My order for $on December has not been received, nor have I received any communication from the company since Dec despite repeated emails and voicemails

I ordered the infinity ring with stones and I received my ring on July and there is a stone missing out if the ringI contacted the owner and she said she couldn't do anything and I needed to contact customer service regarding the issueThe ring is cheaply made and not sure the stone will hold even if I got a replacementI have not heard back from customer serviceI paid over $for this ring and I would not say it's worth thatI asked for a full refund or a replacement but I'm not convinced the replacement will be much betterI'm really disappointed!

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced I purchased gifts for family members The charms they sent did not fit on the chains Apparently you need special instructions which they do not send out with the merchandise Customer service sent a dead link that I could not access and then did not get back to me until after the holidays-TOO LATE! I was also sent the wrong size birthstone I paid for a large and was sent a small The frustration of not being able to have a conversation with a customer service rep is overwhelming The silver charms are cute BUT the chains they come on are junk Huge disappointment After days of trying to communicate with the company I just gave up and filed a complaint with my VISA company Lisa Leonard Designs has a ton of distribution locations (none indicated on their email correspondence) so I just sent back to the address recorded here on the Revdex.com site The best part was that when I tracked thru FEDEX to attempt to get a sender location....FEDEX tracking information stated that the point of origin was actually the Dominican Republic So although this company makes it sound like you are supporting an "artist/jeweler" that lives in the US, you are actually having something outsourced from another country

I ordered a bracelet from them on 12/8/I have a confirmation # of that which is 90####They charged my credit card that day for the purchase on 12/I received a generic email stating that my order hadn't been shipped but was on track to be to my home by ChristmasOn 12/I sent an email to the [email protected] asking again about my purchase, again I received a generic email saying that I would have my order by ChristmasOn 12/ I sent another email and made a phone call about the order and have received no responseOn 12/I called and sent an email stating I no longer wanted this order as it was a Christmas gift, again no response or email returnedYesterday I again emailed an called with no response I tried to call again today and they are no longer taking voicemail messages, I have also contacted my bank as this is fraud as they have charged me for an item I have yet to receiveI have left messages stating I will not pay for this item since it wasn't here

I received a package from this vendor and it had jewelry that was intended for another customerI emailed, FB messaged, tagged on FB, and called multiple timesNO responseTheir VM says they are busy for the holiday but they have time to post to their blogWorking with AMEX to be sure the vendor received no payment

Junk junk junk!!! Probably the cheapest *** I've ever spent more than a penny on!!! Tried to get my wife, mother of a necklace with there birthstones in itit came with in and one rolling around in the box sent it back weeks ago, nothing back yetmust take a long time to send that crap back to China and back againWOULD TELL EVERYONE TO NOT PUTCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I placed an order on December (for product OVER $200) that came with "guaranteed" Christmas delivery I have attempted to contact this company via email and phone MULTIPLE times I have received one response, offering to refund 25% of my purchase price As of today, January 9, (days after I placed my order), I have not received my order and have not been notified that it has even shipped Their phone line does not accept voicemail and I have been unable to talk to an actual person via phone

this response because: you have handled this whole situation poorly! I'd be embarrassed and much more! You can ship out poorly done rings in days but you couldn't correct them in days? You stated my rings were a priority!? Then why do I not have a gift to give my mother and mother in law! When someone orders for a special occasion from your company and gets poorly misspelled rings you should have made it right and I should have my rings to give as gifts tomorrow! But I don't!! I believe I got the fake shipping email to make me think that my rings had shipped so I'd stop asking about them! It's so wrong!!! Danielle also told me Monday that my rings were being created but when I asked about tracking on Thursday she stated they weren't even being worked in yet and that must of been a glitch email!!! How do you send out a fake email about shipping really??? I should not have been penalized for yawls mistakes you should've made my rings and ship them out and I should receive them point-blank!!! So not only was the product not up to par, The customer service and the delivery is just as bad! Honestly I don't think there is anyway to make that right because you have made Mother's Day a complete fail and the fact that I have no gift! Yes it does matter when you're trying to make that day an awesome day! So I will take a full refund but I want to be assured that my rings are going to get here with in the next week! Period!!! And they better be perfect!!!

been on Facebook for yearsThis company looks fraudulentTheir advertisement is designed in such a way that they are preying on your emotions, however, they don't deliver

