My husband and I are extremely impressed!!! Our computer is 1 1/2 yrs. old, Windows 8, and we have had nothing but trouble with it, fairly bad viruses several times to where we cannot get on the internet at all. We've had fits getting it to communicate with our printer and It just generally has not worked very well a lot of the time. Yesterday one of your technicians worked 4 1/2 hrs. on it, and finally was able to get through the internet block, and take control of it. By evening, it is working like brand new!! We can get on the internet right away, it's much, much faster, it communicates with our printer, it's WORKING like it is supposed to. We are jubilant, because it is also used for bookeeping for our business. We are very happy and pleased, to say the least!!! Thank you Michael!!

better now that you cleaned up all the crap on it. I know crap is not a technical word but that's how I describe it.

Talk about service my problems took over 16 hrs to fix terrible nasty stuff the guys worked 16 hrs through the night long after I went to bed now im faster better protected all for same low price just cant say enough about their service

My computer was running very slowly and locking up, so I knew I had some kind of virus. Last time I needed service like this, I'd gone through the hassle of bringing my computer in for repair. It was expensive and a real hassle. I found logonfixit.com doing an online search. When I saw their guarantee " if we don't fix it you don't pay", I figured I had nothing to lose.
[redacted] got me up and running by the next morning (kept working on it while I slept!) and now everything works perfectly--- and for far less time and hassle than I went through last time I needed service. He also gave me a lot of great advice on optimizing my websites that I administer for my own business, as well as on how I do a lot of other things on my computer. I'm sure I'll be contacting him again, and will definitely recommend him. In fact, my husband wants his computer serviced now.

I have found Log On Fix It to be the best computer repair service I have ever used. The technician is knowledgeable, experienced, resourceful and efficient. They first removed a virus from my 2010 Toshiba. Multiple viruses from my mothers 2012 Toshiba. After I bought a new computer in 2014 I worked with the basic warranty team and eventually their costly Concierge Service daily for months on end. After losing complete faith in the manufactures technician I called Log On Fix it and my computer was repaired shortly and has not presented any further problems.

Living in Michigan and having a company in California fix your computer is going the long mile as they say. However, in 2015 I went with LogOnFixIt.Com since they had good reviews on the internet. They did the job and made sure I was 100% happy. Then this June of 2016 I ran into more computer problems. So back to LogOnFixIt.Com I went and once again they did an A+ job. They even tweaked a few things for me recently that were not part of the previous situation. Whether talking on the phone or via email with them, they are tops in my book.
