Zero stars-- customer service TERRIBLE
I placed an order and four weeks later, I have heard NOTHING. I have called several times and left messages (NO ONE ANSWERS), I have sent emails, NOTHING. They immediately charged me, but there is NOTHING as far as response. This company is disgusting. I am contacting the Attorney General of NYS.

Terrible Business
Placed an order 4 weeks later nothing...have called emailed and they refuse to respond. They stole money and have fraudulent business practices.

I wish I could give zero stars
Horrible company. Stay away from these people. They refuse to stand by their faulty products. This used to be a reputable company with integrity but no more. So sad that they care more about profits than integrity.

Instead of backing their products, this unethical company has blocked my ability to comment on their page because I previously left several comments on their posts. They bill themselves as a good Christian company. Total lie!

Hello, can someone answer me?!?!
I'll let my BBB review do the talking but, in short, I ordered my wife some rings (+$1000) which came in too small. I sent them back for resizing and it's been 2 months now and I don't have the rings. In 9 emails I had sent I only got 2 real responses with nothing but excuses and then I told them I need a status update or I will contact my bank after a week. Today I got my refund from my bank with no follow up from this poorly run company. They can deal with that now.

Bad Customer Service
Asked a simple question on social media since I couldn’t get a hold of them and they blocked me! I used a friends account to see their response to me. It said- sorry please contact us. I never saw the reply because they blocked me. How disgusting to make it appear they reply and care but are actually blocking people!

Classic Lisa Leonard. They're better than you and they know it. They exist to squeeze as much money from unsuspecting customers before their scam is realized. The answer to whatever your question is "find someone else for your jewelry"

Incredibly Poor Customer Service
I ordered a ring for my wife on Dec. 1st. We used Lisa Leonard's own sizing chart to determine it needed to be a size 8. The order came with a complimentary necklace. Received shipping confirmation on Dec 5th saying the order would arrive in 7 to 10 days. On the 20th of Dec I had yet to receive the shipment (meant to be a Christmas present). The tracking information provided didn't work. I called and emailed Lisa Leonard (leaving message as they don't answer the phone). No reply.

Tried again a couple of days later. Nada.

Package finally arrived on the night of the 23rd. Thought all was well.

My wife opened the box on Christmas morning and discovered that the ring was too big (using their chart it was a size 9). The complimentary necklace was broken. Called and found that their office is closed until Jan. 4th -- no option to leave a message so I sent a detailed email.

Received no response on January 4th. Sent another email and left another message (still not answering their phone). Nada. Repeated this exercise on the 5th. Again, nada. I mentioned in my voice and email messages that I would be disputing the charge on my credit card and also asking for reimbursement of the shipping fees to sent it all back to them.

It's now January 6th. I have received no response so I am disputing the charge.

Dispute. Dispute. Dispute. I'm honestly shocked you received jewelry at all. Most of their complaints so they never receive items are communication. You, like me, chose the wrong company to order from. They do not care about your satisfaction, as soon as the money hits their account you're a second class citizen and all their cute bubbly wording on their site becomes lies and accusations. They even went so far as to tell me in a public forum that they refunded my money, my bank agreed, it was fraudulent.

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Aaron was not able to provide a satisfactory explanation of the company's inability to provide a replacement product before ChristmasAdditionally, Aaron was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation as to the company's decision to disable all reasonable customer service communication channels that n the weeks leading up to ChristmasFurthermore, Aaron hung up on me when I asserted that I require the issue be escalated to Steve or Lisa LeonardWhile the discounted replacement is a partial resolution, I was guaranteed delivery of my product before Christmas when I ordered and this guarantee was not metA reasonable person would expect this guarantee to mean that the product will be delivered in good condition as represented on the websiteThe company failed to deliver as guaranteed and I will not accept this as a full resolution until I speak directly with Steve or Lisa Leonard to receive an explanation as to why the company refused to resolve this issue prior to Christmas Regards, J [redacted]