I ordered a Sunburst Stacking Ring From ordering online, to paying and having it delivered much earlier than was stated, I had a very positive experience The ring is absolutely lovely! I love it! It is true to size and I am so pleased The sizing sheet provided on the website was very helpful I will order again from this company Thank you for your wonderful designs, service and quality

I ordered of the same necklaces on April 8, understanding that delivery takes 3-weeksOn May I finally received only one of the necklaces despite them being on the same orderI called as I needed that gifts for Mother's Day and accepted a 15% discount and expedited shipping as a solutionI checked back on May because I hadn't heard anything since last Friday and was told it would be another 3-weeks for delivery and no they would not cancel my orderThis is their mistake and they are not trying to very hard to rectify the issue

We are doing everything to get the correct order out as soon as possibleWe are embarrassed that the rings were incorrect and are doing what we can to remedy the issue quicklyWe would also gladly issue a full refund if the customer wishes

It has been days since submitting my order for custom ringsThese were to be a Christmas gift When I inquired on the status of my order I received an automated response, their phone will not accept VM and no one has responded in over two weeks I still have no update on a large purchase

We will issue the customer a full refund and it will be reflected in her account within hoursThe rings are being made currently and we are doing everything we can to rush shipping to deliver them as soon as possible without sacrificing quality this time aroundCorrect tracking information will be sent once the rings are shipped

Hello,After receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com we contacted the customer on Monday September 21, and offered a full refund for the order and return instructions for the duplicate item.The customer responded to our email on September 24, and was in agreement with our solution.On October

This business seems to be a scam, after reviewing other customer complaints online it seems this company charges a person's card but then never delivers the specific item that was orderedI ordered a necklace on 11/25/16, was told it would take 2-weeks to be delivered, and have yet to receive the item after a monthWhen trying to contact the company the phone number goes to an automated message that will not take voicemailsWhen emailing the company the response is also an automated messageWhen responding to said message the reply was a different automated message saying, "you should receive shipping details in an email shortly," I never received an email and have yet to find out any details on my orderI was a refund but cannot get ahold of anyoneThis is a fraud and I am pissed

I ordered this ring on 12/It has now been almost monthsEvery time I get a reply to an email, it's the same thing - 4-weeks, weeks, etc The latest update was about a month ago where I as told the ring would ship in 1-weeksI get no updates This company has no issue taking your money but has a serious issue shipping the product Is it even legal to take money and never ship?
They have offered to reduce the price on another productI don't know why anyone would purchase from this company once let alone twice when they don't ever actually ship but only take the the money

HORRIBLE experienceOn Black Friday, I placed a Christmas order for my wife (stackable rings and birthstone necklace)The confirmation email specified that it could take up to business days before shipping - no worries as I had plenty of time before ChristmasFast-forward a few weeks and I hadn't received the order yetI emailed customer service requesting an update several days before the holidayAfter hours of awaiting a response I received noneI placed a call to the customer service line and was told someone would call me ASAP because the order was stuck in processing and hadn't shippedNot only did I not receive a follcall as promised, but I received a new confirmation email with a new order numberIt was apparent that the original order had been lost in production and that they were trying to get a new one outNo problem at all, right? I immediately call with the new order number restating the issue and emphasizing that I need the order expedited to receive prior to ChristmasAfter more back-and-forth, the customer service rep tells me that their orders ship USPS priority and I *should* receive on Christmas EveYou know how this endsI finally get the tracking information and see that it's not scheduled to arrive until 12/At this point it was too late as the order was already in transit
Absolutely terrible experience with the customer service teamNo sense of urgency whatsoeverI was beyond patient and understanding as I work in the same industry (customer service)
The stackable rings were a hit with my wifeShe loves the style of themWe have some concerns about how they'll hold up being sterling silver but that is to be expectedThe crossbar birthstone necklace looks cheapWe're returning that as it doesn't appear to be even close to the price I paid
All-in-all, I wouldn't do business with this company again just because the customer service was so poor

My husband ordered me the rose gold stackable rings for Christmas and the name stamp wore off within an hour of wearing them Once we finally got in touch with the company they sent a replacement set The replacement set did the same thing Sending them both back to get a refund Not good quality products!!

Bought name stackable rings, ring with a stone in it, and two customized bracelets$dollars later I hve been ripped off! Lisa Leonards jewelry is cheaply made, you can buy better sterling silver for far less on Amazon, custom madeThe names were not even readable! The rings and bracelets are so thin and cheap! Lisa should hang her head in shame for selling this garbage
