As far as I am concerned, I simply don't know what I would do without LOGFIXIT. Pardon the analogy, but LOGONFIXIT is like having the best, the most convenient, and the most reasonably priced mechanic available to repair your automobile. On each of the 2 occasions that I have contacted LOGONFIXIT, I initially thought there was absolutely no hope for my laptop. Thankfully, LOGONFIXIT thought quite differently and proved it to me. They saved me lots of $$$ that would have been spent from unplanned trips to the store to buy a new laptop. If you are wondering whether LOGONFIXIT is "legitimate," wonder no more; it is! I was pleased with the service given by LogonFixit. I appreciated Michael's patience and diligence. I also appreciated his accessibility and speed of responding. My computer was showing a black screen after turning it on. Afters days of trying to get in, I somehow got into Windows and that was when Michael logged on and started his cleanup. He asked me to send a photo of the inside of the computer. Eventually he found a conflicting video driver that he believes was the problem and deleted it. My computer has been working fine for a few days now and I am happy not to have to spend $500 on a new desktop. I have had this black screen problem many times before over 4 years and the computer has been repaired several times for the same or similar problem. Time will tell if LogonFixit has really solved the root problem, but I am sure I will return to LogonFixit if it happens again because he provides a respectful and diligent. Called LogOnFixIt because my printer stopped working...Michael fixed it in literally 10 minutes....no charge...I'll use them again for sure....

Michael was a rock star! I was so frustrated by how slooooow my computer was running, but all the virus scans I ran didn't find any viruses. Turns out I had several programs conflicting with each other, and a LOT of corrupt files from windows updates. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, assured me he could fix it, and was completely thorough and professional. My computer has never run better, even out of the box. I will highly recommend Logonfixit to all my friends.