I'm not sure who Aaron is, my contact was Melissa. Regardless, if they work for Lisa Leonard then they feel that they are better than you. Their words are hollow and you will likely never see your item. Your best bet is to contact your bank and dispute any charges. DO NOT believe anything they say, even if they tell you that they have refunded your money. They will tell you whatever they have to to get you to drag it out until you just don't care anymore. That's how they make their money.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! My daughter-in-law wanted a ring with her son's name on it for ChristmasI ordered it in plenty of time to receive before then (their guarantee) and I did receive it days priorThat's the only good newsProblem one: I ordered one ring with the name Carter; I received two rings with the names Lani and LaytonNot even close Problem two: the rings themselves are poorly made, they're not very pretty at allProblem three: customer service stinksWhen I called to explain the problem, all I got was voice mail telling me that due to the high number of calls they couldn't take mine, I should leave a message, and the would get back to me in three business daysWhich meant I wouldn't hear from them until four days before Christmas, so clearly the chances of me getting the ring before Christmas were slim to noneAnd that's where I'm at right now, waiting for a call backI will update this review if they come through for me, but based on other reviews, I highly doubt that will happenBuyer beware

I also didn't look at reviews before I ordered, so now my mission is to make it impossible to avoid all these negative reviews. Lisa Leonard is nothing but a scam company. I'm surprised they actually sent you anything at all. They appear they have a couple different scams, some people do actually receive items. Low quality, incorrect, damaged items. Then some never receive anything. With me they claimed my card was flagged, but of course they didn't have any issues taking money from my account as I showed a charge on my statement. However when I asked for a refund, they claimed they had already refunded me, so I checked with my bank and they found no refund and I disputed the charge. Not sure why they would charge my card when they claim the purchase was flagged, but apparently they can still keep the money if your card is flagged. Regardless I've disputed with my bank and they are handling it. I would just like for their reviews to be seen before people make the mistake of purchasing from them.

I ordered the always together birthstone ring in sterling silverI am truly disappointed in my orderThe ring looks cheaply made, in fact it almost looks like a child made itAnd now I have the contendWith the fact that I won't even get my money backI will get a credit for something else in the store, which is probably as cheaply made is the ring that I purchasedI will never recommend this company to anyone

Dispute with your bank. If what you received is not like the item you ordered then dispute it. People really need to stop letting Lisa Leonard Designs get away with their scams. If they were a brick and mortar store they wouldn't have lasted no time.

Yes I was waiting to notify you once the charge was credited to my account which just happenedI still think this business needs to figure out how to handle customers during busy times as it was very frustrating and I called them they have made no effort to respond to any of my email or voice mail messages Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11898494, and find that this resolution's are OK just because I made a call to themThis business was terrible to deal with over the holidays and they made no effort to contact me and u sent emails and left voicemail messagesThis company needs to have better customer service Regards, J [redacted]

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer serviceI ordered a ring which was the wrong sizeThis was not the fault of Lisa Leonard, but I was supposed to fill out a paper form with my card information and mail it back to get the ring resized I wasn't comfortable with this so I decided to have the company call me to pay for the $resize charge It's been weeks and I can't get through to themThey call back, but I'm working and there is no online payment optionSo now they have the ring and my money Because of a $resize charge I feel like I've been scammed

+1

You've indeed been scammed. Lis Leonard is notorious for almost everything you described. Your best to cut your loss on the resize, if you send the ring back to them you will likely never see it again

From A [redacted] :I refunded him an additional 25%, making it a total of 50% refunded, I gave him my personal e-mail to be point of contact going forward to prevent any communication delays and gave him the option of sending anything or everything back for the remaining refund if he chooses to go that directionThe full address was not printed on his shipping label, it was returned to the NJ office, then sent back to the DR and I was trying to chase it down the entire time to get it sent back to him in time for ChristmasWe hope this interaction is satisfactoryIf not, please let us know if there is anything else we can do

Because each piece is handmade, we do occasionally make mistakesWe are so sorry that it caused a delayWe will process the remake order today and do everything we can to get the correct items out as soon as possibleOnce the updated order ships, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking infoIf the customer would rather, we can issue a full refund

You may even know by now, but a new item will never be made, the correct items will be sent out and a confirmation email will never be sent. If youre still wrestling with Lisa Leonard Designs about your order, go straight to your bank and dispute the charge.

