Received no less than phone calls from Once driven, of them were after I told once driven to stop contacting me Very unprofessionalIf customer does not call back first time, stop harassing them

these people got my phone number from a craigslist ad and will not stop calling even though on the ad it said do not solicit me about other products or services so I call them to complain and they say that they have taken my phone number off their calling list then a day later I get another phone callhorrible company and a total scam!!!!!

Revdex.com and others to whom it may concern for future reference, To finally get satisfaction of my return and double billing from OnceDriven I had to have my credit card company charge back OnceDriven Despite their claims that OnceDriven in fact submitted the refund to my account in late January, early February, nothing was ever received by me or my bank which forced me to have them charge back the amounts Thank goodness I used a charge card that insured my purchases and would do this for me The resolution came from me not from OnceDriven providing my refund and double billing This has been a terrible experience I hope they are prevented from perpetrating similar fraudulant and deceitful activities with other customers in the future Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] asserts that Longwood Industries ("Longwood") is ignoring Craigslist's request not to contact posters with other commercial interests To the contrary, Longwood simply believes Craigslist meant that language to apply only to random marketers (like a credit card company) scouring the web to pitch something completely unrelated to why the poster placed their contact information online in the first placeIf the poster's goal is to sell their vehicle and Longwood has a viable alternative to help them achieve their goal, who would object to that? If they do, Longwood will certainly respect their wishes Longwood will not contact Mr [redacted] at the number provided With that said, we would like to clarify two things stated by Mr*** First, he stated that we ignored his do-not-call requests We have no record of him contacting any of our reps from the number provided in the complaint Every rep is trained to record every request and immediately enter it into the system Second, Mr [redacted] states that Longwood is not a non-profit organization (“OnceDriven” is a DBA for Longwood) As the Revdex.com knows, Longwood is a non-profit organization Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond
