discrepancies, and after that 14 day window, there isn't much we can do for you. I see that we did this inspection for you on 2/11/20. You reached out to us on 3/12/20, 30 days after we looked at the vehicle. As with any used vehicle, especially one that is more than 50 years old, you need to expect things to fail without warning. If you are having issues with your vehicle, you should reach out to your seller for assistance. We wish you much luck I'm the future.

Customer Response • Mar 17, 2020

Let me provide you with reality of this world we live in today. I bought a classic car plain and simple. I asked for a inspection, you guys went out gave me the report by the end of the day. I saw a few issues asked the seller to fix it and once the inspector had finished I started the process of financing the vehicle. On average from financing a vehicle from a far where they email you documents and what not you gotta get it notarized and the vehicle took around 4 days to ship yes it took around 30 days. That's reality of the way people buy cars so I could care less about your 14 day policy and your ridiculous company rules that probably need to be updated. Your inspector did a crop job, and he doesn't deserve to work for you. Plain and simple I want my money back.

They inspected the car Thursday said (it’s a decent car) I went and got it Saturday and now today Monday (2/24/19) the engine light came up on my way to work. order number 393421

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Feb 26, 2020

Hi Carlton - Did you see this in your report? "Engine may have been replaced indicated by several orange paint markings consistent with used component and had residual oil on top of the transmission at time of inspection, should be cleaned off and confirmed no active leaks are present." We also hooked up our computer and saw no previous or pending codes and the live data all looked ok. If the vehicle doesn't act up for us during our time with the vehicle, we can't report on it. I think that if you are having issues with this vehicle, you should go back to your seller. Being that they probably knew that the engine wasn't original, they should help you.

Customer Response • Feb 26, 2020

They told me I can’t get my money back and if I bring it in they ah look at it. I called the Credit Acceptance people and told them I want to voluntary repo cause I’m not about to continue financing a pos car that was listed as 9k on there website for 17k.

The merchant didn't complete the work on time. Charged me for extra visit. Then refused to refund money based on a non refundable policy that they barred in a terms and agreements clause, under a check box. Totally deceptive, dishonest baiting and switching.!!!!

Inspection placed on 12/19/19. Inspector called the seller to schedule the inspection. Seller stated that the vehicle was there and ready to be looked at on 12/20/19. Inspector got to the location at the prearranged time and seller told the inspector that the vehicle wouldn't be there for another hour or so. When something like this happens, the inspector is paid a $25.00 no show fee. Customer was called and a vm left about the situation and that he needed to pay the $25.00 no show fee since it was his seller that told our inspector to come out and the vehicle wasn't even there. Customer called back and paid the $25.00 no show fee by his credit card over the phone. Customer called back later that same day to tell us the vehicle had arrived to the location. We immediately assigned it back to our inspector and asked the inspector if he could still fit the inspection in that same day. The inspector had his day fully scheduled so he was planning to do the inspection 12/21/19. Inspector called seller again to set up a time to do the inspection and was told by seller that customer had picked up the vehicle. VM left for customer to let him know that we can either look at the vehicle at his home or he could use it as a credit towards another inspection. Had the vehicle been at the location like the inspector told it was going to be, the inspection would've been done on the 20th. It would've been done on the 21st if the customer hadn't taken the vehicle. Lemon Squad did we could to get the inspection done ASAP. We can't control if somebody takes the vehicle. The inspector does need to be paid for his time going to the location to do the inspection. If the customer had any questions about the $25.00 no show fee, there was ample time for him to discuss it with staff and he willingly gave us his credit card number for the charge. The customer should have left the vehicle at the seller's location so we could have done the job he hired us to do.

I would never recommend this service! We ordered an inspection for a motorhome purchase and they advertised the price of $329 but fail to mention that there will be a travel charge. Original travel charge estimate was $169! Really? Then Denise stated she would call me back to see if she could get a better price. So she called and said $50. Ok, so we paid it, scheduled it and it was to be on the following Tuesday. Then they called back and it’s an additional $25! We were not comfortable with it and felt they would find another reason to add additional costs at the inspection itself. We also were told that we could know the time of the inspection nor could we be present! How ridiculous. We are paying for the service! After arguing our point, Denise decided to cancel our inspection. Her customer service needs to be improved. When we called back to speak with someone else, they said Denise said you were rude so I won’t talk to you and she hung up on us. Very professional of them don’t you think? I called my credit card to cancel the charge, called our lender to tell them the type of businesses they are recommending and I have posted on the motorhome Facebook forum so no one else gets treated this way. I also did some homework and realize they are not RVIA certified either. Total scam!

