Ms [redacted] seeks an early refund and states that OnceDriven hasn't done "anything to accommodate their claims to sell my car." In reality, one day after she listed her vehicle, emails were sent to buyers that had expressed interest in a vehicle like hers The system forwards those emails to the customer if they have an email address Did Ms [redacted] receive and follow up with these interested buyers? The same day OnceDriven also listed her vehicle on Facebook and "boosted" it (which costs money) Ms [redacted] 's vehicle is also priced above market value by over $1,200, which was advised to her on 8/13/ The reason Ms [redacted] was initially denied a refund was because she called in only a week after listing with OnceDriven and she had not sold her vehicle as required by the terms She is still well within the refund window if she sells her vehicle on her own to a buyer not provided by OnceDriven Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I called Once Driven on 3/and 3/regarding no refund received by my bankI checked with my bank several times and no refund from Once Driven.When I called Once Driven if they know which bank they processed transfer, they answered that they did not know.The only thing they insisted that they refunded money on 3/They said that if I did not receive the payment, I need to provide my bank statement to them.As my bank asked me not to provide any other personal info to fraud company, I asked Once Driven if the email from bank can prove that I did not receive the refund.Once Driven said NO, they need my bank statement.Once Driven has no legal right to ask for my bank statementUntil now 4/19, I still do not receive any refund from Once Driven.If Once Driven still insists they refund the payment, please show the evidence to Revdex.com Regards, [redacted] ***

I am writing on behalf of OnceDriven in response to the above-referenced complaint We apologize for the delay in responding to your initial complaint (may have been an issue with the mail) Ms [redacted] complains that she has not received her refund The credit card software report is showing that a full credit of $was processed on March 9, 2015, the same day she purchased her ad If Ms [redacted] still claims that she has not received it, we will need to speak with her bank and coordinate with the merchant account provider to figure out where the error is occurring Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond Sincerely, [redacted]

Had the same experience as others hereI was cold-called by this company in response to a [redacted] ad I'm submitting my review here, though, to encourage people to also report Once Driven to the National Do Not Call Registry (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx) While the Revdex.com is a great service, they can only report complaints The Do Not Call list is run by the FTC and enforced by law

We have record of charge back's being performed by Mr***'s credit card company One for the amount of $(The duplicate charge), and another charge back for the refund amount of $ The charge backs were received by Once Driven on 2/17/& 2/21/ Since the charge back amounts represent the amounts owed to Mr***, there is no refund due to Mr [redacted] from Once Driven Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

When Mr [redacted] signed up for Once Driven's service on 7/21/2014, the refund terms of Once Driven's service (See attached link [redacted] ) were read to (and agreed upon by Mr***) before his payment of $(Not $3,000) was processed at 2:P.MEST Mr [redacted] affirmed that he would be eligible for a refund of $if he sold his vehicle by any other means (not delivered by Once Driven) within the first days of his service activation date of 7/21/ If Mr [redacted] had in fact sold his vehicle within the first days of listing his Dodge with Once Driven, he would have been eligible for a refund of $(per the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee attached) and would have received his $refund Mr [redacted] has not sold his vehicle to our knowledge as of this date Since 7/21/2014, Once Driven has actively pursued a buyer for Mr***' van Mr [redacted] has had 1,potential buyers wiew his listing with Once Driven alone Per the service agreement, Once Driven will continue to actively market Mr***' Dodge van until it has sold.Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Once Driven has called me repeatedly soliciting their services regarding a boat I had listed on Craigslist I did not check the box stating that it was acceptable for third party sellers to solicit I tried calling to be put on their no call list and was contacted again today When I spoke with a representative regarding this issue he hung up on me

At this point, it appears the parties must simply agree to disagree We respectfully suggest that that doesn't warrant a complaint to be categorized as "unresolved" as we have justified our position and cannot be forced to amend business practices simply because someone else has an opposing viewpoint Sincerely, [redacted]

I placed an ad on Craigslist to sell my car Since then Once Driven has called my phone numerous times offering their services They are harassing me When I try to return a call there is no answer or just a recording I don't know how else to make this company leave me alone and quit calling me phone !!! Very upset Stacy
