I am rejecting this response because: There statement is accurate as to responding the day after the package was received however the amount of time taken to respond and receive information is and was unacceptableSince then I have contacted regarding the sizing of the ring along with letter on ringI received no email response however received a phone call from an employee stating the ring was in reproductionI have since tried calling to verify and get tracking information with no availThe phones are never answered

Bought name stackable rings, ring with a stone in it, and two customized bracelets$dollars later I hve been ripped off! Lisa Leonards jewelry is cheaply made, you can buy better sterling silver for far less on Amazon, custom madeThe names were not even readable! The rings and bracelets are so thin and cheap! Lisa should hang her head in shame for selling this garbage

HORRIBLE experienceOn Black Friday, I placed a Christmas order for my wife (stackable rings and birthstone necklace)The confirmation email specified that it could take up to business days before shipping - no worries as I had plenty of time before ChristmasFast-forward a few weeks and I hadn't received the order yetI emailed customer service requesting an update several days before the holidayAfter hours of awaiting a response I received noneI placed a call to the customer service line and was told someone would call me ASAP because the order was stuck in processing and hadn't shippedNot only did I not receive a follcall as promised, but I received a new confirmation email with a new order numberIt was apparent that the original order had been lost in production and that they were trying to get a new one outNo problem at all, right? I immediately call with the new order number restating the issue and emphasizing that I need the order expedited to receive prior to ChristmasAfter more back-and-forth, the customer service rep tells me that their orders ship USPS priority and I *should* receive on Christmas EveYou know how this endsI finally get the tracking information and see that it's not scheduled to arrive until 12/At this point it was too late as the order was already in transit
Absolutely terrible experience with the customer service teamNo sense of urgency whatsoeverI was beyond patient and understanding as I work in the same industry (customer service)
The stackable rings were a hit with my wifeShe loves the style of themWe have some concerns about how they'll hold up being sterling silver but that is to be expectedThe crossbar birthstone necklace looks cheapWe're returning that as it doesn't appear to be even close to the price I paid
All-in-all, I wouldn't do business with this company again just because the customer service was so poor

My husband ordered me the rose gold stackable rings for Christmas and the name stamp wore off within an hour of wearing them Once we finally got in touch with the company they sent a replacement set The replacement set did the same thing Sending them both back to get a refund Not good quality products!!

The customer was given a 25% off discount for the delay and was provided a tracking number for the orderFull correspondence attached

I would love to say that service and shipping are slow but the product is greatUnfortunately after one month I have still not received my order nor has anyone provided me a tracking number
Also, they don't take phone calls or voicemailsThis is odd and I am skeptical about this outfit

Poor quality, and terrible customer service!! I bought my mom, what was described as, "solid white gold" ring with a real diamond it for ChristmasThe ring looked cheap and of poor qualityThen, not even a week after she started wearing it the diamond fell out!! It is not going on two weeks- I have sent the ring back and still have not received a refund! I cannot reach anyone by phone, or email!

I'm deeply disturbed reading all the recent complaints, and adding to them with mine I will be filing a complaint if this isn't resolved Lisa Leonard Designs has dropped the ball on a lot of recent orders, is sending out form emails, and not following through on their word My ring was several hundred dollars I just asked for a resize in March It is now June 1st, and they are refusing to give me a date when I can expect my ring returned I'm moving, and a change of address, and I'm concerned that they are essentially stealing their product back from me They need to resolve these complaints asap, turning down new orders until things are resolved This is RIDICULOUS

I ordered stackable rings with my sisters names on themI read on the site that it could take several weeks to arriveThey are hand madeI ordered them on Friday night, they arrived days later, and they are gorgeous! I have gotten tons of complimentsI recommend Lisa Lenard for that special piece of jewelry

Worst company I've ever dealt with they say they can deliver a product by Mother's Day is that next Mother's Day their quick about taking your money tho I got to hand it to them their good at leading people on that they can deliver.lisa get out of the buisness your whole side job thing is a joke

Ordered a mother's ring with my children's birthstones, received the wrong itemLL did promptly respond and I returned the itemTwo weeks later as promised the new ring arrivedSo far so good until I opened itThe stones were placed according to my order, but the colors were barely noticeable and you couldn't tell one gem from the nextThe middle one was so tiny I had to get a magnifying glass to see if there actually was a stone in the settingReturning the ring and have requested a refundWill not order from them againCustomer service was decent, which is why two stars instead of one

The images being used to advertise these products do not match the actual product being shippedThe names on the bracelet have letters all over the place and very sloppy workmanship for the price

I ordered a necklace with three birthstones for my daughter on November 26, with expectations of receiving it in 2-weeks It was a Christmas present and when I hadn't heard anything since ordering it, I wrote to their customer service on December requesting an update I was told it was leaving production and going to quality assurance then would be shipped I requested expedited shipping and heard nothing back until December 21, I get an email saying it's shipping but won't get there until December 26, sorry but we'll refund you 20% I will not use this company again

I got the sunburst ring in sterling silver as a giftIt's beautiful! I love the organic, hand made look of itVery comfortable to wear too
Shipping was reasonably fast, I received the item days after the order was placed

I read the Lisa Leonard reviews before I placed my order for three stacking rings I almost decided against ordering them because so many of the reviews were negative I loved the look of the rings, though, so I went ahead with my order and I am SO happy that I did! The ordering was easy, the rings are PERFECT, and best of all, I received my order week after placing it - I was shocked! It appears that some people had problems with stones falling out - I did not order stones - just three names It turned out exactly like I expected I have already given the name of the website to a coworker!

I purchased a necklace with three charms from Lisa Leonard designs not even days and the jewelry started to tarnish when contacted the company I was told to clean it with a cloth or steel wool just felt people should know that the jewelry tarnish is very easy so much so I don't feel I want to wear it
