My first time using an online, over-the-web, service to remotely fix my computerand it was AWESOME!
Initially (because it was my first time lol), I was a little skeptical letting anyone into my "private space"but after lots of watching-along-as-they-worked and continuous conversation (not just about "the fix" lol), it turned out to be nothing short of a beautiful experience that led me to employ their services again :-D (this time, for my mom's computer lol)
LogOnFixIt technicians are dedicated, not only to fixing any issue that may arise, but are awhen it comes to completing the job to the client's satisfaction! It's the latter of the two that has made me completely comfortable employing and recommending their services exclusively to others :-)

Unfortunately I had an issue with my laptop, it was running slow and freezing up After doing research we found logonfixit.com and was extremely satisfied with the immediate response It took Mike several hours to completely fix my laptop (which I was about to smash with a hammer) He did an awesome job! He works on your computer until it is done, not your typical 9-5 people here that say oh its 5, it can wait til tomorrow.
