I cannot offer enough positive remarks and kudos for Michael at LogOnFixit.Com. Our laptop was in terrible shape; infected with a number of virus', the CPUs topping 100, running super-slow, fan running overtime; overheating. From the time Michael began working on it - he stayed with it, even to the wee hours of the morning. My laptop runs better than new now. More than that, Michael installed software that further protects my laptop from attacks. I could not be more pleased!!

This is the second time I had Micheal work on a computer. It actually seems faster now than when new. There just aren't enough good things I can say about him and his work. I decided to have him tune up my computer a couple of times a year from now on.

I had a lot of issues with my p.c. My tech help ( Michael) was very knowledgeable and meticulous while correcting all the issues. We communicated several times and he let me know what my problems were and how to correct them in the future. He took a lot of time to make sure all the problems were delt with. Very thourough !

This company did a very nice job in ridding my computer of some very nasty malware that was wreaking havoc. The technician, Michael, was very professional and thorough. He gave me some good tips, as well as some software tricks that will hopefully foil malware purveyors in the future.

I had an infected xp HP computer that I used several well known virus scan programs to correct unsuccessfully. I was ready to scrap the machine when I decided to try LogOnFixIt. They remotely corrected all the issues with my machine including ridding it of an identity theft virus. It was an excellent job, I highly recommend this firm.

Contacted LogOnFixIt to resolve numerous problems (virus, etc) with my computer. The service was unlike anything I've experience with other remote computer repair services.
My technician, Mike, was very professional and personable. I appreciate not only that he was very technically competent but he spent several minutes with me on the phone getting to know me and how I used my computer; he allowed me time with him to ask questions about how I could be more productive and what I needed and didn't need on my computer. He not only made recommendations, he took the time to demonstrate some helpful features on google chrome he thought I might use.
I'm still blown away be the level of personal service I received. If computer technology is not your thing, your best option is to give them a call.

I am a born skeptic. I use my computer to earn my living, so I was nervous about having my computer repaired remotely. This turned out to be the best decision I could have made..