I have used Lemon Squad for many years for out of state vehicle purchases. Until today, their services have always been delivered as advertised. I would purchase an inspection, the following day an inspector would fully inspect the vehicle and I would receive a report within 24 hours. As described in their advertising, I would always receive feedback on cosmetic condition, any issues found, a code scan and a test drive report. On 1/8/2020, I ordered an inspection on a vehicle and an inspector was promptly assigned. The inspection report was then made available on 1/9/2020. Great turn time, however, it was incomplete. Unlike the multiple inspections I had previously ordered, this one indicated that no test drive was performed. I contacted the dealership and inquired as to why a test drive would have been refused and they told me that the inspector was welcome to, he just didn't ask. While the vehicle was contained in a shop, the photos attached to the report showed that the vehicle was directly in front of a garage door. I contacted the Lemon Squad and requested that the inspector complete the inspection as described in their advertising and they advised me that I would need to pay an additional fee to have the inspector return to complete the inspection. As I require that feedback to make an informed decision, I acquiesced and satisfied the ransom. Hopefully my report will come back completed as advertised.

I am surprised to see this complaint come through. This was explained to the customer when he called to find out why the vehicle wasn't test driven. The inspector called to set up the inspection with the seller and was told that the vehicle was ready to be inspected. When the inspector got there, the vehicle was located inside their showroom and the inspector was told that the vehicle could not be moved outside. The inspector said that he was happy to go back and test drive the vehicle for a $25.00 fee to cover his fuel and time. The customer stated that he didn't have his card on him at the time but that he would call back when he had his card to make the payment for the $25.00 fee. He called back and made the payment without complaint. The inspection report was amended to show that the test drive went well and there were no problems found. The customer logged into his account on lemonsquad.com and viewed his report with the amendment regarding the test drive on 1/13/20 at 10:24 central time. He did not contact us with any questions, concerns, or complaints after reviewing the report with the amendment on 1/13/20.

Customer Response • Jan 14, 2020

I am rejecting this response because:
This response is inaccurate. A full transcript of my typed conversation is available on the Lemon Squad website under their Messages tab. It shows that on 2020-01-09 14:43:28 I advised the Lemon Squad representative that I "wanted it (the additional $25) included with my initial fee...". Furthermore, on 2020-01-09 14:45:40 the Lemon Squad representative stated "Okay, so our system doesn't have card info just for security reasons. So when you are ready for us to start the process for the test drive, you can give us a call at and we can take the payment for that...". I have attached the Lemon Squad messages to this message.

Additionally, when I called the representative via 800 number, I advised them that the dealership had no issues allowing a test drive. The dealership advised that the inspector never asked to test drive the vehicle. I have attached the text confirmation from the dealer to this message.

Per this recorded text transcript, I clearly shared my dissatisfaction and requested the inspection be completed as advertised. Furthermore, any reference to me not having my card available and requesting to pay later is a fantasy. I await corrective action from Lemon Squad.

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Jan 14, 2020

I have refunded you $25.00 for the test drive. I regret that we are unable to perform any further inspections for you. I wish you well on your vehicle search. Take care.

This company is a joke. They supposedly check for paintwork but my inspector missed the fact that the whole front end of my $50,000 Porsche Panamera was repainted. This will hurt the value of the car by $2-3,000 and the only itic response I am given is that "it is my own fault for not seeing it in person" and they are refusing the provide a refund. Lemon Squad needs to be shut down, people need to stop using this company to inspect cars. Not sure how this place has an A+ rating.

Their customer service is a joke as well. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and reschedule inspections multiple times at last minutes notice. There are many inspection companies out there and Lemon Squad is hands down the WORST I have EVER dealt with.

I will continue to pursue this issue.

