Thank you for contacting us in regards to this matter. When contacted by our customer, we explained the different sections on the site where he was concerned we did not advise with proper information. We have included the different parts of the site as discussed in attachments above. First, the...

customer advised us that he selected printing, however the item he selected doesnt offer print as an option (Attached). Next, the customer advised they were not aware they would not be refunded for the digitizing fee. The language from our site reads as follows: "Please note that customers who cancel orders after a file has been digitized will still be charged the digitizing fee, even if it would have been waived had the order been processed."(Attached)  We have cancelled the customer's order and all but the 49.99$ will be refunded back to him. Another concern that was discussed was that of the gradient in the customer's design not being replicated. In our design tool within our website, we specifially request that no images with gradients or fine lines be used (attached). This is the only place to provide the image to us. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let us know if any other information is needed.

I am rejecting this response because: I have ordered new jersey's with a local company. After placing the new order, I asked the owner of the local company if the jerseys that this complaint is about were indeed youth small and youth mediums. She compared them to shirts that meet the industry standard for youth sizing and determined that the smalls are actually youth larges, and the mediums are youth extra larges. Regardless of your size chart, sir...which is proven to be in error and BURIED within your website, and your POLICIES, which are BURIED in the website, I know in fact that the jerseys that I received from your company are not what you say they are. I have a policy too sir, I will not be RIPPED OFF!!  I will not accept your offer for 50% off on the next order, because there will not be a next order. Trying to take a customer for an additional $272.16 is a terrible business practice and I will not fall for it.  I want my money back IN FULL!! NO EXCEPTIONS!

BUYER BEWARE!!
This complaint is not resolved until I have a full refund. I don't care what your "policy" is. Your "policy" is to rip people off, as proven by your 28+ Revdex.com complaints against your company. You cannot tell people in their email confirmation (electronic receipt) "oh by the way, no returns" after the purchase has been made.  Also, you have an obligation to quality customer service when you have "Satisfaction Guaranteed" displayed prominently on your website. This is obviously a lie from this business, they only want your money. There will be no SECOND order. Who would order from you a second time with you didn't get it right the first time? That is stupid. You WILL refund my money in full or further action will be taken against you in court. There is no alternative to this. This company is a rip-off, buyer beware!

I am rejecting this response because: 
I Did not receive any phone calls regarding the cancellation there was no attempts to contact me. Even if it was possible I missed a call there was no messages left. When I called your company I was told a manager would call me back and I had your employee verify my number on file. Again I did not receive a phone call so I then had to send two further emails s.  As I understand fraud from other purchases have accored with your company it is no excuse for poor customer service.  As reluctant as you are to start orders because of fraud now I am reluctant to use your services after these incidents. I see your company has been around for years now but it doesn't mean you should treat your customers like a number no matter how small an order.

I am rejecting this response because:
They reached out to me via a voicemail message on March 31st explaining get that they would be sending me a return shipping label and invoice reflecting a full refund.  I responded to the voicemail to the poc, Alexandra, and as of today have not recieved an email response with either.  Before closing this complaint I must receive both of these items and a refund and none of this has been fulfilled, although I am glad that the business is taking the steps to rectify this now and hope that this will be resolved quickly.

The custom embroidered product cost includes 1 front location embroidery placement. This is noted in the Decoration Options section of every embroidery product page. Additional placements have additional charges, and the price updates depending on quantity, color, decoration, etc.
 
Pre-digitized files and any of our free embroidery templates or clipart can be added at no additional cost. However, any image files that are not yet in embroidery-ready format must be digitized for use on our machines. This requires a one-time, non-refundable fee. Once the file has been digitized, it is added to your personal library and can be used on any future purchases without additional fees. We include a specific section on our Digitizing service, as well as other information in regards to embroidery throughout the order process and in our FAQs.
 
If you’re adding the same logo to multiple locations on a product, you will only be charged on time for digitization. However, you will have to pay for the additional decoration locations. Information about all of these charges are readily available on our website and throughout the design process. We provide an extensive FAQ section that anyone who vists our site can read through to be better informed about purchases, customization charges, and normal procedures. We appreciate your feedback in regards to the website.
