Thank you for contacting us in regards to this matter.We do advertise both our specific size charts for each item, as well as our returns and exchanges policy on our website pages and on each individual product available for selection for sizingSize charts include suggested sizing from the garment's manufacturer, as well as garment dimensions accurate within +/-inchWhen dealing with the amount of different garment manufacturers as we make available on our site, most of them will have differing sizes, styles, colors, etc and we make no assumptions any of them will follow an sort of "industry standard" and is the reason we specify a size chart on each item we offer. When we discussed this with the customer, he had stated he either did not see or this information is not advertisedHowever, we do offer a few different places for customers to view this information, as well as providing them the policies on their email confirmationUnfortunately, our company policies do not allow for custom items to be returned or exchangedWe are willing to discount a new order in either a different style or sizes up to 50% for new jerseys as a courtesyYour current order is notated in case you would like to place a new order with the discount we have discussedWe consider the complaint resolved as we have reviewed with the customer the options of resolutionThanks,Logosportswear Customer Service

I find it very interesting, however, that the refund, supposedly, "was processed June 12," they claimed; the same day Revdex.com sent them complaint.They complettly ignored a customer's constant request/demand (mine) until Revdex.com stepped in. My negative review for LogoSportswear clearly reflects their (lack of)service.

Measurement Notes
Chest is measured 1" below the armhole with garment laying flat. Back length from the center back below the collar to bottom of shirt. Sleeve from center of the neck to the cuff.

I am rejecting this response because:I have attached an email where this company has already agreed to refund at least half the digital fee.   I believe I am entitled to a full refund. I am also showing you what I agreed to pay for from their Web Site Order Form before I clicked Pay, and what they sent me as proof. I believe that although there may be "Cover yourself" statements on their page, they also should recognize that my order and what they were doing were different and should have contacted me to discuss the differences before going forward.   I am not a printer, I don't know what these processes are capable of or not and showing me my shirts before I paid and then sending me something complete different are misleading at best.   "covering yourself to get paid for something you know won't be accepted delivered is just bad business.  So I want them to at least stand by their "Refund 1/5 the digital fee" in the email attachment above.  But I believe I should get a full refund for being misled.

I recently ordered two skirts from Logo Sportswear. One of the items was folded nicely and was in new and excellent condition. The other, however, was not folded, or packaged in any way. It had broken sizing strips, and no bottom pleat. It was obvious that it was a returned item. My daughter is unable to wear it because it is too large and there is no way to make it fit. My husband threw her whole outfit in trash. It is a disgusting practice selling worn clothing and calling it new.

I have ordered new jersey's with a local company. After placing the new order, I asked the owner of the local company if the jerseys that this complaint is about were indeed youth small and youth mediums. She compared them to shirts that meet the industry standard for youth sizing and determined that the smalls are actually youth larges, and the mediums are youth extra larges. Regardless of your size chart, sir...which is proven to be in error and BURIED within your website, and your POLICIES, which are BURIED in the website, I know in fact that the jerseys that I received from your company are not what you say they are. I have a policy too sir, I will not be RIPPED OFF!!  I will not accept your offer for 50% off on the next order, because there will not be a next order. Trying to take a customer for an additional $272.16 is a terrible business practice and I will not fall for it.  I want my money back IN FULL!! NO EXCEPTIONS!

The shirts that we ordered looked much better in person than on line so I was very pleased. Overall I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish and even received a coupon to complete my order. I was surprised at checkout to have an extra 30$ charge for a special image that was not from their database-however, there is no guarantee that I did not simply overlook that in the fine print/details about choosing an image. Overall, we were able to find affordable, lightweight shirts that we could get embroidered for long term wear. I also received the shirts within a week or two which was a huge surprise considering all four had to be embroidered. I also believe my cousin used this company last year for our golf shirts.

I was told by them refund in 3-5 days for $101.56..it's BEEN 5 DAYS AND ZERO HAS BEEN REFUNDED. I WARNED THE Revdex.com THAT THESE [redacted] COULD NOT BE TRUSTED, AND HERE WE ARE..HELP, PLEASE .

On our design tool used to place the order, we do advise we would use the roster as submitted and shown in the space available. However, to resolve the...