Moving at the speed of snails.
I ordered an inspection on Friday evening Dec. 27th. I knew the inspection would not take place until Monday. But that did not happen. They scheduled it for Wednesday Jan 1st, saying that they are closed on the holiday. I never knew New Years Eve was a holiday. They said that the inspector was going to do it on his day off on New Years Day. That didn't happen. They said that the salesman was not available. They don't need a salesman, they just need a live body to hand them keys. What an excuse. They rescheduled for Thursday. No notification until Thursday morning at 7 am. The time I expected my report. Now I will not receive my report until Friday. Since the new car dealership incentives go away on Thursday, this report is now worthless to me. I have to make a decision with out the report.

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Jan 03, 2020

Your order was placed on Friday,12/27/19 after 4:00 central time. Your inspection was done on 1/2/20. Your contact was not available until then due to the holiday. We were unable to find somebody else to show us the vehicle because it was Mitch's sale, not anybody else. This is very common. You were hostile to us both through our chat program and over the phone. We are unable to perform any more inspections for you and we wish you well on your search.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company falsely claims they perform an inspection on a vehicle. The report stated the mechanical functions of the vehicle functioned correctly. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was very apparent all the inspector did was take a few pictures and write up a false report. Here all the MULTIPLE MECHANICAL ISSUES I found: Brakes, had to pushed to the floor to stop. Steering radius was very minimal, loose, and non responsive, making it dangerous to drive. Engaging 4x4 system, made a very loud knocking sound, extremely loud. Engine did not run correctly. My professional mechanic, had to replace rear brakes with new master cylinder/pump. Replaced steering box and column. 4x4 system was hitting cross member on frame, complete readjustment of drive train had to be done. Replaced carburetor, it was full of sludge, gas tank was full of debri. I've put in over $11k into vehicle just to make it drive down the road. According to Lemon Squad this vehicle was mechanically sound. I tried to work with them, but only received delayed email responses and a phone conversation did not go anywhere towards fairness or resolution.

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Dec 16, 2019

The inspection of this vehicle was performed 8/9/19. Lemon Squad received a call from Mr. regarding an issue he was having with the vehicle on 10/8/19, well over the 14 day window that the customer agreed to in the terms and conditions when he placed his order. We are now at 12/16/19, over 4 months since the inspection was performed, and again, well over that 14 day window. We can only report on issues that present themselves during our time with the vehicle. If the vehicle doesn't present any issues during the inspection, we can't report on them. We don't know what will happen or how the vehicle will act after we have left. This vehicle is a 1971 model year. With a vehicle of this age, things can and will fail without notice. If Mr. continues to have issues with the vehicle, he will need to check with the person that sold him the vehicle to see if they can help or offer any insight. Lemon Squad is not a warranty company and does not provide any warranty services. We wish Mr. the best of luck.

I contacted lemon squad to do an inspection on a Wednesday. The order said it would be done on Thursday. On Thursday it was changed to Friday. On Friday it was changed to Saturday. Then it was changed to Tuesday. Each time they said they couldn’t get ahold of the salesperson. They said they left multiple messages but never heard back. They also said they were told they had to talk to the salesperson I worked with because it was his sale. I needed the inspection report to help me make a decision between this remote car and one from a local dealership. I had to make the decision on the local car over the weekend. Because they didn’t do the inspection I had no choice but to buy the local car. Of course they have a policy of no cancellation so they wouldn’t refund my payment even though there was no inspection. Pretty convenient. They could have contacted me and asked for me to contact the dealership or give them a cell number for the salesman. I talked to the salesman and he said he never got any messages or heard from the inspector. I had told him they would be calling and to expect it.

I am sure if they actually do an inspection they do a good job. They have many positive reviews. My issue with them is customer service. No refunds no matter what. They never take responsibility that I can see based on their replies to negative reviews. Your only recourse is to go to arbitration in Minneapolis. Very convenient for them. I am writing this to hopefully let others know that if they have issues they will never be resolved in your favor. This company has the attitude that they are never wrong and it doesn’t matter anyway because they have stated their policy of no refunds. Do yourself a favor and go with another company if you need a long distance car appraised.

