I am years old male with mental health issuesI have used logisticare for a period of timeI am obligated to attend some programs ordered by the courtAnd if I don't I can lose my freedomSo using my Medicare coverage I have setup rides to my programsLogisticare has treated me very unfairly by not being able to provide good service or setup ride on time and not send a ride at all from my appointments to\back and left me out in the coldI have spoken to service representatives many times and complaint about providersI even have spoken the supervisor and expressed my concerns but she was not willing to help at all and said "service is not guaranteed"So I am asking for your help to fix this issue please so people like me don't have to go through *** just to ho home

This company constantly strands me at my doctor's office after they have GUARANTEED a pickupI am a disabled person who cannot go without his medication for more than four hoursI have to plan to be stranded and to pay money that I do not have to get homeTheir phone technicians constantly hang up on you and treat you like dirtThey only pay their drivers FIVE DOLLARS per tripSome trips can last up to an hour!
This company is pure garbageIt sucks in money from the federal government, makes a massive profit, and delivers a garbage serviceWe pay for this service with our taxes, yet a lot of that money is going to the pockets of the business owners instead of to the disabled people who actually need it and the workers who help us!
This company should be investigated by the fedsIt is shady as heck

On numerous occasions I have contacted logisticare for transportation to and from medical appts for myself and my childrenOn numerous occasions transportation either doesn't show up or shows up so late me and my children miss our medical apptIn several occasions the customer service representative took it upon themselves to reschedule our appointment without my permission because the transportation did not arrive or was going to be so late I would miss my apptthe representatives are rude this company should not be in business

Logisticare Solutions provided unacceptable poor quality servicesIt's internal quality assurance handling of my complaint was unacceptable
On November 9th 2016, a medical transportation company *** sent by Logisticare arrived so late it actually arrived at my residence at the time I was supposed to be at my doctors appointmentThe driver knowingly and perhaps intentionally arrived late a trivet my residenceWhen confronted over arriving late, the driver rolled her eyes at me and acted like they could care lessThe driver acted more like a gangbanger than a medical van driverWhy did Logisticare even send a vehicle out at all if they are intentionally going to arrive so late I miss my appointment? Lgisticare has refused to pay me for trips of gas mileage reimbursement in January of while they sent my check to someone elses address who signed my name to a check and cashed itOn 3-17-Logisticare employees have screamed at me on phone calls while I could not respond to rectify the problem and refuse to give there name when asked and hung up on meI was told on the phone today 3-17-that all five workers hear my conversation who converse with each other to cover up information that was given to me and tell *** they never gave me the information toldI have been told every complaint to Logisticare correspondence takes 10-weeks every time I call to get anything done from this companySince January I still have had no repayment of monies and numerous calls with unresolved grievances of complaints with *** healthcare who uses Logisticare for gas mileage reimbursement for doctors appointments

My boss setup a Non Emergency Medical Transport business and applied for service with the state of Virginia through Logisticare which is contracted to handle her medical transportAfter two months, I had to write to more than three offices to get a message that simply said we got it and will let you know when we need youI wrote back asking if other areas were available at this moment since we have loans to pay, again no responseThis is not right

Called to schedule drive to doctor weeks ago got confirmation call the day before that pick up would be 1:45PM 2:00PM no ride called them and they said driver stuck in traffic would be there in to minAt 2:15Pm still no ride called waited mins and they said driver not coming because they didnt give them my paper? Oh yeah? What a disgusting companyNow I have to wait weeks for a new open appointmentCould not have hated this company more than thisIf your sick or in need don't wait for this company for a ride better yet just call to your appointment if you don't want to wait outside for 1hour in the cold looking for the ride they said would come but never comes

I scheduled a pick up for today at 11:driver did not show up till o'clock had to call your office multiple times my father made the appointment over an hour late almost lost his surgical appt and to top it off the driver dropped him off at the wrong address had to send some one to pick him up I called your office at and they said a supervisor will call me back after a call there were on its and no call I call you office and a rude uncaring rep answer and said they were very busy that she can have someone me back and when I told her that my dad was IThe wrong location she said that what did I want her to do really is that how you train you employees that is horrible service I even asked to have door to door service when they drop off my dad and not only is he late but he is dropped off at the wrong location wrong place
And you guys deal with elderly people that is very very irresponsible and careless

My friend needs dialysis times per week and this company Logisticare is contracted with the state to provide transportationUnfortunately their are no other choices as I am told by the State Medicaid office that we must use them because they are the only company contracted with the state for this serviceI wonder how much they paid off some officials for that! I and the clinic where my friend receives treatment have filed numerous complaints about the company failing to get him to his appointments on timeHe completely missed his treatment one week and had to be scheduled on Saturday with me taking him or else he would have needed to go to the hospitalI have complained to the State of Texas Medicaid office which regulates this company and nothing appears to be improvingIn fact since we started complaints it seems the company is deliberately not picking him up for his treatmentMy friend is from another country and does not speak English very well so the nurse at the clinic, social worker and myself have been filing complaints on his behalfI fail to understand how this company is rated even a B- with all the complaintsResearching news stories on the internet reveals that they are causing problems in many other states and have lost contractsLawsuits are pending in California according to what I have readI will soon be contacting some Federal agencies to see if they can helpI wonder if by allowing one company to dominate this business with no other choices for clients if the state is violating some Federal laws

