I bought the thin sterling silver cuff and had my grandkids names engraved on it. I ordered on Black Friday and received the bracelet well before Christmas.
Yes, the material was very thin and developed a weak spot within 2 days.
I got in touch with the company right after Christmas, explained the problem and they shipped me a new, thick one very quickly.
The customer service person was very nice.
I will admit that their website is not customer friendly for returns or questions. And I did have to call a few times to get a live person.
BTW...the bracelet is made in the Dominican Republic.

I am very disappointed with they quality of work this company sends its customers. I ordered the thin cuff sterling silver bracelet and had my kids names put on it. What I received looked nothing like the picture posted on their website. The letters in my kid's names were very crooked and the names were not separated by dots (as pictured on the website). The company has a phone number, but no one answers the phone and they do not respond to email. I am trying to return the bracelet, but I am not sure of what to do. They have forms online you can print out to return the product, but I would like to talk to someone first before I send back the bracelet and don't have my money refunded. Very frustrated by this!

I am highly disappointed with this company and the quality of their work. I ordered the thin cuff sterling silver bracelet and had my three children's names on it. The product I received did not resemble the bracelet they showed on their site. The names of my kids were not separated by dots and the letters were very crooked. Getting a hold of this company via phone is impossible! They also do not respond to email in the 72 hour time frame they promise. I have sent 3 emails and have called numerous times, yet I have not heard anything back from anyone.

My husband placed an order on November 16th for a silver and gold spinner ring. It was intended as a Christmas gift. This company processed the payment but we have received nothing. We did receive an email the beginning of December stating we would receive the order soon. Nothing. We then received a post card in the mail stating the order would not be here for Christmas. Since this, no response to our many calls or email. We now believe this company is a scam.

Deserves less than 1 star, I reported to BB bureau and so should you, as it shows a+ ratings and that's a joke. I ordered way in advance of Christmas assured it would be here ordered march birthstone which is green email conf said red so I emailed oh no changes can be made, get the order after Christmas and the ring and invoice say white. It looks like a .25 cent ring from a machine it's so gross, can't get a call back or email not happy disputing with cc company

I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I ordered a gift in plenty of time for Christmas. They took the money from my PayPal account the day I placed the order. When I hadn't received the item by 12/23, I wrote asking if my item would be delivered for Christmas. I got a note a back from customer service saying they didn't have exact tracking available, but rest assured my order was on track to deliver by Christmas. It didn't show up and subsequent correspondence has been ignored. How do you do that to a paying customer? Take their money, assure them the order will be here for Christmas, not deliver and then not respond to further inquiries? Just awful.

I am only giving one star because the only thing right was the inscription on the bracelet I ordered and it came on time. BUT - I ordered the thin cuff bracelet after shopping on the website. It was so pretty. However, when it came it was extremely thin and flimsy. One tiny pull on it would pull it off my wrist or change the whole shape of it. The edges were not straight and the whole thing was lumpy and bumpy and very cheap looking. There was even a slight crease in the metal (is it really sterling??). I emailed Christmas night and am waiting on a response. For $89 it is a ripoff. Wish I had investigated the product and Lisa Leonard more before ordering.

I ordered 4 rings on December 5th thinking that would be more than enough time considering the website stated packages would be delivered by the 25th. I've received 0 commmunication from them after attempting to call and email. Even their email responses are automated after waiting 3 business days for a response. Again, I tried calling last night and I thought I would reach someone live after being on hold for 2 mins. However, I determined this was yet another bs ploy when after calling a few times and each time when seemingly placed in queue, at exactly 2 min 21 secs, I'd get sent to vm. I'm holding out for a Xmas miracle and will gladly update this review if my rings are delivered today or tomorrow.

I ordered a tribal necklace and a spinner ring on November 13th. Assuming that was plenty of time before Christmas to receive my shipment. Today is December 23rd. I just received the necklace (2 days ago) and No ring, though they drafted my CC in Novemeber for almost $200 for the duo.
The necklace is SO CHEAP looking, it looked like a $10 Kohls gift. Gross, not what I wanted. (it's in the mail to be sent back) I wish I had read the bad reviews, I'll never do business here again. Buyer beware.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! My daughter-in-law wanted a ring with her son's name on it for Christmas. I ordered it in plenty of time to receive before then (their guarantee) and I did receive it 10 days prior. That's the only good news. Problem one: I ordered one ring with the name Carter; I received two rings with the names Lani and Layton. Not even close. Problem two: the rings themselves are poorly made, they're not very pretty at all. Problem three: customer service stinks. When I called to explain the problem, all I got was voice mail telling me that due to the high number of calls they couldn't take mine, I should leave a message, and the would get back to me in three business days. Which meant I wouldn't hear from them until four days before Christmas, so clearly the chances of me getting the ring before Christmas were slim to none. And that's where I'm at right now, waiting for a call back. I will update this review if they come through for me, but based on other reviews, I highly doubt that will happen. Buyer beware.

I've had a poor experience as well; I placed an order on Dec 5 and have still NOT received the bracelet, although my card has been charged.
Calling the company is a joke - 'due to the busyness of the season, we cannot take any voicemails'....and you can never speak to anyone even if you call the 'corporate office'.
I resorted to posting on their facebook page asking for an update (which initially got a response) but now they 'review the posts' before they are visible to others.
Extremely disappointing and just plain bad business, especially when there is an interest in what they are manufacturing.
Not only do I not have my gift, I have no idea where this is in the process and can get no answers.

