Bad company
This company caused my dad to have a stroke about 10 years ago we had a company connected to a van service, and they pretty much drained my dads 401 k and savings they never paid and just a s[censored] company. I hope someone reaches out to me about this.

UNRELIABLE SERVICE YOU CAN NOT COUNT ON
My cousin is 30 years old and has been on dialysis for 7 years. Terrible, for her to be so young, but to make matters worse, she relies on LogistiCare for transportation. Or shall I say, she often is let down because they faithfully do not show, or they come 1- 1.5 hours later than the scheduled pickup time. So sometimes she misses her very important treatments, or has to reschedule. The few times they have dropped her off, she was there 2 - 2.5 hours waiting to be picked up and taken home. So whether it is a pickup for an appointment or to be taken back home, they are consistently late! We have been told by a driver they are over booked and understaffed, but the staff says it's because the drivers are not doing what they are supposed to do. In either case, whatever the truth is, the clients suffer terrible service or no service and somebody is actually getting paid for this. SMH...Don't rely on them for timely appointments. You will be sorely disappointed. : ( They actually rate NO STARS!

Denied gas reimbursement
I have filled out several gas reimbursement forms correctly. I was waiting for the checks and they never came. I called and called and called and even had the insurance company get involved. still no checks. I need the money especially now. I opened the mail today which is months later to see my trip logs all stamped DENIED with no explanation. I call and there is no good reason why they would deny these. This company is really the worst I have ever dealt with for customer service. Two times now they sent drivers to my house when is specifically told them it was gas reimbursement only. DO I JUST GIVE UP? DO I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU? I can tell you this for sure... they sure do not care about my problems at all. And to top it all off? They sent me someone elses denied trip log in the mail. I should sue them for HIPPA violations!

sorriest ucking program I am on the gas remiburstment but when it gets sent in to the outsoured company OK STATE PROCESSERS in another state pymts are not being done so now I have to igure out how to get to the ucking dr now because now they say we get remib on the 2nd and 4 th riday BUT it takes them up to a ucking month to make the pymts I am getting away rom the and will dowb talk them or as many yrs I am still alive you flat out fking suck the really bad part is they fill their pockets with the money from insurance but DONT full fill they job I had to click a star but not willing to give any star should be a tear they suck

Horrible service and customer service; no means of getting better service nor communicatting with upper managementThey contract with drivers that have unsafe, sub-standard vehicles, and No matter what will Not change how they do business nor who they do business with They blame the pasenger for the issues with the companies they contract with They have no local representatives in most of the cities and state they provide transportation foe, and more seriously the transportation is for health and medical purposes!!! They are the only ones UHC will contract with for medical transportation If it were possible to give a ')' star rating, that is what I'd give Logisticare

I require regular rides to healthcare appointments. Due to my health challenges I can only use one transportation company. LogistiCare repeatedly ignores this requirement and schedules me with other companies that provide poor service and at times dangerous service. I've been trying to address this issue since they took over transportation services for my insurance company and they repeatedly schedule me with poor providers for no reason whatsoever. They repeatedly cause me miss healthcare appointments I need and there appears to be no way to address this. I've repeatedly told my insurance company
that I can only use one vendor.
My insurance company tells LogistiCare this and LogistiCare
repeatedly ignores it. I've missed four appointments in the last month due to Logisticare's refusal to follow this simple instruction.

LogistiCare manages rides like a sweatshop. They have little regard for the individual and no understanding of the needs of the disabled.

This company constantly strands me at my doctor's office after they have GUARANTEED a pickupI am a disabled person who cannot go without his medication for more than four hoursI have to plan to be stranded and to pay money that I do not have to get homeTheir phone technicians constantly hang up on you and treat you like dirtThey only pay their drivers FIVE DOLLARS per tripSome trips can last up to an hour! This company is pure garbageIt sucks in money from the federal government, makes a massive profit, and delivers a garbage serviceWe pay for this service with our taxes, yet a lot of that money is going to the pockets of the business owners instead of to the disabled people who actually need it and the workers who help us! This company should be investigated by the fedsIt is shady as heck

First off, I would love to know how this horrific company got a B-Unfortunately, I have had to use this horrible company for gas mileage reimbursement for the last minutes and out of those months, it has been a nightmare dealing with anyone from that companyHalf of them have no idea what they are doing and the other half, simply do not careIt should be called Logisti"Idonotcare." For months, I have have traveled to the same location every weekI submit the mileage log and every single reimbursement check/statement I have received have been incorrectEvery round trip travel I have taken, those trips are miles less than the actual travelIt happens even after one of my physicians moved to miles down the roadI have yet heard the explanation from LogistiCare, how can one travel (for instance) miles to and return milesI am talking about a round tripI have asked numerous times, where did the returning miles go? How does this make sense? I travel from home to my appointment @ miles one way, but returning home @ 53? I don't know about anyone else, but my car does not flyAlso, according to my insurance representative, I did find that they use [redacted] for their directionsI went to that site and found it did not have the address of my doctor's officeThe directions were showing the starting point, two miles away from the correct address, in the middle of a road with absolutely no buildings anywhere in siteI contacted [redacted] and requested they update their mapThey have already updated their mapThe lack of concern for patients by LogistiCare sets me abackI hope my insurance company drops this horrible company soon!