I placed an order on 12/ Got a confirmation but nothing since then When I try to look up the order online it says I don't have an order When I try to call the company they are not taking calls right now When I emailed I got an automated response I just want to verify my order is coming

You've been scammed. Your story is the same as countless others. I recommend disputing the charge with the bank and walking away as their scam seems to count on people not following through to dispute charges. Contact your bank and they will take care of you, or else Lisa Leonard survives the scam and moves on to the next unlucky customer.

The issue happened once the package was with FedexWe did our best to get it out as soon as we could once it was sent back to us25% was refunded due to the delayWe would be happy to refund in full if the customer would like to return the orderCorrespondence attached

If this a reply from Lisa Leonard I can almost guarantee this is a lie. It's definitely in there somewhere. Either you screwed up and are blaming FedEx or you're lying about the refund. There is definitely a lie in there. FUTURE CUSTOMERS: Lisa Leonard will straight lie, bend the truth, send you what you didn't order or send something like you ordered but very poorly made. Do not ignore the reviews, you will be scammed just like I was and the countless others were. If you do make the mistake of ordering do not let them drag it out, if the ball is dropped or the wrong item is sent then they ARE scamming you and they will try to delay you disputing at all costs. Just go straight to your bank, show them the charge and let them know that you have been scammed.

I placed an order for stackable rings with my children's names on the evening on 1/30/and received it todayI am just amazed by the speed of the order and am very very happy with my purchase The web site was having 20% off with expedited shippingWhen I placed the order the estimated arrived was between 1-weeks, which was definitely understand since it had to be engraved I barely write reviews, but I was just shocked by the speed of shipping and will be looking forward to ordering more in the future

Take this review with a grain of salt. It is more than likely a fake review either made by Lisa Leonard designs or someone on Lisa Leonard Designs behalf. One amazing review Ina sea of negatives. Either they've somehow managed to accidentally do someone right or this review is screaming fake. If you've ordered from Lisa Leonard designs and never received your item or hardly any communication about your order, simply dispute with your bank. Lisa Leonard Designs is banking on you just letting it go out of frustration. As you can see, some people don't take kindly to be scammed and don't let things like this go.

This company does not answer the phones, they don't care about their customers and are extremely rudeThey messed up my order and didn't care

+2

Your experience is the same as countless others, if you've placed an order with Lisa Leonard Designs, call your bank and file a dispute. They will stay in business scamming people until enough customers see this is how they make their money and tell every other future customer that Lisa Leonard Designs WILL scam yoilu out of your money.

I purchased this item in mid-November during a "pre Black Friday" promotion that promised items ordered would arrive before the holidays The item I ordered is not "personalized" I have attempted to contact customer service several times to check on the status of my order and have only received conflicting information One email stated that because I ordered my item before December 8th I would have it before Christmas The other stated that they would send me a picture of the item because they would not have it for me in time for the holiday Their website even today claims to have items to their customers before Christmas!!! I am very frustrated and feel that this company that claims to provide such personal, meaningful products should do a much better job of taking the care of its customers expectations

You will never receive your order. If you haven't already file a dispute with your bank. You HAVE been scammed and they will send you a picture of any ring you want until they have kept your money long enough that you become frustrated and give up. DO NOT let them win, or they will continue their scam on more unsuspecting customers

We are so sorry about the delay! Because pieces are handmade, they can get held up in quality controlWe appreciate your feedback and are in the process of implementing a communication plan around late orders so our customers are more in the know of what is happening behind the scenesWe have issued a full refund and sincerely hope that you would consider shopping with us againFull communication is attached

You would have to have "quality control" in order for something to be held up in quality control.

Well look at that, they're "implementing" a "communication plan"... Huh doesn't look like it ever took off. Funny they have so many issues with late orders that they have to "implement" a "communication plan", or at least say they are. If you order from Lisa Leonard Designs look foward to NO communication. Haha I wonder if that is their "communication plan", no communication. This may actually not be a lie, consider me shocked.

Ordered rings for my daughter for Christmas with the names and birthstones of my newborn twin granddaughters, paid for actual stonesReceived them todayYou can barely see a chip , much less a stoneSorely dissatisfied with this company

Hopefully you disputed this and won, Lisa Leonard Designs is still in business and still ripping people off.
