I had an appointment today for my newborn grandchild with logisticare and they had the wrong number that I updated FridayThey gave transportation the old number that I updated and due to their neglect she missed her appointment

So logisticare started in september and I have only gotten paid by them for two trips when I received a card in the mail that had the wrong name on itSince then, I have called many many many times due to the fact that I have not gotten paid since those two tripsI have gotten copies of my trip logs in the mail that say DENIED! However, when I call and dont stay on hold until they close,they tell me that not only does it not show them any denial, they haven't even verified anything yet from the rest of september's trip followed by all of october's tripsI called and the lady issued me a new card with the correct name on ot and said those trips would be on the card once it was activatedWell, after being told it would arrive on december 20th and not getting it until today (JANUARY 7TH 2019!), THERE IS NO MONEY ON IT! I drive miles every week and for awhile it was twice in one week to get my boyfriend to his appointments in a little car that is falling apart faster than I can fix

Logisticare commits Medicare/Medicaid fraud by collecting money on a capitated basis, meaning they get paid whether someone uses their service or not It is in their favor to discourage a client from using their service since they get paid anywayFor this reason, their automated telephone system and dysfunctional website is horrible to use Medically fragile and disabled people are the victims of Logisticare This population has little time and energy to properly deal and fight with this companyRides are chronically late and often in unsafe vehicles They need to be brought to justice

I work in a doctor's office they bring the patients 1/early to their appointmentThey drop them office like taking out the trash, no compassion or concern for the patientsPatients have complained to me that LogistiCare has called them at :am in the morning to inform the patient what time they will arriveI have seen first hand how they treat the patient and something should be done to stop this companyAll they care about is billing Medicaid!!!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and will forever rank among my memories with the likes of Walmart and Comcast TERRIBLE Regular wait times to speak with a representative are between and minutes (you must call to speak with a representative in order to be picked up from any doctor) Then you regularly wait 1-hours for pickup after speaking to a representative UNACCEPTABLE

Hi,
During few month my severely disable son used LogistiCare company service
I wasn't happy about this company, and some day I provide transpotation by myself
That day I called LogistiCare Reservation department, explained that I will provide transportation by myself and cancel LogistiCare reservation
I got information from LogistiCare manager that I'm eligible for gas reimbursement in this case, but I need feel out Mileage reimbursement form
I sent few forms for gas reimbursement, but last week got one form back without any payment because Gas reimbursement department denied my form
I got recommendation to call Reservation department
When I called that department I got information that I'm not eligible for any reimbursement, because during trip cancellation I supposed to tell customer service representative not only I will do transportation by myself, but that I need after that gas reimbursement
During few months nobody told me this and I didn't know procedure for gas

I am disabled and can only use a low riding vehicle such as a carThe agree to send a car but what they send is a van that is too high for me

Ive used this service times in StLouis to get to my appointmentsThe first three times, the rides were great The cars were nice, my rides came on time, and I had no issues This last ride I got was terrible The car smelled awful like human urine and was just not a clean rideNobody should have to have a ride like that no matter who you are

They are possibly the worst transportation company on the face of the earth! LOGISTICARE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY
Logisticare should NOT be allowed to transport patientsI made a reservation to go to a Droffice todayPitime was 9:00amI printed my reservationI was NOT picked up till 9:45am, INSTEAD of 9:00amAfter picking me up, the driver had other people to pick-up, so of course, it was way passed my appointment timeI did call Logisticare twice this morning, asking: "Where is my ride?" twice I was left on hold for a very long time, and of course, you CANNOT speak with a supervisorI had waited over a month for that pulmonologist appointment and I have had a serious illness for six months nowLogisticare should NOT be allowed to play with patients health like thatI am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, a grievance with ***, and if they ever make me miss another doctor appointment, I'll file a complaint with the DBPR, because Logisticare should NOT have license to operate as patients transporter

I've made several complaints against a specific transportation provider and yet logistic care routing department pending investigations continue to force my self and my kids to ride with this company

I have only used LogicCare twice. The first time they took me to the wrong address.
The second time they did not pick me up at the right place. My request was to send me professional drivers that I could understand when told the address was wrong or could understand when told where to pick me up. So I made two complains about those two trips.
There is nothing to be done because asking for a driver that can understand what I am saying is discrimination. That I do not get to the right place does not matter to them.

Review: Provide very bad non-emergency transportation management service. The company supposedly coordinates/provides daily routine transportation for my father in law between my residence and Christiana Hospital for 6 consecutive weeks. The service that my father has been received so far is terrible. My wife and I have talked to the customer service many times but there is no signs of improvement. Below are some highlights.

Unreliable: On the very first day, 5 Nov 2014, they did not manage to have the patient (my father in-law) picked up. Today 19 November: no show again. On both days, LogistiCare customer service ([redacted]) even confirmed with either my wife or I just within an hour prior to the pick-up time (13:30 daily) that they will pick the patient up. The rest: so far the driver came late 50%, 15-30 minutes.

Unprofessional: a. They never informed us that they would not be able pick up the patient or running late. We only found out when we called 866 number; b. One time, a driver even drove around on the drop-off trip to pick up a kid from school; c. After too many incidents, I requested to talk to manager/supervisor, they transferred me to the voicemail of a transportation supervisor and she has not returned my call since then.

No courtesy/care to patient/customer: drivers do not take any extra effort helping my father who is on wheelchair. On a raining day, when dropped off at my house, a driver did not even drive in my driveway but dropped him off at the curb.

Poor process: for my father in case, it is a daily routine service (5 days a week, same exact time, for 6 consecutive weeks) but we have to call their 866 every day an hour before to so-called "confirm"! And the average waiting time is no less than 15 minutes.Desired Settlement: This is about fair service that patients/customers deserve to receive. They should not be in the business if they cannot fix these problems I mentioned. I want my father in-law and all other customers/patients receive a fair service that LogistiCare is paid to provide.

Resolution: Immediate provide us an appropriate service including: reliable daily service without"no-show's", pick up and drop off patient on-time, courtesy: if being late or not able to pick up: timely notify us, set-up correct dispatch file for our daily routine service from now on so we don't have to spend 15-20 minutes every day calling their 866 customer service to"confirm" the daily transportation. Very regards,
