BEWARE!I echo everything already stated. I found a $19.95 charge on my account and promptly called to find out who I was paying. Since I'd never even heard of Live Body Coach, I knew I'd never signed up for their service. After 30 minutes of arguing, the agent agreed to cancel my account and refund my money. Do I trust them. No. I called my bank to block any further charge attempts from this company. They are a scam. They are rude. They can only read from a script. I, too, was told "all supervisors are busy speaking with customers". Must be a lot of unhappy people if all the supervisors are already talking to them. DO NOT order accept any charges from them. Argue your case and let them know you know they have an F rating from the Revdex.com and you'll be reporting them. That seemed to be the magic phrase as they then agreed to fully refund my money.

I received 2 charges on my credit card from this company and had no idea what the company was or what services they provide. The charges were from March and April 2015 but they did not appear until I received my credit card statement in May 2015. When I contacted the company they first refused any refunds but then offered $10 out of the $40 worth of charges. I did not know this company existed and have no idea how or why I would have signed up for any service they would offer. The first lady I spoke with would not even tell me what services or products the company provided. I ended up getting a refund of $25 out of $40.

It is a good company. Their mobile app is very user friendly and helpful. Their fitness tips are very awesome. Their products are very good. l like it.

I sent in for via the Internet for Green Coffee bean extract and another vitamin for help in losing weight. Before I knew it, live body coach was calling me about food tracking & nutrition. I got onto their site and began doing this, the charge came on my credit card for something like $90+ dollars and $80.+ dollars for the vitamins. I put a dispute into the co. for these charges. I returned the next pkg of vitamins unopened and marked cancel on the pkg. I called and told l.b.c. to cancel my continued wght. monitoring via the nutrition tracker, etc. and to take out what I owed them for the first 2 wks. I used it. They said they could not do that. I noticed the $19.00 + charge on my credit card and was not aware they were charging a membership monthly charge. I blocked all charges and disputed them to my c. card customer service. They ask you how much wght. you need to loose. Based on what I told them, they said it would take 10 mos. to lose it. They had a lifetime $799.00 charge or a $499.00 charge for 10 mos. I went with the lower charge. A few wks. later lbc was calling me about doing marketing w. them. I wouldn't have to do anything. Their sales people would get people signed up and I would receive a percentage of a commission, BUT I had to in put at least $5,000.00 on my c. card and would get that back within 60-90 days of my incoming commissions. My husband got on the line and recognized them as a scam. I immediately canceled everything with l.b.c. and changed by c. card # and blocking and disputing charges by l.b.c. I could go on and on, but I think this enough to say "if it sounds too good to be true, it is!" Also, "buyer, beware!
