LoanMe, Inc., (“LoanMe”) is in receipt of our customer’s above-referenced complaint, and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the matter. Please allow this to serve as our formal response It is the policy of LoanMe to ensure that all information provided
to the credit reporting agencies is accurate and free of errorsIt is also the policy of LoanMe to promptly respond to any inquiries regarding the accuracy of credit reporting promptly and in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) We have reviewed our customer’s complaint filed on August 31, 2016, as well as listened to the telephone conversations that took place between the customer and LoanMe, Inc(“LoanMe”) representatives, all of which are recordedOur records indicate that the customer agreed to an unsecured consumer installment loan on July 23, which included the funded amount of $3,minus a $pre-paid finance charge/origination feeWe reviewed multiple calls between this customer and LoanMe prior to obtaining her loan, and did not locate any call during which she was advised that LoanMe reports to all three major credit reporting agencies Based on our research, we have determined that on March 9, 2016, a LoanMe representative informed our customer that we report to the credit reporting agency (***) on a rolling day periodAs a result the customer’s account would only be viewable on an *** credit bureau reportThere was however an issue caused by an address change the customer made shortly after the loan funded, and the issue was researched with the credit reporting agency and resolved. The customer then paid off the loan in full on June 15, Upon receipt of this complaint, LoanMe ran a “Bullseye” credit report which is used to review the current status of our reported trade-line for the customer in ***’s databaseThe report displays the customer’s trade line and confirms that the account status is being reported as “Paid”The report also reflects multiple on-time payments the customer made towards her loan prior to paying it offIf our customer is still experiencing problems with her credit report, we encourage her to contact *** directly to make the proper corrections In closing we would like to thank you for this opportunity to respond, and hope that we have helped to clarify the matter regarding the statements made in our customer’s complaint

I received a letter dated April 17th, and not received until April 21st, from this particular company in regards to a settlement offer, which seemed straight forwardIt stated that the agreement had to be made by April 28th for the agreement to be active (not an initial payment)I called to agree to the settlement offer on April 27th and made a payment towards the May 1st payment due to the letter stating all payments are due the concurring 1st of each monthToday, May 8th as I was reviewing my email, and noticed I received an email reflecting that I was past due,so I called the company to ensure that I did in fact pay and to correct the issue at hand
Please note-I have had this happen to me a couple times before with the same company of where the payment made in the month before it was due was credited towards the present month instead of the allocated future month After calling to correct the discrepancy, the customer service rep stated the agreement had to be made by Apr

I only rate this company star because it makes me! Be ready to be harassed if you cannot pay your debt offThe last person who called my parents to harass them about where I was, said they would contact other people to find me, one of those people being someone my family has a restraining order againstThis person is the reason my family moved across the countryHe molested my daughter, we moved, and now I have a loan collector threatening to call this person about meWonderful .Maybe you can give him my new address too! BTWI got a $Loan, paid back more than $and now I apparently owe $14,This company sent me a letter January of stating my debt was going to collections and they call and harass and if you tell them to stop callingThey don't

LoanMe, Inc., (“LoanMe”) is in receipt of the above-referenced complaint, and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the matterPlease allow this to serve as our formal response Please note that while LoanMe does require online bank verification, this method
allows verification to be both fast and easy for our customers in most casesIn addition, this process is more secure, accurate, and convenient for both the lender and borrower, and makes possible for the loan process to be completed in a quicker timeframe than with methods that other lenders may choose to utilizeWe regret that this particular individual was dissatisfied with our process, but we are encouraged by the many compliments we get from satisfied customers regarding how convenient it was getting their loan from LoanMe Upon a complete review of the complaint, our records indicate that the individual making the complaint did not actually apply for credit with LoanMeThere is no indication that she applied for credit with LoanMe, nor do we have record of any of her personal information in our system We attempted searching by using the name, address, phone number, and email as provided, and we did not find an applicationAs a result of not having any records of the matter, we can only presume that she may have mistaken LoanMe for another lending company In closing, we would like to thank you for this opportunity to respond, and hope that we have helped to clarify the matter for the customerIf she has additional questions or concerns she may contact LoanMe directly at *** * Tell us why here

I have been receiving harassing calls from Loan Me on my job The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) limits where and when debt collectors can contact consumer debtorsIn many cases, debt collectors that contact debtors at work are violating the FDCPARead on to learn what types of work collection calls are prohibited by the FDCPAAnother section of the FDCPA expressly prohibits collectors for contacting debtors at work if the collector knows, or has reason to know, that the employer prohibits such communicationsMany employers have policies that prohibit employees from taking or making nonemergency calls for personal business, which would preclude an employee from taking a collection call Loan Me has been notified by myself on harassing calls at work This type of behavior may result in an employee from being terminated from employment if violations are not eliminated completely I wish that they get in contact with me either by email, US Postal Mail or person