About years ago I changed my phone numberI notified and of my contacts including LogisticareEvery few weeks or so the nuber they have on file reverts back to the old phone number which is then given to my medical transport companywhen that happens, the drivers can't reach meand have left because they were unable to locate meI have called Logistacare dozens of times about this and they promise to fix it and in about a month it changes backToday it happened again and my driver told me out of passengers have this same problemwhat if it was my address that changed? Two years! what does it take? no one will ever call me back to follow upI am at my wits end with this companythey have a contract with Medicare and I have no choice in the matter

Logisticare took over WV Medicaid gas mileage reimbursements in SeptemberI have turned in several trips to them, but have not received any reimbursements for almost months nowI have had to repeatedly call and buy phone cards to replace almost hours of minutes for my cell phone that I have spent on holdI have been told several different versions of where my comdata reimbursement card is and noone can give me a direct answer of when or if I will actually get a comdata card with my reimbursement money on itI have received several invoices saying they have paid for my trips, but supposedly they mailed the comdata csrd to the wrong addressThat makes no sense since they have my correct address and invoices have been being delivered saying my trips are ppaid.now they are telling me that they sent another card to the correct address and I should have got it, but I have not received anythingI have been looking at every piece of mail because I need it so bad so there's no way it

They lie to u constantlyThey cancel ur order and leave u without a ride and they repeatedly leave u upset and speak to u disrespectfullyThey don't need to bed in business

This is unacceptableI request an investigation into this chronic pattern of failure to deliver services which they are paid forMy medical care is suffering due to repeated failures by logistic care

Horrible service and customer service; no means of getting better service nor communicatting with upper managementThey contract with drivers that have unsafe, sub-standard vehicles, and No matter what will Not change how they do business nor who they do business with They blame the pasenger for the issues with the companies they contract with They have no local representatives in most of the cities and state they provide transportation foe, and more seriously the transportation is for health and medical purposes!!! They are the only ones UHC will contract with for medical transportation
If it were possible to give a ')' star rating, that is what I'd give Logisticare

I have been trying to get a claim reimbursement since March I have submitted three trip claim forms for the same tripEvery time I call the representatives are the most rude I have ever encounteredThey give you all their process for getting a reimbursement but do not go one extra step to look further into your situationThey will not let you speak to a supervisorAnd I have left numerous messages and have yet to receive a call backI have NEVER received such poor and unprofessional customer service from a place of business in my life

This Company is unprofessional when it comes to picking you up and dropping off a disability person
The first Complaint that the doctors office in Rowlett, Tx filed states the driver never came back to pick me up until almost 7pm and the doctors office had closed at 5pm so people were wondering why was I still at the doctors office around 3pm after I was done seeing the doctors, I did called for the ride they told me give them an hour to pick me up okayit was prolonging in until 4pm and I called again to see where is the ride so they said he will be there at min okay min passed *** it was almost 5pm, and then 6pm and 6:I would say almost 7pm I got pick up this is very unprofessionalism and they seem like they don't careI believed medicaid need to see if they could make plan to partner with uber driver or somethingI had to filed again they made late for my appointment called me at the last minute to tell me that another driver will pick me up in minutes, didn't hap

The worst customer service

We have scheduled transportation services with this company in the past month (April/May 2018) They have not shown up for of these appointments and they were at the wrong pilocation and late on the 3rd appointment We have had to cancel and reschedule the appointments, causing delay in much needed health care for my sister Karen, who is disabled with Down's Syndrome and has a broken ankle
Because this company has the contract for the State of Delaware, we have no recourse to use another company that can provide this necessary service to transport patients to appointments
We have filed complaints with this company
- They investigated the first "no-show" wherein the driver stated he was parked in front of our house and waited minutes This was untrue because we had been sitting at the windows minutes prior to the pitime and no-one was there The company sent a letter stating that our complaint was "valid"- Our second complaint is pending invest

I called this company and arrainged for transportation on June 2, but it didn't come so I ended up paying dollars for an UBER and when I got to my destination I called them to complain and they told me that they will make sure that my ride arrives to take me back home when I was ready..I called them when I was ready and they informed me that my ride would be arriving in min..it never arrived and I AGAIN had to end up paying another dollars for Uber and I called that following Monday to make a complaint and was informed that someone would call me back but that never happened so I called again on June 26,of and was informed on June 28th that they will not be refunding me my money but they didn't give me a reason as to why