You really should reconsider before purchasing anything from this company, the complaints are all valid. I had a very dimitirá response with the sizing and the changing of a size, their return policy is ridiculous. I have a suspicion the products are not made here locally, I suspect they are outsourced hence the inability to make changes and the poor quality of the merchandise.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered a necklace for a friend of mine whose little girl died. When the necklace arrived, it was horribly made and wouldn't sit right. I contacted the company, but received no response for a week. When they responded the customer service agent was rude and said they were unable to help me as it was customized. I explained it wasn't made correctly. We went back and forth around 6 times. They agent actually said they weren't going to fix it because no one else had ever complained about that item. I explained I didn't care if anyone else had complained, mine was made wrong. Their next solution was I give it to my friend as a gift anyway and if she didn't like it, she could mail it back. I continued to demand better and they finally agreed to re-make it. I paid the postage to send it back and asked them to send me the new one express post as I had paid over $30 to have it sent to me express the first time. They refused. When the new item arrived it was hanging on a chain that was completely tarnished. That's when I decided I am done with Lisa Leonard. I didn't even bother sending it back as this had now gone on for about three months. I've ordered so much jewellery from this company over the years but have taken my business elsewhere.

Review: It initially took my order over a month to get to me and when I opened the box up it only had half my order. I immediately took a picture and emailed this company stating that I didn't get my full order. These gift were for my mom for Mother's Day. I still have not received my other necklace I paid $60 dollars for. I feel so disappointed and taken advantage of. I feel ripped off! This company is a scam! Beware. They will take your money and not give you what you ordered.It's so sad because I really liked the picture online of the products but after several emails I still have heard NO word or customer service from this place! They STOLE my money! I haven't received a email or my package. I only received one of my necklaces not my mama bird necklace I had engraved for my mom with" Gram" on it. Please don't order from this company guys. You will be stolen from and ignored if you don't receive your full order! Sadly S[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my necklace or my money back! No one has emailed me and there is no number to call for help!

According to our records this order (#[redacted]) was delivered on 5/13/15 via FedEx (tracking # #[redacted]). We have record of emails between the customer and our customer service team may 5 (responded May 8), May 8 (responded May 13), May 31 (responded June 3). It appears the initial question was over delivery time. As the order did not arrive in the time indicated the customer was given a discount. It appears our reps misunderstood the customer's final email regarding a missing product. In response a member of our customer service team contacted the customer directly today (6/8) to clarify details of the missing item and replace them immediately. We are currently awaiting the customer's response to our inquiry.

I ordered a ring for myself on Dec. 26, 2015, unfortunately, I can't comment on it or its quality cause as of today, March 28, 2016 I still haven't rec'd it!!! After placing the order I was told they were no long making "that design" so I'm already preparing For it to look differently. However, you call the company and can NEVER get through, send an email a response takes 3-4 days. I was given a ship date of March 22 and asked them to expedite it, was told they couldn't change shipping method once it was in production. After 3.5 months I'm ready to just say forget the damn ring!

I ordered the always together birthstone ring in sterling silver. I am truly disappointed in my order. The ring looks cheaply made, in fact it almost looks like a child made it. And now I have the contend. With the fact that I won't even get my money back. I will get a credit for something else in the store, which is probably as cheaply made is the ring that I purchased. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I got the sunburst ring in sterling silver as a gift. It's beautiful! I love the organic, hand made look of it. Very comfortable to wear too.

Shipping was reasonably fast, I received the item 10 days after the order was placed.

Overall great experience.

Review: I ordered a custom necklace on April 19th. The company guaranteed product arrival by mother's day if orders were placed prior to April 30th. My mom still has not received anything. My emails to Lisa Leonard are not being returned (other than the auto-response), and their voicemail box is full. They aren't answering their calls during business hours either. I feel as though filing with you is the only way I'll receive a response from them. I am not seeking a refund, I simply want my mom to receive the necklace I ordered.Desired Settlement: I want a response! I want my mom to receive the custom necklace I ordered and paid for.

According to our, the original order ([redacted]) referenced in the complaint was delivered to Wendy Torkelson on May 13 just after submitting her complaint with the Revdex.com. (Fed Ex Tracking number: 514[redacted])There was error in her order to which we responded by email on May 15 and again on May 16. She requested a refund of her gift wrap which we provided. We also provided additional credit beyond her initial request. We re-submitted the order to be remade properly (order number: [redacted]). According to the USPS tracking number (94[redacted]99) the package was delivered 6/4 at 10:42 am.

This order has not been handled according to our company standards. We have refunded the remaining amount of the customer's payment and contacted the customer with an apology. We have heard her feedback and are taking steps to improve customer experience in the future.

I have ordered two rings from this company and have had issues both times. The first time the ring was not sized correctly and they refused to fix it without me paying a fee first. The second time the product was very cheaply made and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The $99 ring looked like it came from a bubble gum machine and one of the stones came out after I wore it one time.

I bought a sterling silver bar necklace with 6 stones to represent my granchildren's birthdays.I spent $184 for a piece of junk.The stones were so small that it was hard to tell what they were and the quality of the chain was inferior.The pictures online were gorgeous and in no way representative of the item I actually recieved.Do not order from this company.Let the buyer beware.

I ordered 2 expensive necklaces from this company. It's been 2 weeks and I still have not received them. I have emailed [redacted]twice with my order number and concern. I still have not received any contact concerning my order. I was hoping to have this before Mother's Day and now it is wrecked for the presents that I had planned thanks to this company and their poor customer service and slow delivery. I am actually wondering if this place is a SCAM!? I will be contacting my back soon to try to get my money back since I still have not received my necklaces for my mother and mother in law!
