Well, made an ad on [redacted] They took my information and began to solicit their unwanted servicesNot reading the ad to see that I was purchasing not sellingIgnoring [redacted] policy and warnings that I did not want to be contacted or solicited services that entirely did not apply to meIt quite frankly annoys meThese people are less useful then spam in my email

Thank you for forwarding Mr [redacted] ’s concerns We will address each one in the order he raised them Mr [redacted] , a former customer of ours as of this month, is now complaining about his online listing being contacted back in December He states that we ignored language from his [redacted] ad that asked that he not be contacted and that he assumes this is an illegal practice Please let Mr [redacted] know that no laws or website terms were violated as his [redacted] ad was available on other sites and that the language he is referencing is not part of his ad when we encounter it on those other sites.He states that we had no potential buyers for his vehicle To the contrary, we forwarded contact information for four (4) interested buyers to him and his ad was viewed almost times We also utilized a paid service to boost his ad on social media.He states that his number is on the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNCR) As OnceDriven is a DBA for a nonprofit, tax exempt organization, it is permitted to contact numbers on the NDNCR.In good faith, as we did not meet Mr [redacted] ’s expectations, we will process his $refund requestPlease allow 3-business days for the credit to appear on his statement.Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond

Shame on Renee Fisher and John Wilson from Oncedriven.com! Revdex.com has already contacted them about violating the no solicitation policy on Craigslist; however they keep soliciting anyways I recently posted a personal vehicle for sale on Craigslist, and I selected the option to NOT receive solicitations or offers Despite this, I've received phone calls and subsequent voicemails from Oncedriven about helping to sell my vehicle for a $fee I'm not interested Stop harassing Go away

I have been contacted several times by someone named "Aaron" from OnceDrivenMy Craigslist ad CLEARLY says not to contact me with unsolicited offers, and yet they are doing so anywaysI have not responded to any of the calls of course, but do not appreciate their attempts to contact meStay away from this company

I am responding on behalf of OnceDriven to Mr***’s December 30, complaint regarding OnceDriven’s service First, Mr [redacted] states that his phone number was taken from a classified website in violation of that site’s terms It is important for Mr [redacted] to understand that his online ad may have been available on other sites and that the language he references is not necessarily part of the ad, or part of that site’s terms, when that is the case Second, Mr [redacted] states that his vehicle was merely re-posted online by OnceDriven OnceDriven does quite a bit more than simply re-post a customer’s vehicle We are in constant communication with potential buyers They contact OnceDriven’s representatives directly and we reach out to them after they have posted ads on our sites expressing interest in a particular vehicle In addition to reaching out to potential buyers (and as part of the processing fee), OnceDriven utilizes social media (e.g., a paid service through [redacted] ) and pays to advertise with Ad Partners such as [redacted] As Mr [redacted] sold his vehicle on his own and was not completely satisfied with the service, we will in good faith process a full refund of $ Please allow a few business days for a credit to appear in his account Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

I posted on Craigslist, checked the do not contact me about other services box They have called repeatedly (I'm also on the do not call list)

Much like the rest of the these people I too placed an ad on Craigslist ad on Craigslist and I've gotten phone calls constantly!!!! I've also checked the box for NO solicitationI DON'T understand why they can keep harassing people! I've actually had to block them!!very frustrating!
