We are writing in response to your letter dated September 25, regarding Michael [redacted] LifeLock is committed to providing a world class experience to all of our members, including the resolution of any complaints regarding our products or services [redacted] enrolled himself and his wife on September 21, in the LifeLock Ultimate Plus Plan at $per person with a day money back guaranteeOn September 21, Mr [redacted] called to cancel the plansAt that time our system does an automated prorated refund and then we are able to process the differenceThis takes 3-business daysMr [redacted] was refunded for each membership on September 22, and the additional $for each on September 25, I have placed a call and left a voicemail with Mr [redacted] to confirm that his refund was receivedWe hope this resolves the matter to the satisfaction of your office

Lifelock does not provide the services advertisedAfter receiving a collection letter on an account that had been fraudulently opened, I contacted LifelockThey refused to help since no "alert" had been made, presumably an adverse report to the credit agenciesThey sent me an "alert" the following dayI had contact with Lifelock three times over a month period, and each time I was assured a fraud investigation would be initiated and someone would contact meNo one ever contacted meEach time I called, the agent would tell me that no one had opened a fraud account for investigationThey took my $per month for several years and did NOTHING to help

I have had Life lock for years When someone went to see a doctor and used my identify I called them and they said they would call me in a couple of days When they called they added a fraud alert and said they would contact the collection agency and they did nothing I had to do all the work and they never called or followed up They promise they will help but when something happens they do nothing

We are writing in response to your letter dated March 27, regarding [redacted] LifeLock is committed to providing a world class experience to all of our members, including the resolution of any complaints regarding our products or services[redacted] enrolled with LifeLock on May 12, in the LifeLock with [redacted] Score ManagerOn April 3, I was able to speak with [redacted] regarding her concerns about her protectionI reassured the member that she has coverage with LifeLock and advised her of how her [redacted] workMs [redacted] stated that she had placed a freeze on her [redacted] file and just recently requested another fraud alertI explained how a [redacted] freeze works and that it permits from anyone accessing her file including LifeLock unless she lifts itWe were able to provide Ms [redacted] with updated information when her [redacted] freeze was liftedIn reviewing her account, we confirmed that there were no lines of [redacted] establishedI provided Ms [redacted] with options to verify and advised if she had any concerns to contact LifeLock for further investigationMs [redacted] was reassured that her information is protected and is continuing with her LifeLock service.We hope this resolves the matter to the satisfaction of your office.Sincerely, [redacted] Member Operations ManagerLifeLock, Inc
