I originally ordered the wrong brave love spinner ringI emailed to change the size, and after some firm email exchanges (they said they couldn't do it at first), they were able to ship the correct size They do offer free exchanges, store credit, and resizing, but I didn't see that on their website...only in one of the emails The ring did arrive, was the correct size, and appears to be well-made It is heavy They shipped it days after my order was initiated So, no, not in hrs, but I did get in time for xmasI am pleased with their products and services

I am rejecting this response because: they have no communication from me because they do not anger their phoneYou get an answering machine with excuses why they can not help you with your issueThey have no option to leave a message or to talk with a customer service repSo this explains why they have no communication from me and find their way of doing business unacceptableIt makes it very convenient to say they have no communication from the customer when their is no option to talk to them

I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from this companyI'm very disappointed that the crossbar birthstone necklace I ordered for my mother-in-law arrived with a stone missingI understand that things like that can happen and can be fixed but it's even more frustrating that you absolutely cannot speak to a representative from the company or even leave a voice messageI have emailed the company and will be requesting a full refund so I can shop somewhere else for a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law

I am so disappointed with this organizationI ordered stackable rings for Mother's Day almost months ago and I was told that I would have the rings for Mother's DayIt is now almost a full week after Mother's Day and I have NO IDEA what happened to my orderThe worst part of this is that I call at least once per week to check on the order and nobody seems to be able to help or has a clue what is going onI was told that the order shipped May and then today I was told that the order has no shipping details associated with it and the person helping me yesterday, who promised to call me today has gone home for the dayThey are sorry that I have to wait the weekend for an updateSo very frustratingJust be honestIf the order is delayed, give a legitimate reasonThese rings cost a few hundred dollarsThis is not acceptableI can't believe the lack of communicationVery frustratingI get the feeling that I may have to call my bank to dispute the charges

I ordered the birthstone tags/ necklace on cyber Monday of this year( Nov.2017)They promoted the sale on Facebook and I took the baitI thought it would be a great Christmas present for my wife( and it would've been) today is Dec and nothingI emailed them days ago and Yesterday I got a response , letting me know it had been shipped (Dec)Had I known ,I would've never ordered thru them if it wasn't going to make it by ChristmasI am overly disappointed in this hole experience and will be sure I let everyone I know it's not worth itBeing hand made is not an excuse for poor lack of customer service communication, and judging by the other customer reviews, I may just send the piece of crap back for a refund as well .Thanks Lisa Leonard and way to promote small business

I placed an order for my wife at 4:in the afternoon Then I realized the size was incorrect after several phone calls went straight to a message center, I sent an email Their response was the item was already in production and they could not make changes I looked over the web for any reviews and low and behold there were numerous complaints regarding their customer service and quality of the merchandise I do not believe the pieces are made here in the symtates, I believe they are outsourced and hence the quality issues and inability to make changes after just hours
BUYER BEWARE!!

Wow, guess I should have read these reviews before I placed my order Ordered last night As soon as I hit submit, I realized that I ordered the wrong size chain and emailed to ask that they change it Was told by email and on the phone that no changes can be made, even though I placed the order hours ago Instead, I will have to wait for them to send the wrong chain across the country to NY so I can send it back and they can then send me the correct one Ridiculous waste of time and money, and horrible customer service for a $500+ purchase To sit there and tell me it can't be changed as if there are no human beings involved in this process at all They just don't want to be helpful

After waiting a long time in my 10k white gold rings, I received yellow goldI've emailed and received zero responseI also called them and they aren't accepting voicemails nowI needed this for Christmas and am very upset that I can't get a hold of anyone

I read the Lisa Leonard reviews before I placed my order for three stacking rings I almost decided against ordering them because so many of the reviews were negative I loved the look of the rings, though, so I went ahead with my order and I am SO happy that I did! The ordering was easy, the rings are PERFECT, and best of all, I received my order week after placing it - I was shocked! It appears that some people had problems with stones falling out - I did not order stones - just three names It turned out exactly like I expected I have already given the name of the website to a coworker!