Logisticare failed to provide medical transportation I called Logisticare to set up transportation in May 2017, they supposedly set up medical transportation to MRI appointment for Sunday May 2017, my ride never showed up I called after hours customer service and learned that Logisticare had listed the address of the Office for the MRI as [redacted] an address that does exist in Bakersfield so customer service told me no ride had ever been scheduled to even pick me up at allPerhaps Logisticare customer service when scheduling the ride intentionally put a non existent destination address in their system or out malice? is oversight and quality service non existent at Logisticare? Logistare has an abysmal track record and has been the source of complaints and nationwideIt does not properly handle complaints and never takes proper actionEven it's quality monitors are corrupt

Logisticare used to take my reservations and arrange my trips - trips in my local area and trips up to and over miles There is a lot of favoritism going on between Logisticare and the independent transportation companies they subcontract members' trips to After scheduling my trip for the second time, with a provider which I asked Logisticare - never to assign my trip with - I truly saw that they did not careAnd the reason for this request: that provider would have me waiting to minutes and on one occasion, had me waiting OVER HOURI missed a very important appointment that dayAnd, that day, I requested it be placed in my notes - not to send that same transportation provider anymoreYet, despite that request, Logisticare assigned this same provider ' even a 3rd time Logisticare would have providers arrive, not ring my bell and just leave - even though I would specifically request that the driver ring my bell when they arrive Logisticare have assigned me with providers who would arrive in a van with - someone already in the passenger's seat, two (2) passengers already in the middle seatAnd the back seat which I need to myself - to stretch my legs on, in order to prevent swellingI end up having to share that back seat with my escortI was a very uncomfortable tripI was in so much pain, by the time I arrived at the hospital for my test Logisticare even allow their drivers to contact the clinical staff, provide members' name, and obtain HIPAA proctected information about members' procedure and the balance of their time at the medical appointmentWith access to my clinical file, a Logisticare driver was even allowed to cancel a 2nd appointment I had - on the same day of my trip - which the driver was not going to be taking me to On two (2) occassions, although I requested to call the company when I am finished with my medical appointment - instead of setting a return time, when I am placing my reservationDiver#1, caused nursing staff to interrupt my doctor on three (3) separate times, to tell my doctor that she (the transportation provider) was going to leave meMy doctor was forced to rush and get done with me(end 01/23/17, 8:PM) ***TO BE CONTINUED Driver#2, a stalker, persisted to follow me down the hallway

Logisticare has canceled several trips to my doctors appointments over the past several monthsEven though I have a confirmation number, there have been several times that they will call less than an hour before pickup to say there is no driver in the area & if I can find an alternative ride I'll be reembursed for the tripI have missed several appointments & even arrived late & the Dr can't see me! Logisticare wants to say that they have no control over not being able to get a driver to pick me up! These guys suck. My neurologist only allows 3 missed appointments. Today was my 3rd no show in a row. I can't bring myself to reschedule as I feel like an a**.

I had a appointment to see my Psychiatrist to get my medicine because a month ago I was hospitalized, and the day of my appointment today March 22, my ride never showed up or called to say they couldn't make it, and when I called Logisticare the other day the transportation provider by the name of 1stClass TransportationService LLC had th trip to take me, and on the day of the trip, I didnt make it to my apointment and now I can't go back, and I owe a dollar fee now!!! I really needed to be seen because of my medical condition, and now I have to find a different docter!!! They have poor services, because if they knew they wasn't gonna be able to take me, its there job to find someone to take me, because that's there job, they get paid to do that, and that was poor service!!!! I've been dealing with Logisticare for years because of my transportation issues, but now I will not be dealing with them!!!!!

On Monday October 17,my mother , a dialysis patient, was being helped down her back doorsteps when she fell and was left by a driver from logisticareThe driver didn't assist her to get back up or even call The driver told my mother she was in a hurry and she couldn't wait so my mother laid there until the ambulance came and helped her to the hospitalI don't know if it was reported or not but no one from logisticare has contacted my mother to see how she is doing
