Awesome service. Free product. If you wanna lose weight check their app out. It helps having a health coach at my finger tips, I found their app on the app market and have been using it ever since. Their video library is huge and their health professional are just that, professional and helpful.

I read all the negative reviews and was discouraged until I realized that the product was free and they had also refunded every complaint that was charged. I signed up to check it out and it is completely free and doesn't cost a dollar. They must have the wrong company or they recently switched their product to free, regardless it's an amazing product try it yourself it doesn't require any credit card and it's changed my life. I lost 34 pounds and on top of that I haven't been charged a single dollar nor do they have any form of payment information of mine and do not require it.

This customer was refunded in full and we forgot to respond to the [redacted] complaint. The customer is satisfied, please correct the action (FULL REFUND GIVEN)

Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.ATTACHED ARE THE PAPERS OF DEFENSE THAT LIVE BODY COACH PROVIDED TO MY BANK ALONG WITH MY CALL LOG. I HAVE KEY POINTS TO MY CASE HIGHLIGHTED WITH NOTES ALONG SIDE. BASICALLY, THE FIRST ATTACHMENT IS THE LETTER LBC SENT MY BANK SAYING I LOGGED IN AS PROOF THAT I AGREED TO THEIR SERVICES AND THEIR CHARGE WAS JUSTIFIED. ATTATCHMENT 4 SHOWS THAT IF I INDEED LOGGED IN AS THEY PROVIDED WITH MY HISTORY, IT WAS FOR A FREE TRIAL AND WAS DONE 7 DAYS BEFORE BEING CONTACTED BY ANY REP WITH LBC, ONLY ONE TIME DOES IT SHOW I LOGED IN AND FOR ONLY ONE MINUTE. ATTACHMENT 2 IS MY CALL LOG SHOWING I WAS CONTACTED TWICE ON SEPT 18TH FOR THE FIRST TIME AND AGAIN ON SEPT 25TH. AS OUR RECORDED COVERSATION ON SEPT18TH WOULD PROVE, I ONLY AGREED TO ANOTHER PHONE INTERVIEW WITH A REP TO BE SCHEDULED FOR SEPT 25TH. HOWEVER, AS ATTACTHMENT 3 SHOWS, I WAS CHARGED ON SEPT 18TH AND MY CALL LOG SHOWS THEY DID CALL BACK ON SEPT 24 TH WHICH IS WHEN I TOLD THEM HOW ANGRY I WAS THAT THEY STOLE FROM ME AND I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. ATTACHMENT 4 HAS THE INVOICES THEY EMAILED WITH A DATE OF OCT 15TH. THE INVOICES DO NOT PROVIDE  DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND IT DOES NOT EVEN HAVE ANY OF THE POSSIBLE SERVICES THE REP BRIEFED ME ON. BOTTOM LINE, THIS COMPANY ARE NOT JUST THIEVES, THEY CONTINUE TO LIE. I NEVER FOLLOWED ANY PROGRAM WITH THEM BECAUSE I NEVER AGREED TO ONE NOR DID I EVEN AGREE TO SERVICES PERIOD. THE RECORDED CONVERSATION WILL PROVE THAT LIVE BODY COACH ALREADY HAD MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FROM A 3RD PARTY AND USED IT TO STEAL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT USING THE CONDITION OF CONFIRMING AN APPOINTMENT. MY FILLING OF THE CHARGE BACK OR WHATEVER IT IS CALLED WAS MY DUTY TO EXICUTE AS I WENT TO MY BANK SEEKING THE HELP FOR THE PROTECTION AGAINST FRAUD THAT THEY OFFER. UNFORTUNATELY, MY BANK DID NOT INVESTIGATE THE CASE THOROUGHLY BUT IT DOES NOT PROVE LBC IS INNOCENT NOR DOES IT PROVE THE TRANSACTION WAS AUTORIZED.Regards,[redacted]

I bought online [redacted] which somehow was connected with Life Body Coach however I 1) never received any information about the Life Coach 2) that they would charge my credit card $19.99 per mo off the [redacted] order 3) I nver signed up for this service. When I called the 888# on my statement they kept hanging up everytime I wanted to cancel my service. After 6 calls in 1 hour, I finally reached someone to cancel the unwanted order. When I asked them how they were authorized to charge my card, they hung up again. Additionally, I had to call them each month to cancel the service dispite getting a cancellation #. verify all complaints, most customer are upset because of the diet product they purchased, we are simply to aid, coach and guide them through the process and help them with a real service.

Refunded the customer in full ($19.95). She will see the credit back onto the account she signed up with.

Dispute closed, full refund issued, sent email apologizing for the confusion.

Called several times, left VM, refunded a while ago, this is closed last week. This customer has been fully refunded and we have tried to contact her. Please close the dispute and resolved. She has received a full refunds even though she didn't correctly read our terms & conditions.

I agree with most of the posts here. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I ordered a supplement as well and the calls from LIVE BODY COACH started coming. I kept telling them I wasn't interested and then finally signed into an account that I had no intention of using. I just wanted themm to leave me alone. The representative had me log in and never told me there was a monthly fee and I NEVER gave them my credit card number. I never logged back into the site either. I was on it for about 12 seconds when she had me log in. I unfortunately didn't notice the fee on my credit card for 5 months. They did cancel it when I called them but would not give me a refund for any of the fees. Totally decptive practices in my book!!

I just used their new app. Its free and amazing. Its worth adopting