I need to file a complaint, loan me , needs to not be in business, stealing money from people who take out loans, I plan on writing to my state capital about them, should be a lawsuit against this business, they are not truthful, how is California allowing them to practice, goes against everything ethical in are world, I looking for legal counsel, next step, I believe as a nation if we all, not give them any business, they will be forced to shut down business, power, word of mouth, let's stop them, buy hurting working people, ask for Loan, then triple five times what we owe, take from us, surprise the IRS hasn't looked at their profits on what they stealing from people,

This company is a joke First off, they prey on people with bad credit by charging a whopping 135% APR Luckily, it was only a loan until I got paid, so I wasn't charged an exorbitant amount of interest My complaint is with their customer service department First off, half the people I talk to had no idea what they were doing I was constantly asking for a supervisor Second, I overpaid on my loan by $ I called on Monday and spoke to a woman who told me it would be 2-business days until I was refunded It is now Friday and I am not refunded So I called again and spoke with someone who had no clue what she was talking about and kept asking me what date I paid the loan off I had her transfer me to a supervisor This supervisor told me that it would be 10-business days before I am refunded because they are sending me a paper check He said if I wanted it sent sooner I would have to pay a wire transfer fee of $ How ridiculous is that? What kind of business CHARGES someone who has paid them INTEREST for a REFUND?! So now I am out $for another 10-business days which means it could be calendar days This is not how they should treat a customer that just paid off a $3,loan IN FULL within the first month of getting it They need to properly train their customer service people to give the right information I was given information about when I would receive my refund I have never heard of a company waiting 10-business days to refund via papercheck It is

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find it very funny that this Company on their initial response said that a LOAN ME rep called me on August 15, that is an incorrect statement as I never received a call from any LOAN ME RepOn their last response I of course talked to someone on August 10th and at that time I told him that I only wanted like 3-thousand dollarsHe said I am only able to take out $10,and that's all that was available in my area nothing lessI find it crazy that LOAN ME forces people to take out the full amount when someone is requesting a lot less Below is a screen shot of my payments, again I am not sure where they are coming up with months with the 7th reducedThis company has straight up lied to me on the phone and even for then to lie hear in their responses just goes to show what company your dealing with. Loan sharking at its finestEmployees or better yet "sales" people will tell you the loan terms and say 135% like it means nothing!
I chose not to do business with this evil company and you should tooadvertising

I called for a modification because of a hardshipthey had agree to lower the payment to if I pay that amount before the 15th of May, which I did., so today I found out that no paper work was sent to meand another was taken from my account without any verbal or written authorizationthis is illegalthe original payment was the person I spoke to was celia..she never responded to my call when I left her voice mailthis is example of fraud and unfair business practice and now I have damages due to over drawn account because I was unemployedi don't recomend doing business with this establishment as other creditors obtain verbal and or written authorization before drafting money from your account please advise as to how to proceed further as to avoid having anyone else do business with this establishment to avoid loan me from stealing money from other people...thank you

LoanMe, Inc(“LoanMe”) is in receipt of our consumer’s follcomplaint, and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the matterPlease allow this to serve as our formal response. The customer is raising points that were already addressed by LoanMe in our initial response. If our customer has new facts or additional information that was not considered in our initial response, LoanMe would be happy to review such information. As LoanMe previously stated in our last response dated March 18, 2016, the requested $1,ACH payment made by our customer lowered her principal balance from $2,to $1,Therefore, our customer’s January payment was reduced from the original interest only payment of $to an interest only payment of $238.67. This took place because a principal payment was made prior to the first payment, and because the interest only payment was calculated based on the remaining principal balance If our customer would like to pay the $difference between what her first payment would have been without the principal payment, and what her first payment ended up being after the principal payment, LoanMe is willing to back date that payment to the date of her January payment, then re-apply the rest of her payments accordinglyIf our customer wishes to do this, she should contact us in advance to set up the payment arrangement, so the payment can be applied as discussedWe thank you for this opportunity to respond and if our customer has questions or would like to submit additional information, she may contact LoanMe directly at ***

