my mother doesn't drive and relies on the medical transportation to get to her doctors because me and my husband work during the dayThis company is a joke! They are not reliable and are either extremely late, do not show up, and have even changed her doctors appointments without notifying herI have called Logisticare several times to change to a different carrier because it is not just one vehicle it's the WHOLE companyI am extremely upset that my mother has missed several appointments because of this companySomething needs to be done!

Logisticare used to take my reservations and arrange my trips - trips in my local area and trips up to and over miles
There is a lot of favoritism going on between Logisticare and the independent transportation companies they subcontract members' trips to
After scheduling my trip for the second time, with a provider which I asked Logisticare - never to assign my trip with - I truly saw that they did not careAnd the reason for this request: that provider would have me waiting to minutes and on one occasion, had me waiting OVER HOURI missed a very important appointment that dayAnd, that day, I requested it be placed in my notes - not to send that same transportation provider anymoreYet, despite that request, Logisticare assigned this same provider ' even a 3rd time
Logisticare would have providers arrive, not ring my bell and just leave - even though I would specifically request that the driver ring my bell when they arrive
Logisticare have assigned me with providers who would arrive in a van with - someone already in the passenger's seat, two (2) passengers already in the middle seatAnd the back seat which I need to myself - to stretch my legs on, in order to prevent swellingI end up having to share that back seat with my escortI was a very uncomfortable tripI was in so much pain, by the time I arrived at the hospital for my test

Logisticare has, for over days, failed to reimburse me for my daughters trip
My daughter had a trip on 6/22/to New Orleans to her neurologistThis happens about 2-times a year I called Logisticare to get a trip number and have the mileage log mailed to meI received all my papers, took my daughter, and mailed the forms the next day (6/23/17)About 7/19/I called and got a check status and found out that the driver profile I had previous was left active and they sent my check to the wrong addressThey told me it would be a few days for the check status to come back and then I would have to wait for processing againIn August I called back, they mailed it to the wrong address againSame thing, wait for a check status and reprocessingSeptember, I called and they didn't know if the check had went out yet, but my name on the driver profile that was created when I initially called for a trip number was spelled wrongOn 9/21/I left a message on their line and on 9-

I would like my child trip approved
I had called to schedule my sons apptThey say they denied him because of no referralThe doctor office stated they weren't telling the truth Before I was hung up on and told to watch my tone he said that trip was Which is the reason it was denied

Logisticare failed to provide medical transportation
I called Logisticare to set up transportation in May 2017, they supposedly set up medical transportation to MRI appointment for Sunday May 2017, my ride never showed up I called after hours customer service and learned that Logisticare had listed the address of the Office for the MRI as *** *** an address that does exist in Bakersfield so customer service told me no ride had ever been scheduled to even pick me up at allPerhaps Logisticare customer service when scheduling the ride intentionally put a non existent destination address in their system or out malice? is oversight and quality service non existent at Logisticare? Logistare has an abysmal track record and has been the source of complaints and nationwideIt does not properly handle complaints and never takes proper actionEven it's quality monitors are corrupt
