Just tried the app and its pretty good. I have seen negative reviews but those are all old now as live body coach is completely free now. I am posting just in order to make an honest public opinion for their free fitness tracking system.

I noticed charges on my bank statement from this business! I called my bank and disputed these charges and told my bank this is fraud! I am being charged for a service for which I have Never authorized them to charge my card. How did they even get my credit card information I would love to find out! When I call the company to find out there is a recording that constantly states they are not in the office which is very strange! Does not matter what time if day I call them. I will prosecute these people for doing this I want justice and am not paying for service I did not request bottom line! I hope my bank gets to the bottom and they already gave me credit for these fraudulent charges!!

Live Body Coach must use some sort of subterfuge to get you to browse their site on the web and lo! and behold! a couple of months later, you'll find yourself with monthly charges of $19.95 for services you have never used or never knowingly authorized.
I was stunned to see these charges on my credit card bill, and when I call the 800 number on the Visa statement, I was told that I had signed up for fitness coaching in December.
I have no recollection and no knowledge of this ever happening. I may have looked at their site casually, but I never agreed to pay for services; I never used any services; and I never agreed to a monthly billing scheme.

This complaint was refunded in full and we have left the customer multiple messages and tried to contact them non-stop for two weeks. Please change the resolution or contact the customer, we cannot do anything with no communication. The funds were still refunded to make sure the client is satisfied.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint...

Used to work for this company , got alot of complains that they got a call to visit the email to cancel the account which it activates it and are billed alot , all you have to do is make a bank threat and they will start refunding you on anything they will offer 50% refund then say no they will give you 100% refund