LoanMe, Inc., (“LoanMe”) is in receipt of the consumer’s above-referenced complaint, and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the matter. Please allow this to serve as our formal response.LoanMe’s records indicate that our customer obtained an unsecured consumer
installment loan on February 2, in the amount of $2,minus a $pre-paid finance charge/origination fee. In compliance with the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), LoanMe’s Promissory Note and Disclosure Statement (“Note”) properly displayed the loan terms and provided the required disclosures, including the interest rate, the Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”), the Finance Charge, the pre-paid finance charge/origination fee amount, and the repayment schedule of months. In addition the Note indicated, and our customer provided express consent, that LoanMe could contact her to discuss her account or the repayment of her loan. Our customer signed the document electronically in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National commerce Act (E-SIGN), indicating that she read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Note.A review of LoanMe’s records show that no phone calls were made or attempted to our customer at 12:am or 6:am, or anytime even close to these timesIt is important to note that LoanMe originated and owns this loan, and hence would not be considered a “debt collector” for it under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”). Nonetheless, calls LoanMe places to delinquent customers adhere to the FDCPA, and are never intended to be anything other than a professional effort to collect a debt. Telephone contact attempts to our customer were made only between the hours of a.mand p.mlocal time, without exception, in accordance with the FDCPA. While LoanMe has attempted to contact our customer to secure a payment arrangement, many of those calls went unansweredOur objective was to have a meaningful conversation to assist our customer in bringing her loan currentAs of the date of this response our customer’s loan is past due for the April and May payments. Upon receipt of this complaint, we have ceased all phone calls to our customer and to our customer’s place of employment, and we have taken additional steps to ensure that only communication in writing takes place regarding matters pertaining to her loan.We thank you for this opportunity to respond, and hope that we have helped to clarify the matter for our customer. If our customer has additional questions or concerns, she may contact LoanMe directly at ***

June 25,
I borrowed $3,10/2016, with agreement to have $deducted from my checking account monthly I have never been late 10/2017, I looked to a third party to settle debt, when I discovered, from Loan Me, that I still owed the same amount that I borrowed over one year ago
Loan Me continues to falsely report multiple late payments and charge off to all three credit bureaus I mailed proof that Settle Your Debt, the third party company that is handling this debt on my behalf Settle Your Debt provided me with an explanation of one late payment, January, Loan Me re-entered into contract with Loan Me, per courtesy of Loan Me, due to first time being Late, this would mean that neither I or the third party company has ever been late with payments Per the received ledger from Settle Your Debt/global Solution, Loan Me is receiving monthly payments in the amount of $ Settle Your Debt uses a payment vendor known as Global Solutions, who pay Loan M

I was in a spot were I had to help out for my father's funeral expenses when my father passed away early FebruaryI was a bit desperate and in a bad state of mindI applied for a loan and got approved for $Little did I know that the APR is off the roofThey told me no pre-payment penalty and giving me years to pay it offI thought it was too good but with my situation I went and go with itMy first months of automated payment came out of my account, and I was gladly to do but when I looked at my loan balance it was still the same amount that I had borrowed$for a month payment for a $loanI just paid it off with a pay-off balance of $which is still more than the loani just threw $out in the trashThis company shouldn't be in business ripping off peopleNot fairNeeds to be looked into itScam companystay away from this place

Extremely high interest rate of % which means your balance actually INCREASES with each payment Very difficult to pay down No email confirmation of payments made to pay off loan Quick funding, but try to avoid if at all possible

I had a loan in the amount of $with this company for merely weeks and I was surprised to find out that the final balance I had as of today was more than $5800! I feel like I got ripped offThe company's advertisement regarding their interest rate is not true at allAnd their customer service is the one of the worst I've ever had in my entire life! With beeping sound in the background and they asked me same questions several timesToday, I called the customer service to update my bank information on file and had to give my new bank information not once but five times to be updated which is completely ridiculous! One thing is certain: I am pretty sure that I am not ever dealing with them for the rest of my life

I made a payment of $and change towards my loan on 3/25/and when I called on 3/30/to ask why the "payoff" $amount was different from the balance due $the csr advised me that it was because the $payment hasn't reflected yetShe also advised me that it was $and change of interest daily so it just didn't add up to the amount that was dueSo again she told me the payoff amount would be less the $so we came up with $and change and I rounded it up to $and the csr advised me that if there is any left over money from overpayment I would get a paper check separate from my payoff noticeThe whole purpose of me making a huge payment was to payoffI would not have chose to pay this large amount and still have a balanceI called again on Monday 4/4/(or so) because I noticed a balance due still and they said I owe $495...and I asked why after explaining my conversation w/ the previous csrThe csr said she will leave a message with a supervisor and ge
