This company does not answer the phones, they don't care about their customers and are extremely rude. They messed up my order and didn't care.

I ordered 2 expensive necklaces from this company. It's been 2 weeks and I still have not received them. I have emailed [redacted]twice with my order number and concern. I still have not received any contact concerning my order. I was hoping to have this before Mother's Day and now it is wrecked for the presents that I had planned thanks to this company and their poor customer service and slow delivery. I am actually wondering if this place is a SCAM!? I will be contacting my back soon to try to get my money back since I still have not received my necklaces for my mother and mother in law!

I ordered a ring for myself on Dec. 26, 2015, unfortunately, I can't comment on it or its quality cause as of today, March 28, 2016 I still haven't rec'd it!!! After placing the order I was told they were no long making "that design" so I'm already preparing For it to look differently. However, you call the company and can NEVER get through, send an email a response takes 3-4 days. I was given a ship date of March 22 and asked them to expedite it, was told they couldn't change shipping method once it was in production. After 3.5 months I'm ready to just say forget the damn ring!

Please beware of doing business with Lisa Leonard Designs. I placed an order on 12/6/16 for two rings. On 12/20/16, I received a package with only one ring in it, but the packing slip indicated that both rings were in the package. The value of the ring that was missing from the package was just under $300.00. I immediately called the customer service phone number that was on the packing slip, but got a voice message saying that "due to the busyness of the holiday season" I would not be able to leave a message. I was told to send an email but that it could take up to 72 hours to get a response back. I emailed the company and it took 48 hours to get a response. The email response was off-base, indicating that the agent who replied had not read my email carefully. This was a very negative shopping experience. I did not receive the product I ordered in time for Christmas; and the customer service was extremely poor.

We are so sorry for the delay! We had some trouble with this specific piece and did not feel comfortable sending it until the quality was perfect. We issued a full refund on 5/8. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

This order has not been handled according to our company standards. We have refunded the remaining amount of the customer's payment and contacted the customer with an apology. We have heard her feedback and are taking steps to improve customer experience in the future.

The replacement order (#900283349) is complete and heading to our shipping department. When it ships, an email with tracking info will be sent. The request was elevated to Aaron Sunderland, who is the head of the customer service department. We sincerely apologize for the trouble but can assure you that we have taken every step to remedy the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.

the company has very poor to no customer service, tried calling many time to find out about the order. and finally was able to contact someone I was told it will take 5-6 weeks, and the website says 3-4 weeks. after getting items they are very poor quality my three year old could have done better or a two year old made it. Please research this company before any purchase. I will not get a refund only store credit for more garbage only good reviews there are about company is the ones working for leonard designs

I put in an order Friday November 10 but have not received a confirmation message. Not sure if order went through or not.

Wondering how this turned out. Did you receive a confirmation eventually and/or have you gotten your order? And if so, how long did it take? I'm in limbo, I ordered stackable rings two weeks ago and haven't received a confirmation either. When I emailed them about the status, their response seemed automated.

I ordered the Lisa Leonard My Tribe initials necklace in gold. The chain is way too thick for the tiny charms, it doesn't look right. Also, the tone gold of the chain and the gold of the charms is very different. The charms don't hang nicely, and the chain looks cheap and extremely brassy. I also ordered this because it was under the " ready ship within 48 hours" section. It was 7 business days before it even shipped! And how are you not able to change the shipping once the order has been placed?! It hasn't even been made yet! As another reviewer pointed out, I doubt they are making tnese in the middle of the night! I also called called the company to find out why it hadn't shipped within the 48 hours promised. They never answer the phone. They call you back later ( totally inconvenient when you have young kids!) They could not give me an exact date it would be shipping out ( (ridiculous) and only could tell me that it was being sent to quality department and then would ship ( keep in mind this was ordered from the " ready to ship in 48"hours" section. It finally arrived 11 days later and was a major disappointment. I ordered a bar necklace from Etsy's Leila jeweryl shop with my kids initials. Much more affordable, better quality, very stylish, and received within 5 days of ordering!

I bought a bar birthstone silver necklace from Lisa Leonard. Paid $138. I loved it until I wore it. It tarnished after one day. I have emailed and face book messaged asking how to clean it or get a new one that is real silver. (I have had lots of silver jewelry that does not tarnish. And was cheaper than one hundred dollars.) However, after reading these reviews I am not feeling optimistic about a good outcome. One can hope!

This was my last email to the company:
Dear Lisa Leonard Designs,

I wanted to get in touch with you regarding your customer service office. I feel you need to be aware of how horrible of an experience I have had.

I ordered my mother a necklace for Mother's Day (first time grandma) on April 19, 2017. I was super excited to get this for her and planning on ordering myself something at a later date. Unfortunately, that will never happen.

I chose standard shipping (probably the biggest mistake) since I ordered it in sufficient time. The week of Mother's Day I started emailing your company. The first person said my order was on time and I will receive it within 15 days of ordering. Well, that was at Day 12 or 13. On Day 15, I emailed again. This time there was an issue with my order and it was never processed. They had to do another order. They apologized and said they would take 15 percent off and priority shipping. I ended up calling and talking to someone who said there was no guarantee I would get it in time for Mother's Day. I then spoke with manager, Griphon, who took 50% off and continued to keep it at priority shipping. He also told me my necklace would be made in Southern California. I told him I lived in Southern California and asked where. He told me he couldn't share that information but would be keeping an eye on my order. Never once have I heard from him again. I received an email saying it shipped a few days later, but the tracking number wouldn't work. It also showed standard 15 day shipping. I called once again and was told there was nothing they could do.

It is now the Wednesday after Mother's Day on vacation in Hawaii. I asked my mom is she received her gift, given it was coming from somewhere in Southern California. She said no. I went back to try the shipping tracking site and my package is in New Jersey. So again, I was lied to. I'm more upset and disgusted than before. Your customer service doesn't even care and it is going to hurt your business. Your jewelry is beautiful, but no one should have this trouble.

I have three friends who have purchased through you. One of the three, the one who told me about your company, has purchased 5-6 pieces. She will never purchase from you again either. Sadly, I have had to tell my friends it's not worth the headache. It is unfortunate.

All in all, I really thought you need to know how your company is being ran. I hope you can resolve this issue before more customers become as unhappy as I am.

I purchased stack rings and the tracking number they finally gave me was from DHL. That's overseas, specifically Tel Aviv Israel! No wonder it takes so long!

I had a very similar experience and was told today May 23rd to find another company! They are HORRIBLE and don't care about their customers! I have friends that will no longer be using them as well. They are seriously HORRIBLE!

I ordered my necklace April 16th was told 3-4 weeks had emails stating it would be here by Mother's Day as of today May 23rd still in production. The supervisor was extremely rude! I have posted on all their social media outlets if I can save 1 person from this horrible company I will.

I recently ordered the birthstone rings from Lisa Leonard Designs. It has been something that I have been wanting for years every since my second child was born. I expected it to be smaller because it appeared dainty in the pictures which is what I like, but I did not expect it to be microscopic. I literally cannot even see the colors of the stone in the ring when my hand is not up in my face. It also has teeny-tiny bands that look like they came out of a vending machine. I'm not happy with this purchase as I paid $40 a piece for these three rings. The stone in one of them also looks like it was just glued into the top of the setting. Very disappointed do not purchase these, they are very overpriced.
