To whom it may concern, In regards to the questions on behalf of "once driven" and the Revdex.com: The car is registered to [redacted] and was given to me to sell I opened the account with "once driven" I am the holder of this account and paid for its use I eventually moved from my residence that I occupied when the account was opened At that point the car was given to [redacted] for the purpose of selling I changed the contact information on my "once driven" account to connect potential buyers with [redacted] When "once driven" failed to produce any of their guaranteed results I requested the refund within the day period and was flat denied This has all been explained to "once driven" and they shouldn't have any questions It really just confirms that their responsibilities cease upon initial payment I hope this clarifies any confusion Please reach out to me with any other issues [redacted] ***

I just received a call from this organization who obtained my contact information from a craigslist advertisement that I postedAs with other reviewers, I had set the flag on my posting to indicate that I do not wish to be solicited for other offers I do not know what their service is likeI will not consider using them given that they have already disregarded my wishes in contacting me in the first placeI would not trust them to care about my concerns in any future dealings

According to the phone records for Once Driven, no outbound phone calls were ever made to the phone number listed in Mr [redacted] complaint I have added the phone number [redacted] to the internal Do-Not-Call database If Mr [redacted] was contacted on a separate phone number, I will be happy to add that number to the database as well
