Tried this service today for the first time because my computer started running slowly and I couldn't load web pagesI never did catch the name of the tech that helped me but he did an initial evaluation by remoting into my laptop and then he called me to let me know what issues he foundIt turns out that my security software was causing the problemsHe gave me some suggestions of things to do and that if that didn't work to contact him and he'd go in and clean everything outWell, I followed his instructions and now my machine is back to status quo and no more issuesI wasn't charged a cent and in today's world that is almost unheard ofTHANK YOU LOGONFIXIT.COM!!!!!