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Dec 18, 2019

Our inspector was informed by the dealership that he absolutely had to work with Brian. Because Brian was the salesperson, NOBODY else would work with our inspector. Our inspector left multiple messages daily and never did receive a call back from Brian. Had Brian answered his phone or called the inspector back, the inspection would have been done the next day. We can't force somebody to show us the vehicle and the inspector spent lots of time chasing this Brian guy down, with no luck. You were informed when you placed your order that all sales are final. If your vehicle isn't looked at, you have a store credit with us that will never expire and it can be used towards another inspection anywhere in the US. Again, you were informed of this BEFORE you paid for your inspection. At this point, we are just waiting for you to find a different vehicle for us to look at. When you find that next vehicle, you should confirm with your seller that he will actually return phone calls when the inspector calls. It would just taken 5 minutes of Brian's time to get this wrapped up. This is on him, not Lemon Squad. Lemon Squad made every effort to contact Brian.

The report I got said the car was in decent condition, not perfect but no major issues. Lemon Squad influenced me to buy a car without front brakes, a misfiring cylinder, and countless other issues. This happened some time but I still have screenshots of the report, it sounds like it was written by someone with a 5th grade reading level. I should've trusted my gut but this was my first time buying a car and I knew most used cars won't be perfect so I felt comfortable buying a decent car with what I thought no major issues. Not even a week after owning the car it started scraping metal on metal when I braked and then I found a code right away for a misfiring cylinder. Not even a month after owning it I had to spend $2700 to get new brakes and engine work. This car made my life miserable for so long and I wish I took stronger action more recently to the purchase. Not sure if leaving this now will make a difference but I think a company should be held accountable for saying a car is in decent shape when it has no front brakes. I could've been killed in an accident because of this. I'm not the smartest person which doesn't help but I thought I could trust an actual company but I would not recommend Lemon Squad to anyone.

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Dec 06, 2019

Tanner, we looked at this vehicle in June of 2017. That is a year and a half ago. As the report shows, this is a vehicle that is not without issues. If the vehicle didn't have front brakes, it wouldn't have been able to be driven, and it was. There were no codes in the system for a misfire nor was it misfiring for the inspector or it would have been in the report. The inspectors can only report on things that are failing during our time with the vehicle. Lemon Squad is not a warranty company. We do not offer warranties as part of our service. We simply can not be held liable for any issues you encounter with the vehicle after we have looked at it, especially not over a year and a half later. This is something that you would need to take up with your vehicle seller, but after such a long time, I do not believe that there would be anything they would be willing to help you with.

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Dec 06, 2019

Correction. This inspection was done 2 and a half years ago.

SCAM! Lemon Squad did not provide a timely car inspection service as advertised. Lemon Squad refuses to give a refund, only a credit for a future inspection. The car was purchased so an inspection is no longer needed. After reading reviews on Lemon Squad, they have done this to many other people and have questionable business practices. The terms of "no refunds" is not clearly stated by Lemon Squad when purchasing. They bury it in pages of "terms and conditions" written in fine print. Lemon Squad FAQ section of website says they aim for inspection time of two days. They did not adhere to this time-frame due to the technician having personal issues. I was forced to drive 9 hours at the last minute and inspect the car myself. Don't penalize me for a problem with YOUR technician. I have all of this documented from saved chat transcripts. I will post this on every website I can until you resolve. What kind of company refuses to refund when the problem is their fault? SCAMMERS!

Lemon Squad Auto Inspections Response • Oct 28, 2019

When your order was placed through our website at lemonsquad.com, July 8, 2019 at 11:34 am (almost 3 and a half months ago), you clicked the box that said that you READ and AGREED to the terms and conditions that must be agreed to before you can make payment. Our terms are not hidden. You are required to read them, and acknowledge that you agree to them, before you can use our service. Our terms clearly state that all sales are final. You called us to let us know that your seller had moved up the sale date. That is not something that is within our control. I'm sorry that you had a problem with your seller. All sales are final with Lemon Squad and you were informed of that, and AGREED to it, before your payment was made.

Customer Response • Oct 29, 2019

I am rejecting this response because: This is still an unethical business practice. You should clearly state "no refunds" and "no guarantees on inspection date" ON the order form where the credit card info goes. But instead you bury that in pages of terms and conditions. Of course you won't clearly state this on your order form because no one would order from you. You are a shady business who does not value customers. That is not a way to stay in business long term. I will never use you again and tell everyone about your low life business practices.