Although I loved my necklace, the chain easily broke and I went through several rounds of returns in an attempt to fix itLisa Leonard was very quick to respond and helpful in offering to replace the necklace, however kept sending me the WRONG replacement necklaceOddly, the paper insert describing the necklace was correct, but the attached necklace was completely differentAfter this happened a second time, I requested a refund and they obliged

My husband totally surprised me and ordered the kt gold crossbar necklace with birthstones for ChristmasIt was so expensive, I never would have asked for itThe necklace came right before Christmas, but since he ordered it at the last minute he was just thrilled it arrivedShortly thereafter, the Lisa Leonard gold tag fell off (hole was too close to the edge) but I thought no big dealA few months later, however, the delicate gold chain broke with wearI contacted the company and reached a pleasant company representative right awayShe listened to my concerns and offered to replace the necklace immediatelyI sent the necklace back to them, and received my new necklace (with what appears to be a better quality chain) within a few weeksVery happy with my customer service experience! Lisa Leonard has so many followers on Face Book and I am often getting items on my FB newsfeed and that is actually how my husband had seen the jewelry as wellMen, women really cherish this personalized jewelry as it is beautiful, takes thought, pre planning and is so meaningful to them...a GREAT giftI think it also means a lot to the children to see their moms wearing jewelry with their names or birthstones on it I wouldn't be afraid to order again based on my great experienceI hate to see all of these negative reviews when I had such a positive experienceThanks Lisa Leonard for the positive experience!

Place an order to a total of rings Promised delivery by2-weeks When order arrived the packing slip said all items were included but were not Tried to call and you get a voicemail basically saying they are to busy to answer calls and emails They confirmed they did not ship after I filed claim with PayPal They admit they did not ship them but because I filed a claim through PayPal saying all items were not received and I wanted a refund so I could afford to buy new Christmas gifts for my family they will not issue the credit due to claim through PayPal Now I can not afford to replace my families gifts I explained that to them and thy do not reply This is the worst service ever I ordered in November to assure delivery by Christmas and because they do not check orders packing slips to assure all items were in clouded I have no gifts for my mom

I had placed an order for non-personalized necklaces I realized less than hours later that I needed to add one more charm to my order and they would not change nor cancel the order They told me that I could reorder the necklaces and pay for them twice and then return the necklaces that I receive Wow!! Really?!? You mean you started on the necklaces right when I placed the order? I should be receiving the jewelry very quick, not like others who received it very late This really stinks because if they had better customer service and were willing to help I probably would place more orders with them There pieces look beautiful, if they are all made cheaply they will all go back I would not buy from Lisa Leonard Designs company

I ordered an item for Mother's Day on 4/10/17.I was told that it should get here by Mother's Day without any problem.The Thursday before Mother's Day I received an email telling me that it would be delayed.I told them if it couldn't be here by the the time that I needed it that I didn't want it,so I asked for a refund and I got told the next day that it had shipped,plus had to go buy another gift.I still haven't received it on 5/18/17.I received a DHL tracking code,so I went on the DHL website and get told that the tracking number is not valid,so I contacted the company and get told that it is being sent by USPS.I also get told that if I want a refund that I will have to wait for the item to get here and then send it back for a refund.I have have been inconvenienced enough.I will never do business with this company again.I should have researched this company a little more,because from reading the reviews,this is for this company

I ordered a piece from my wife's birthday, with has now come and gone When received my one of the names on the tag was spelled incorrectlyThat was not the only issue The tag with my daughters name was stamped completely crooked, and all three tag have only what looks like brush marks in them The pieces look nothing like pictured on you website I understand they are hand stamped and should have some slight imperfections for design, however the third tags shape is not even close to rectangular Additionally, on your website the pieces pictured together are about the same size shape, diameter and the stamps are centered Nothing like what I received The pieces also have a polished looks to them in the pictures Again, nothing close to what I received I wanted to talk to someone to explain all of these issues and reached out immediately and I was unable to to reach anyone in customer service I called repeatedly throughout the day on 12/up until 6:eastern standard
