Unable to reach the company for a shipping status. Never received an order confirmation or tracking number, yet my account was charged immediately for the product. Automated email says a response will be sent in 7 days....still no response. Unable to log into a site to track order. At this point I want it cancelled and my money refunded.

Hi, I have attached the latest correspondence and the tracking number with USPS.

I placed an order July 21st for two non-monogrammed items. Their website states orders are w/in 19-21 WORKING Days for shipment. I still ordered even with the archaic turn around time. My bad. Amazingly one item shipped on the 21st day. I waited a week (5 working days in LWD language). Again...their support says they will reply in SEVEN days....yes...you read that correctly....7 days for an email reply. They did make that deadline...they replied SIX days later to tell me my item would ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Well, I am now 7 weeks out (36 working days LWD language) and still no pants that were intended for Labor Day. I have emailed a request for a refund. I am curious to see how many "LWD working days" this will take.
This co. does some heavy promotion. I receive TWO emails DAILY. The quality seems appropriate yet, keep in mind..these items are a mid quality THIN stretch knit that are completed with a few serged seams. Nothing more. On closer look, the serging is well done...just well over priced for the item and lack of customer service.

This company has zero customer service. They have an automated phone line that ALWAYS goes to a voicemail saying they are experiencing very high call volume, even at 9:00am Monday morning. I've never had anyone reply to my voicemails or emails. They sent me an outfit with the INCORRECT monogram and I need it replaced but have no way of contacting them because they won't return my calls or emails.

I placed an order in June 2016 for a backpack for my son to use once school started back up in August 2016, after having the backpack for only a month of use, the zippers started sticking and wouldn't stay zipped, causing the backpack to be consistently opened. I contacted them to see about having the zippers replaced, but was told after 60 days there is nothing more they can do! Talk about sorry customer service for an item they sell which must have issues because I don't see any more backpacks being sold online. I even asked for the vendor and got NO response. I think it's terrible the consumer can't get any customer service on issues, how do you replace a backpack zipper? Will not order from them again!

I was so excited to buy the baby blanket with my granddaughter's name and initials all over it, but so very disappointed when I received it. The material is virtually see-through. Very cheaply made.

I am 5'8" and wear a jr 5 I bought a pair of size 16 childrens I figured that would work and It did but if a am going to buy a pair of leggins for 29.95 I expect that the sewing would hold up. up front and back stiching started popping and they were not tight I contacted the co to see what I an do actually they said there was out side 30 days I have an inferior product and I will never purchase and clothing from you ever..

Review: I placed an order on March 5th 2015. Was told it typically takes 3-4 weeks for delivery, however they started doing a delivered by Easter (April 5) if orders were placed by March 29th. I contacted them the week of the 29th asking if my order was included in the guarantee by Easter. They responded saying yes, that I'd have it by Easter & if I had any further questions to email their customer service. I went ahead & emailed customer service to find out the exact status of my order. I never heard back from them. I received an email March 30th saying the order was in the process of being shipped & given a tracking number & an estimated deliver date of April 2nd. The tracking was never updated again, and still currently says the package is in North Carolina. The day before Easter (April 4) I checked their Facebook business page to contact them again, only to find there were several other disgruntled customers that had been guaranteed deliver by Easter & had not received their items yet. I sent them yet another email to customer service. Lolly [redacted] never responded to any of attempts after the first one where they said I was guaranteed deliver. They also did not respond to any of the other customers frustrated by failure to deliver (yet they replied to other comments from people who had received their orders). I am very frustrated and disappointed because the order I placed was matching outfits for Easter for my daughter & myself. I spent $75 on that order only to end up having to go buy last minute outfits because my order never was delivered.Desired Settlement: I have no use for my order now & would like a refund as they did not fulfill the guarantee they promised.
