In regards to this complaint this customer had emailed looking for an order that they sent a check in the mail forWe did not show receipt of the payment, nor has a check or payment been cashedI emailed this customer back telling asking her what address she sent the check toShe responded that she mailed the check to the address indicated on the websiteI told her I would research this furtherI did NOT ask her to mail another checkI emailed this customer tonight and told her we would send the part she ordered, even though we have not received the paymentI told her we would research it further and if I do not find the check I will let her knowThis way she can have the part she needs for her husband as customer service is very important to usI am hoping that this will close and resolve her complaint to her satisfactionThe part is mailing via the following: [redacted] Priority MailShipping Method: Priority Mail Label Tracking Number: [redacted] Shipped Date: 11/6/16Thank you for your assistance

I still have not received the chair I ordered They keep saying they are going to send it, but I still have not received it They can either send it or return my money

Liftchair.com promised me in an email that the chair would ship by October 22.According to their response, the chair has been sitting at the "hub" for over a month?What a pitiful response!They could have just admitted they messed up and apologize instead of acting like it was procedure[redacted] ***

We have addressed all of Mr. ***'s complaints. The chair is under warranty and the manufacturer has sent Mr [redacted] a new back and snap set up for the matching head pillow. They feel that this should resolve all of his issues. We have been in communication with Mr. [redacted] and he is now satisfied with... our actions and solutions to his problem. Mrs *** ordered her lift chair on Saturday 4-9-At the time of her order we discussed the delivery time for her particular chairWe indicated that the delivery would take approximately working days, however we do not promise a delivery date as the chairs are shipped with a freight company
