This cold calling has to stopMy phone is also listed with the government DoNotList, and a complaint has been filed with them as wellThe company is just randomly calling all posts from craigslist and then once they connect me with a representative are they searching or my post and trying to sell their non-sense serviceI don't want itIf I wanted to spend money to advertise this car I would have already done so, but craigslist is a perfect place to sell anything, without needing to be bothered by companies like these Regards, ** ***

Unsolicited harassment via robo call / voice mailGnats!

Complete parasites who infringe on peoples privacyThey should be shut downThey save your classified ads on craigslist, along with your phone numberThey send you a voicemail without calling, so you don't get the option to speak with them initiallyWhen you remove your ad from craigslist, they keep calling and leaving voicemails because you havent called their voicemail message yetThe voicemail is a man that lies and says to call his phone number directWhen you call, you go on a waiting list for about a half hour just to speak with someone else besides the man who initially called youWhen you finally get through the woman asks if they may help you as if you are contacting them asking for their servicesI never asked to be harassed like this beforeEspecially over a an old jalopy that I had for sale on craigslistWhen a class action lawsuit goes to court, I want to collect againsts these parasites

They're slimy solicitors I posted my car for sale on Craigslist and they contacted me to ask me to sell my car through them instead

Contrary to Mr [redacted] claim that Once Driven does not return messages, Mr [redacted] and I spoke about his refund eligibility on 1/20/at 1:P.MESTover the telephone This return call I made to Mr [redacted] was made within business day after his initial message was received at 4: P.MESTon 1/19/ Upon calling Mr [redacted] , I apologized for the delayed response since I was not in the office to take his call at the time of his message the day before Mr [redacted] voicemail message received on 1/19/confirmed that he had charged back the refund amount with his credit card company When I spoke with Mr [redacted] on 1/20/2015, he confirmed that he had in fact charged back his refund amount with his bank card company I then explained to Mr [redacted] that Once Driven would not be issuing a refund based on this information, since his refund dollars would be retrieved by performing the charge back with his bank card company In order for Mr [redacted] new request for a refund to be considered from Once Driven, I will need an email or fax from Mr [redacted] bank card company stating that no charge back has been performed or is pending at this time If Mr [redacted] has not performed a charge back (contrary to his original statement on 1/19/2015) and has sold his vehicle by other means than a buyer provided by Once Driven within the first days of his listing, Once Driven will be happy to honor its refund policy guarantee Once the requested information is provided, Once Driven will perform a refund of Mr [redacted] purchase price of $minus the $processing fee immediately I have added my email address and fax number for Mr [redacted] convenience to provide to his bank.Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager [redacted] Fax: ###-###-####
